Kitschy brewery and restaurant with amazing service and food. Server was great at answering our questions and pointing us in the right direction when it came to their food and drinks. I had a smoky old fashioned to start my night and I kept going back to how great it smelled and how smooth the taste was. I chose to have it with their own house bourbon. Food wise, we went with their Canyon Tacos and shared an order of tots. The frybread was crispy and pillowy, the meat was very well seasoned and the pickled red onion really brought the whole dish together. The tots were nice and crispy without being too oily. The place itself was like walking into Williams itself. Lot of wood and mountain core decor with a small creek/wishing fountain. The front part of the place is where you'll find their gift shop. There is also some games upstairs. And they sell their beers and spirits. This is a great place to spend a few hours. read more

First off, I want to commend the poor staff that has to work here...They do such a good job, for such a crappy establishment. Every single time I come in here, the food has another dollar added to the price, or.. heaven forbid you want French fries with your cheeseburger. You can absolutely forget about it, it's al a carte my boy. That is French for- that'll be an extra 6$. Also, their "avacado" for an additional 3$ is nothing more than a prison spoon scoop full of mashed up avocado spread on to one bun about as thick a Peasley Pubic hair. Lastly, you'd think for how much they charge, you would be able to eat your food without expiring in sweat or needing goggles for my brow being absolutely drenched trying to eat my 26$ cheeseburger al a carte. Thanks guys, I also had to hit the bathroom directly on the way out. BTW - you need a plumber to come out the toilets barely flush! And I will finish with this. That is not a sour beer, that's an ipa with vinegar in it. You cured the hops 3 weeks too long. read more

GO HERE. I was given a few recommendations to check out and we chose to go here. Yvette was our waitress and she was super friendly and attentive. We ordered a quesadilla, the pulled pork sandwich and "naked" wings with sauce on the side. Everything was SO DELICIOUS. We were on our way home from Kingman to Prescott on a Sunday evening and wanted a quick meal. This looked like a good place to stop. We found a convenient parking place right away. We were seated immediately. Our waitress, Beatrice, was friendly and took our orders quickly. Our food was delivered lightning fast. The decor was very cute, and the noise level was pretty low so that it was easy to have a conversation. Now for the negatives. My husband ordered the (enormous) bavarian pretzel and shredded chicken quesadilla appetizers. I ordered the caprese chicken sandwich. All of these items were completely bland (with the exception of the salt on the pretzel), as if the chef was completely unfamiliar with the concept of seasoning. We've been to a lot of brewpubs, and this was the first time we've ever had pub food that could be described as "dull." Also - and this is minor, but it might matter to people who are pickier than we are about this sort of thing - Beatrice did not come back to check on us during the meal to see if we were satisfied or if we needed anything. We didn't see her in between placing our order and getting the bill. The biggest negative here was the quality of the food. It wasn't inherently bad, just tasteless. Maybe they can get away with this because it's a tourist town - their other locations are in Flagstaff and Kingman, all Route 66 venues - so perhaps they figure that most of their customers are one-time visitors. The Grand Canyon Brewery was definitely a fun vibe. There were tons of TVs playing sports, arcade games on the second floor, a free shuffle board, and just an overall chill atmosphere. I enjoyed one beer and their Smokey Old Fashioned. Both were excellent! The food, however, was pretty standard, average bar food. We had nachos and pizza we split as a family. It was just average. I had an amazing time but the service was lacking a bit the night we went (waiter forgot my side of broccoli, it was hard to flag down a waiter for a second round of drinks, the soda machines ran out of ice, etc.) But even with the slight challenges, I had a blast browsing their merchandise store in the front, and even left with a few shirts. read more

My husband and I usually find ourselves stopping into GCB for beers after days of hiking around Grand Canyon National Park, but this most recent time we decided to have dinner here after the Williams 100 Year Centennial car show for Route 66; although we did go to GC NP the next day :) I really love the atmosphere inside; feels almost like we're at a restaurant inside Disney. The big fireplace and water stream make it feel so cozy. As we usually do, we saddled up at the bar. Service was okay; bartender seemed tired and wasn't overly friendly. He was fairly attentive though which was nice. We each ordered 2 pints of beer; Sacred Saguaro Mexican Lager, Haute Lager, Beach Camp Honey Kolsch, and the Prickly Pear IPA. If you're a craft beer enthusiast like my husband and I, you'll find their beers to be about average quality, but still hits the spot after a long day outside. For dinner, I ordered the Caprese Chicken Sandwich ($15) which was quite good with a large piece of grilled chicken and a soft bun; I'd order this again! My husband had the Beast Brat ($15) and thoroughly enjoyed it. We then ordered a basket of tater tots to share ($5) and it was a huge portion; we almost needed a 3rd person to help haha. We then ordered dessert to go - Sweet Fry Bread ($10) which curbed our sweet craving when we got back to the hotel. Overall, everything we ate was honestly very good; however, I will say for the price, the sandwiches and brats should automatically come with a side of fries or tots. For a la carte handhelds, I feel the price should have been $12 each. The sweet fry bread was also a very small portion for the price which also left us feeling a price point of $6 would've been more appropriate. Despite our small issue with the price point and so-so service, we'll be back. Can't go to Grand Canyon NP without stopping into Grand Canyon Brewing for an ice cold beer and maybe some food too. read more

