We ordered 30 MyHut Boxes for a meeting. The Pizza Hut was literally around the corner! We were not able to pick up the order as we had loads of other things in our vehicles. Wrong move! We waited over 30 minutes to receive our order. We called the store and was connected to the call center. We explained that the delivery had not been made. We spoke with a manager, Julia, who was no help at all. She could not tell us where our delivery was They utilize Door Dash. She tried to say that it depended on what other deliveries the driver had. That shouldn't have mattered. As you leave their driveway, you'd turn right and less than 50 feet was where we were meeting. No apologies, no attempt to make the situation right. So it is Pizza Hut so you know what you're getting. The food is hit or miss. Sometimes it's good and sometimes bad. I have to get "extra sauce" on my pizza just to get what used to be normal. Maybe this was a national Pizza Hut choice to give less sauce but when I get my pizza it's a light layer of sauce, cheese and toppings. The delivery is hit or miss as well. Sometimes it's a Pizza Hut delivery or door dash. But either way it's taking 30-45 minutes to deliver my pizza which is kinda ridiculous. Overall 3 because I love Pizza Hut but I wish they could step up. This experience was disappointing, especially considering it was not the first time I encountered such issues with this establishment. This is located in the Nanakuli Village Center song with new places like Taco Bell, Starbucks, Wendy's and Longs Small parking lot free open lot style, not a lot of stalls directly in front but then again not a lot of people parked so it was easy to find a stall right in front Customer service was world class here food was piping hot fresh and accurate!! I was craving pizza & I took a chance at Pizza Hut even though they were closing in 2 minutes.. I got my order in and they received it. I almost forgot sure thought I was going to get a call that they were gonna refund me or something because it was too late BUT to my surprise I got a text that it was out for delivery 20 minutes later! (25.98) Service fee $1.51 Delivery fee $5.99. Total $33.48. I gave the driver cash tip not on the app. I also get a text when my order is out for delivery, which has a Pizza Hut link when I opened the link it just showed $47.61 nothing was itemized, so I checked my Apple wallet there it was a Pizza Hut charge pending $47.61... I called 808-641-1111 number after a lot of arguments and back and forth being placed on hold over and over , I was able to get my $12 overcharge back. Just ordered using the Pizza Hut app and did a curb side pickup. It appears that I received what was on the receipt and asked the worker to please recheck my order and receipt to make sure everything was correct and there. The worker assured me everything was accurate. I got home and opened the boxes to find out that I was missing a cheese pizza... called them to sort everything out and it turns out yes they forgot... I have to give a 1 star review because of the inconvenience and the fact that a secondary receipt check was made by the worker assuring me everything was there. read more

Update: So apparently the phone number on my account has not been updated. Which, shouldn't be an issue since I have ordered from the specific Pizza Hut several times already. According to them, because I did not answer the phone when the driver called, the driver decided to return to base and cancel my order. Except, nowhere on their site does it state that if you do not answer your phone, they will not deliver your pizza. They did not even bother knocking. Nope. My order has been out for delivery for over an hour now (I live just down the road). They don't answer the phone. I have tried calling four times -so far-. After listening to all the advertisements their system will transfer me to their customer service hotline, which located on the mainland. Once transferred to the mainland and automatic message will play, informing me that their customer service is closed for the day. Lovely. read more

I ONLY put a star because I had to in order to post this review. This location deserves ZERO stars! I ordered a delivery around 12:45PM today (06/25/2020) using the Pizza Hut app. Let me get 1 thing straight, I have never had any problems with using the app! Until today! Apparently even though I updated my profile information online it wasn't updated in the app. When I completed my order it never dawned on me to double check my personal information (due to previous success with the app). Once the order was complete, the app stated that my order would be delivered at 1:23PM. Awesome (I thought). With "starving" children in the house, I was relying on this to be ordered in time! 1:23PM came and went. I didn't think anything, just figured they were busy out doing deliveries. So I waited a bit. 1:45PM and now 2:00PM. With the "starving" children now getting restless, I call Pizza Hut. I was answered promptly and was being helped promptly, then I got hung up on. But in less then 3mins I received a call back. I picked up and the kind woman transferred me to the nanakuli location. An MJ was who was "assisting" me. Now I have 2 people on my call, a woman from the call center and MJ from the physical location. MJ was informed that my order was never received, that it's almost been 30mins since I haven't received my delivery. MJ decides to go on and on about how when the information that was relayed to her location for my order stated misinformation about my address and phone number.. this goes back and forth for a few minutes. Mind you, I have no control over the app. Throughout the conversation I asked MJ if there'd be any type of compensation for me due to the late delivery being out of my control and hands. BEWARE EVERYONE MJ LOVES HER POLICIES! She kept going on and on about her policy. And the delivery policy. And how it states a lot of mumble jumble that I honestly didn't even care about! As a paying customer I'd expect some kind of sympathy or ANY type of compensation! The only compensation MJ gave me was (at this point) a 2hr late delivery of pizza that was probably sitting and soaking in all its oily glory! *Delivery finally arrives!* It was exactly as I was expecting it to be. Looking at the dinner box from the outside of the bag, I can see that the oil from the pizza and wings have already seeped through the box! The cookie box was also smashed. When I opened the box, it was, just so unappealing! Both the cheese and pepperoni pizza were soggy, oily, luke warm with hard crusts!! The breadsticks were stiff and tough! The wings' oil had somehow gotten out of its foil/box compartment and had soaked the left side of both pizzas! At this point, I'm sure you get the jist! HORRIBLE. NEVER AGAIN. DONE read more

Customer service needs some serious work. Namely the parking. The regular in store employees including the drivers take up all the stalls leaving maybe 1 or 2 open all the way to the right. Sure it's not a mile walk but I'll be damned if I have to be second to a selfish unprofessional business that puts its employees before customers. Customers should have that parking!!!!!! Got told our order will reach us around 8:10. We receive a call at 7:58 saying they can't deliver to us due to the location being in Helelua. 2 mins away from the location. Interesting music they have playing for customers while waiting. Very nasty language and kinda rude younger workers. Usually have high expectations for Pizza Hut but they totally changed that for me. I wait more than 20 mins for 2 small items with about 5 workers that stand around. They barely acknowledge you when walking into the establishment as well. Being that occasionally I visit Pizza Hut for a New Yorker or other special pizza. I ordered it online for here just to get it sent to Waianae Mall, so I go in I tried to get it to Nanakuli location and it was possible, so I tell the Manager I will be back so I walk to Longs and return back in 30 min., well we'll well I get there and thought I've fixed all the small stuff in getting my pizza so it was 3:00pm by the time I get there it seems that they didn't even start the pizza because they said it was ordered for 3:30pm REALLY! I don't understand what is going on with the new store but it's really ridiculous and then when you try to call to talk to someone you wind up on the phone for 30 minutes. First of the three orders took over two hours to arrive. We got a message saying it was out for delivery but it still was 45 minutes before we got our really cold food. I use to always love eating at The Hut, but today was just a DISASTER! I ordered their special which included lrg 3 topping, lrg stuffed crust, 8 boneless wings and 2 liter. Then I added cheese sticks, bc usually Pizza Hut has the best cheesesticks. Where do I start, the stuffed crust pizza was so dry and hard to chew, not to mention the fact I had to recut the pizza to even get the slices apart. Even my son who can eat pizza 7 days a week asked me why did it taste so weird. The boneless wings had 3 out of 8 pieces with sauce on it, and the cheesesticks were burnt and also not cut! Thankfully the 3 topping pizza was edible. So after spending over $50 the only decent part of meal was 1 of the pizzas and the 2 liter drink.
