It was almost 1pm, me & my husband went there to get a meal deal & a side of something else (i forgot), our total came out to be around $30 something, the place was empty mind you, & he went there with a $100 bill, & they told him they didnt have change. So we went Starbucks to get a Frapp, got the change & went back to pay for our order. How the hell....they aint got change for a $100 bill??? You know dey had to break dat bill bcz its too big of a bill to take, so wat they want you to do is break it down in lower bills that way they can take some. Psshhh come on now!! Not only does their phone number not work but when you order online they don't give you what your orderres. They give you cheaper product and then when yoU drive 15 minutes home and figure it out, there is no recourse as the iPhones are still giving a busy signal. Excellent customer service, food is always fresh and tasty. I have experienced firsthand that even during a dinner rush these guys are expediting orders and moving with a purpose!!!! Love that! You will never have to wait long ordering pizza and you can bet that you will always have good customer service. Also they won't nickel and dime you on sauces. AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!! So I've lived here almost 7 years always eating at Little Caesar's time and time again. Every time my experience hasn't been great nor terrible until today. With all this Covid-19 pandemic going around I thought my visit was gonna be awful. However it was great. The customer service-100% wait time-100% just everything 100%. It's usually a hit or miss. Called in to place an order @12:50pm on September 2, 2018. The lady on the phone was so rude! She had major attitude while I was trying to put in my order. When I tried to order a sausage pizza she specifically said "no more sausage". Okay she could've told me in a nicer way. When I finished ordering she said "YOU'RE NAME! HELLO YOU'RE NAME!" Despite all the grunts and groans I have for this place, we keep coming back because the price is right and the food is good. Who doesn't need a crazy bread fix every once in a while? Anyway, those were the pros. Now for the cons. The staff tend to be somewhat unprofessional (not the greatest customer service, laughing, playing around and even swearing) and unorganized. It's true that if you really want a pizza "Hot-N-Ready", you won't get that here. I've always had a wait. Wish this location had the kind of variety as the Kapolei one like spaghetti and side salads and the option to be able to buy by the slice. If it were run like Kapolei, this place would be packed all the time. Hope the franchise owner of this location reads all these reviews and considers making some changes. read more

I give this place a 5 star because not only my food is always good when my husband brings home some, but customer service from not only the manager, but the two employees that helped me was phenomenal. I walked in with my 8 month of son for the first time to order my food myself, one of the employees offered me some free complementary cookies for him. After my pizza, wings, and yummy breadsticks was ready, she noticed I wouldn't be able to carry everything to my car because I was holding my son, she offered if I needed any help and had one of the other employees to assist me to my car. I don't know if some of these reviews on here is lying or not, or y'all are getting helped by different employees, but my first time experience here was awesome! Ordered a lunch combo on my lunch break. Got back to work and it the crust was gummy and uncooked. Called the store and was told to come back and they would make a new pizza and give me a full refund. Went back and was told by the manager I paid by credit card. I paid with cash. Trying to be nice, I told the manager he could just make a new one. He said no, flew my money on the counter and walked away. No apology and no replacement like I was told.