We stopped in after our drive from Phoenix, we were waiting for our hotel room to be ready for check in. The restaurant has a little merch store by the entrance that we checked out while waiting for our table We all enjoyed our food, I loved my taco trio. I tried one of each- grilled shrimp, fried fish and crispy cauliflower. I especially loved the crispy cauliflower and the chipotle crema! My son enjoyed his pepperoni pizza, the crust was soft and fluffy. I even enjoyed a slice. Our server was very friendly and attentive. The games upstairs kept my son busy. A nice little spot if you're in the area visiting the canyon. Staff was very nice. Vibe is cool, very relaxed and sports-bar esque in a refurbished dairy barn. Burger and chicken sandwich were pretty standard fare, but hit the spot after a day of hiking. Tots were plentiful and crunchy and there's also WiFi, which was great as I needed to get a little work done! This is our send time here. We loved it the first time. There's plenty of parking. You have a gift shop at the entrance. Everything is Grand Canyon Brewery. This time we started with the cheese curds. They were served with a side of marinara and ranch. They were a bit greasy for my personal taste. We also had the supreme pizza, and calzone. Those were both great like last time. This time we also tried the Saturday night special which was a bbq brisket sandwich. It was really good, but it was tiny for $25. The restrooms are upstairs. The service needs major improvements!!! Even the Uber driver taking us back to the hotel tells everyone that the service is bad!!!!! At least 3 locals said the same thing. You have to work on this because locally you are known for terrible service. That is a problem, especially when you do have a great beer selection. read more

As of today, October 27, 2025, this location of Grand Canyon Brewery & Distillery only has 3.5 stars on Yelp and I can confidently say that rating is NOT ACCURATE. My husband and I had lunch here on Saturday, October 25, after scouring Yelp and Google for the best food in Williams, Arizona. The photos looked promising, so despite the 3.5-star average, we decided to give it a shot and wow, are we glad we did! Here's what we discovered,... Not only is the parking lot massive, easily accommodating cars, trucks, and RVs, but the property includes several buildings. One is the restaurant where we dined, and we learned they brew their beer in-house. Another building, labeled "RICKHOUSE DISTILLERY," produces a variety of spirits. We were told they rotate their house-brewed beers and distilled liquors seasonally, while also bringing back fan favorites (Core Beers). The Distillery also offers tastings and tours, and you can purchase alcohol to take home. We noticed a few other buildings on-site and asked about them--turns out, they offer rooms for rent, including a small house listed as an Airbnb! The restaurant itself is a blast. The exterior looks like a giant half beer barrel, super fun and eye-catching. There's a great outdoor patio with string lights for evening ambiance and big red umbrellas for daytime shade. Inside, the layout is well thought out. A small gift shop greets you at the entrance, stocked with branded merch like apparel, mugs, koozies, and all kinds of beer glasses. They even sell growlers so you can take home your favorite brew. After passing the gift shop (and restrooms), you cross a small wooden pedestrian bridge flanked by taxidermied critters. Beneath the bridge is a shallow pool, filled with tossed coins for good luck, leading into the main dining room. Upstairs? An arcade! It's not huge, but it's just right--featuring a few claw machines, two pinball tables, and two neon-colored motorcycle games. The space would be perfect for a private party or just a chill hangout. We loved it. Now, let's talk food & drinks,... On Saturday, our first visit, we had an incredible meal. I ordered the Pulled Pork Sandwich ($18) with Onion Rings as my side (+$3). It was one of the best pulled pork sandwiches I've ever had--lean meat, a BBQ sauce that was just the right balance of tangy and not-too-sweet, all on a toasted brioche bun with coleslaw and a single onion ring on top.(Yummmmmmmmm!) A crisp pickle rounded it out. My husband had the Saturday Special: the Beef Brisket Sandwich (around $23). It came piled high with tender, melt-in-your-mouth brisket on a toasted brioche bun. He could barely speak during the meal. He just kept saying, "Oh my God, this is so f**king delicious!" He upgraded to the Sweet Potato Waffle Fries (+$3), which were soft yet crispy, flavorful, and perfectly fried. (Side Note: All the fried food tasted like it was cooked in fresh oil. We thank you!) His sandwich was topped with a fried pickle that was OUT OF THIS WORLD. Of course, being a brewery and distillery, we had to sample the drinks! We started with the 'Prickly Pear IPA', one of their core beers. (ABV 6.8% / IBU 50) Absolutely stunning in color, with a definitive flavor of,... You guessed it! Prickly Pear! The description on the menu was spot on. "A West Coast IPA with the added flavor of Prickly Pear Puree,..." This instantly became both of our NEW FAVORITE beers! Next, we tried "Brew 42" from their Special Release Collection, an Irish Red Ale (ABV 5.4% / IBU 15). It was delicious, though we both preferred the Prickly Pear IPA. We loved this place so much, we came back for dinner on Sunday, October 26, to try more. Since the fried pickle on my husband's brisket sandwich was so good, we ordered the Fried Pickles appetizer ($13)--a half-pound of breaded pickle spears that disappeared almost as quickly as they arrived. We were both craving burgers, so we each got a Canyon Cheeseburger. These were generously sized, each with a 1/2 lb Angus beef patty on a toasted brioche bun, topped with lettuce, fresh tomato, onion (which we left out) our choice of cheese, and a pickle spear. Fries were included as well. And yes, we had a few (more) rounds of Prickly Pear IPA! In fact, we loved that beer so much, we stopped by again this morning to stock up. We brought our cooler to the gift shop and loaded it with as many six-packs as we could fit. (Note: They don't stock warm beer. Beer offered for sale is sold COLD.) You can tell how much the staff and owners care about this place. The attention to detail didn't go unnoticed. We actually said we'd come back to Williams just to eat and hang out here again. And yes, I'm definitely coming back for a rematch on that motorcycle game in the upstairs arcade! read more

