It was our first time here. In spite of the bad reviews, we still came here because we love Pizza Hut. Majority of the customers order "take out or to go" and we saw why. It was completely dead inside. We were the only ones dining in for dinner. They no longer have the salad bar or any free condiments nor free "house" water We had to go up to the counter to order first before seating ourselves. We ordered the big box which came with 2 medium one topping pizzas, breadsticks and 8 boneless wings. Only one employee working and overheard him talking on the phone about how he had gotten called in because someone had called out. This young man was awesome and went above and beyond! Our food was hot, fresh and very good. The restaurant was decorated with nostalgic pictures and memorabilia and was so cute. Passing through Williams with our dogs, so we wanted to eat in. The only choices for delivery were this and Carl's Jr. We chose this. Neither of us wanted Pizza, so he had the veggie pasta bowl and k had the meat pasta bowl. We added cheese sticks. Typical, albeit better than we expected. This was our first time ordering pasta. When we reached Pizza hut we picked our dinner and decided to eat dinner at Pizza hut restaurant. We've learned to order stuff crust in the morning before they run out by 5:00 but that didn't work this time. I think they are not only out of deep crust and stuffed crust but I think they must be out of Sauce, cheese, pepperonis, sausage and onions as well! After spending all day at the Grand Canyon, we were starving and didn't feel like cooking in our RV. So I hopped on yelp to find easy takeout. We decided on pizza even though the reviews weren't great for the pizza places in town. I truly don't understand why this place gets such average reviews. We ordered a couple of pizzas, one with customized toppings. We received piping hot pizzas made exactly to order which tasted great. I wish I had thought to take pics before we dug in. My husband and I stopped by for some delicious pizza while visiting from Los Angeles. We were so pleased to have found this gem of a pizza hut that still has a dine in area, because back home they're all gone. We were quickly greeted by the manager, Marcinda, who took our order and told us dine in was available. Our food was quickly brought to our table and she asked if everything was good. We smiled and said yes :) We ordered a thin crust Hawaiian pizza and it was perfectly baked! Yum! There was a rude customer the day we visited complaining about the menu. But hey, Marcinda doesn't make the menu rules. He was just belittling her and it was uncalled for. Marcinda, you kept your composure and handled it very professional! They do not answer the phone, after being on hold for ten minutes a guy came on the line and asked me phone number and address. Then PUT ME ON HOLD AGAIN and never came back. As we were leaving the Grand Canyon, we were looking for a pizza place. We debated having one at the restauraunt near our room but then decided not to. We stopped at a Pizza Hut right outside the village, but it was packed and it was an express restauraunt. We decided to drive on and search for pizza after. Our search brought us to this Pizza Hut. We ordered two drinks and a large vegetarian pizza with the butter garlic stuffed crust. The waiter was quiet, but wasn't rude or anything. The pizza was amazing. I've had Pizza Hut before but something about this particular one was SO good. I've got no major complaints besides it being just a tad bit slow considering we were the only people there. So I literally have been traveling through five different states and I'm staying here at the Ramada by Wyndham in Williams Arizona. I tried to order Pizza Hut for my daughter who's 10 years old and said she was starving and wanted some pizza. I tried calling them and they said you don't have a home address here so hold and we're gonna charge you extra for that. After that I called back to try to order pizza after a 20 minute wait. I tried to talk to your supervisor manager waited another 20 minutes and now I'm very disappointed to say that I will not order any pizza for them and will have to put something in my microwave at my hotel room. Never in my right mind have I even thought of going to Pizza Hut. I just never liked their pizza, that's all. However, my 5 hour drive from Grand Canyon to Las Vegas just beginning, I needed something to eat. And there it was, red roof of Pizza Hut luring me into taking the exit in Williams. We were the only two people in the restaurant. We ordered a Cheese Lovers pizza on a "Thin & Crispy" crust and two tomato basil soups. How surprised was I when the pizza was delicious and the soup was on par with something you would get at a San Francisco Italian restaurant on Columbus. Bellissimo! I've given these guys my business about 4 times since moving out here. The 3 prior visits were pretty good and pizza was always nice and hot!! Today was the complete opposite. I had put in an online order for carry out that was supposed to be ready by 530. I had walked in with like a minute or so before my order was to be ready for pick up. The pizzas were just done and put in their boxes and left on the counter. The breadsticks were supposed to be ready in a minute or two. Well 15 minutes had passed and still no breadsticks and the pizzas were still sitting on the counter getting cold. When the breadsticks were done and packaged up I was handed cool pizzas and hot breadsticks. When I brought this up Joaquin and the girl kayla I believe that's what her name was made me feel like I was being picky about my food. They offered to reheat the pizzas but their facial expressions said it all. When I asked Joaquin who the manager was he was like that's me. He said I can heat the pizza again for you but were not going to remake one since it was just reheated and put in the oven this time keep warm while it waited to be picked up. This is after it sat for 15 minutes without being kept warm. Is it that bad to want a nice hot meal? Why would you make a paying customer feel like he was just being picky! I pay for a hot pizza I would expect that. Its not my fault you guys got busy after I came in....I wouldn't spend my money at this place again. Much better pizza options in town. Pizza Hut almost always has good pizza. I say that, because once in awhile the sauce is pretty bland. They must get it from different suppilers. Mostly my pizzas are good I always get extra sauce because I like 'em juicy. They also have a lunch buffet M-F with a salad bar which doesn't boast a big variety but it always looks fresh. For $5.99 you can eat as much or as little as you want and watch TV while you're doing it. Definately DON"T go to that other so called pizza place uptown! read more

After a long trip, I ordered an "individual sized chicken alfredo" for delivery. Once i received it, I called the business to complain how the serving size was very, very small in portion (about 4 or 5 bites in case anyone was considering ordering one). I've ordered the same thing at other Pizza Huts in other States and maybe some regions consider their "family size portions" as "individual size" and vice versa...