This is a fun brewery to visit. It has that cabin feel that makes it like you're out in the woods and not in a small town. It has an arcade and bar upstairs too. I loved seeing it all decked out for the holidays. My husband had the pub sausage with a fried egg and sweet potatoes with his beer flight. I had a custom pizza with my beer flight. Prickly pear is the state fruit, so if you can get something with prickly pear in Arizona, I definitely recommend it. The service was okay. This is my fav and go to spot while I work in Williams. The service is always great so ask for David the fantastic server extraordinaire or dynamic bartending duo Cisco & Jacob. Can't forget about the awesome boss lady Cynthia who will take care of you like family. They have a shuffle board game, pool table and arcade upstairs. Great vibes there. My favorite and must have is a Prickly pear wheat in house brew. I also recommend you order a pizza but with cauliflower dough as it is light and crispy. The meat lovers is a great toppings choice. The wings are great as well but order them naked with the 3 sauces on the side. You won't regret it. Their burgers and chicken sandwiches are great too. There is nothing on the menu I haven't had. Very cool place and vibe but the food didn't match the atmosphere. Ordered the cheeseburger with crispy bacon. The bacon was barely cooked and the burger didn't have much flavor at all no sauce or anything on it. The Route 66 IPA Beer was good. Probably one and done for us. read more

Nobody at the host stand, seat your self. Seems like a good bar that just doesn't live up to its potential. They forgot the sausage in my pasta, when I tried to alert the staff that my food was incorrect everyone seemed to do everything in their power avoid me (especially the blonde male food runner with the glasses, who I also heard complain about other guests.) The bartender was nice but it took about 5 minutes before we were even greeted with menus. While this bar is large with TVs, a pool table, and outdoor seating the vibe is so unwelcoming from the start. read more

The brewery had a quiet yet surprisingly relaxing atmosphere. Immediately upon walking in they have a small shop for option to buy, soon as I made my round a kind member asked if I was dinning in. As you walk in One area featured the soothing sound of running water, like a small pond flowing in the background. On the opposite side, there was a large leather couch set in front of a cozy fireplace. They also have Coke, huge plus for me! And it's the good kind (we all know some places just don't get it right). The burgers were juicy, and the fries hit the spot. This might just become my new go-to when visiting Williams. read more

We were staying at the RV campground with friends across the street and ended up eating here twice during our stay. We tried a variety of items -- pizza, chicken tenders, the Santa Fe chicken sandwich, garden salad, Southwest bacon burger, and onion rings and Canyon Tacos. Everything was good, with the pizza, onion rings and the Canyon Tacos (Fry Bread) being especially great. We also had several beers. The pilsner was very good, and my friend really enjoyed his IPA. Some of the other drinks were a bit hit or miss, but nothing that took away from the experience. The staff really stood out -- from the hostess to the servers, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. It's a brewery with a restaurant inside, and it was exactly what we expected. Hubby ordered a calzone and I ordered the pizza. My pizza was so delicious, I filled up on the pretzel so I didn't eat much. But definitely was satisfied with their pizza. The service was great! Very nice server her name was Audrey. We love the atmosphere in the ambience of everything it was big and had a variety of cool things to look at and be interactive with as well. The food was good. We were 4 adults 2 kids. Kids seemed to enjoy their meals. Adults got pulled pork, Sante fe chicken and 2 burgers. Burgers had good taste and cooked well! Atmosphere was nice. Merch was cool and our server was kind. Only negative, I wasnt pleased with the burger toppings. The tomatoes and onions were cut thicker then the burger and they left the tomato butt on! First timers here and the food was very good. We had the Friday Fish Fry and IPA and a Jazmin Gin drink. The service was absolutely fantastic and ambiance of the brewery is very well presented. So nice. The only thing I will say is that since they serve food it is a restaurant so kids are allowed. Which, is not such a big deal. It's just a shame when their parents let them run up and down the stairs there and yell from the stairs across the brewery. Note to self, don't sit by the stairs. All in all we had a very nice time.
