My husband and I usually find ourselves stopping into GCB for beers after days of hiking around Grand Canyon National Park, but this most recent time we decided to have dinner here after the Williams 100 Year Centennial car show for Route 66; although we did go to GC NP the next day :) I really love the atmosphere inside; feels almost like we're at a restaurant inside Disney. The big fireplace and water stream make it feel so cozy. As we usually do, we saddled up at the bar. Service was okay; bartender seemed tired and wasn't overly friendly. He was fairly attentive though which was nice. We each ordered 2 pints of beer; Sacred Saguaro Mexican Lager, Haute Lager, Beach Camp Honey Kolsch, and the Prickly Pear IPA. If you're a craft beer enthusiast like my husband and I, you'll find their beers to be about average quality, but still hits the spot after a long day outside. For dinner, I ordered the Caprese Chicken Sandwich ($15) which was quite good with a large piece of grilled chicken and a soft bun; I'd order this again! My husband had the Beast Brat ($15) and thoroughly enjoyed it. We then ordered a basket of tater tots to share ($5) and it was a huge portion; we almost needed a 3rd person to help haha. We then ordered dessert to go - Sweet Fry Bread ($10) which curbed our sweet craving when we got back to the hotel. Overall, everything we ate was honestly very good; however, I will say for the price, the sandwiches and brats should automatically come with a side of fries or tots. For a la carte handhelds, I feel the price should have been $12 each. The sweet fry bread was also a very small portion for the price which also left us feeling a price point of $6 would've been more appropriate. Despite our small issue with the price point and so-so service, we'll be back. Can't go to Grand Canyon NP without stopping into Grand Canyon Brewing for an ice cold beer and maybe some food too. read more

We stopped in after our drive from Phoenix, we were waiting for our hotel room to be ready for check in. The restaurant has a little merch store by the entrance that we checked out while waiting for our table We all enjoyed our food, I loved my taco trio. I tried one of each- grilled shrimp, fried fish and crispy cauliflower. I especially loved the crispy cauliflower and the chipotle crema! My son enjoyed his pepperoni pizza, the crust was soft and fluffy. I even enjoyed a slice. Our server was very friendly and attentive. The games upstairs kept my son busy. A nice little spot if you're in the area visiting the canyon. Staff was very nice. Vibe is cool, very relaxed and sports-bar esque in a refurbished dairy barn. Burger and chicken sandwich were pretty standard fare, but hit the spot after a day of hiking. Tots were plentiful and crunchy and there's also WiFi, which was great as I needed to get a little work done! This is our send time here. We loved it the first time. There's plenty of parking. You have a gift shop at the entrance. Everything is Grand Canyon Brewery. This time we started with the cheese curds. They were served with a side of marinara and ranch. They were a bit greasy for my personal taste. We also had the supreme pizza, and calzone. Those were both great like last time. This time we also tried the Saturday night special which was a bbq brisket sandwich. It was really good, but it was tiny for $25. The restrooms are upstairs. As of today, October 27, 2025, this location of Grand Canyon Brewery & Distillery only has 3.5 stars on Yelp and I can confidently say that rating is NOT ACCURATE. My husband and I had lunch here on Saturday, October 25, after scouring Yelp and Google for the best food in Williams, Arizona. The photos looked promising, so despite the 3.5-star average, we decided to give it a shot and wow, are we glad we did! Here's what we discovered,... Not only is the parking lot massive, easily accommodating cars, trucks, and RVs, but the property includes several buildings. One is the restaurant where we dined, and we learned they brew their beer in-house. Another building, labeled "RICKHOUSE DISTILLERY," produces a variety of spirits. We were told they rotate their house-brewed beers and distilled liquors seasonally, while also bringing back fan favorites (Core Beers). The Distillery also offers tastings and tours, and you can purchase alcohol to take home. We noticed a few other buildings on-site and asked about them--turns out, they offer rooms for rent, including a small house listed as an Airbnb! The restaurant itself is a blast. The exterior looks like a giant half beer barrel, super fun and eye-catching. There's a great outdoor patio with string lights for evening ambiance and big red umbrellas for daytime shade. Inside, the layout is well thought out. A small gift shop greets you at the entrance, stocked with branded merch like apparel, mugs, koozies, and all kinds of beer glasses. They even sell growlers so you can take home your favorite brew. After passing the gift shop (and restrooms), you cross a small wooden pedestrian bridge flanked by taxidermied critters. Beneath the bridge is a shallow pool, filled with tossed coins for good luck, leading into the main dining room. Upstairs? An arcade! It's not huge, but it's just right--featuring a few claw machines, two pinball tables, and two neon-colored motorcycle games. The space would be perfect for a private party or just a chill hangout. We loved it. Now, let's talk food & drinks,... On Saturday, our first visit, we had an incredible meal. I ordered the Pulled Pork Sandwich ($18) with Onion Rings as my side (+$3). It was one of the best pulled pork sandwiches I've ever had--lean meat, a BBQ sauce that was just the right balance of tangy and not-too-sweet, all on a toasted brioche bun with coleslaw and a single onion ring on top.(Yummmmmmmmm!) A crisp pickle rounded it out. My husband had the Saturday Special: the Beef Brisket Sandwich (around $23). It came piled high with tender, melt-in-your-mouth brisket on a toasted brioche bun. He could barely speak during the meal. He just kept saying, "Oh my God, this is so f**king delicious!" He upgraded to the Sweet Potato Waffle Fries (+$3), which were soft yet crispy, flavorful, and perfectly fried. (Side Note: All the fried food tasted like it was cooked in fresh oil. We thank you!) His sandwich was topped with a fried pickle that was OUT OF THIS WORLD. Of course, being a brewery and distillery, we had to sample the drinks! We started with the 'Prickly Pear IPA', one of their core beers. (ABV 6.8% / IBU 50) Absolutely stunning in color, with a definitive flavor of,... You guessed it! Prickly Pear! The description on the menu was spot on. "A West Coast IPA with the added flavor of Prickly Pear Puree,..." This instantly became both of our NEW FAVORITE beers! Next, we tried "Brew 42" from their Special Release Collection, an Irish Red Ale (ABV 5.4% / IBU 15). It was delicious, though we both preferred the Prickly Pear IPA. We loved this place so much, we came back for dinner on Sunday, October 26, to try more. Since the fried pickle on my husband's brisket sandwich was so good, we ordered the Fried Pickles appetizer ($13)--a half-pound of breaded pickle spears that disappeared almost as quickly as they arrived. We were both craving burgers, so we each got a Canyon Cheeseburger. These were generously sized, each with a 1/2 lb Angus beef patty on a toasted brioche bun, topped with lettuce, fresh tomato, onion (which we left out) our choice of cheese, and a pickle spear. Fries were included as well. And yes, we had a few (more) rounds of Prickly Pear IPA! In fact, we loved that beer so much, we stopped by again this morning to stock up. We brought our cooler to the gift shop and loaded it with as many six-packs as we could fit. (Note: They don't stock warm beer. Beer offered for sale is sold COLD.) You can tell how much the staff and owners care about this place. The attention to detail didn't go unnoticed. We actually said we'd come back to Williams just to eat and hang out here again. And yes, I'm definitely coming back for a rematch on that motorcycle game in the upstairs arcade! read more

We were staying at the RV campground with friends across the street and ended up eating here twice during our stay. We tried a variety of items -- pizza, chicken tenders, the Santa Fe chicken sandwich, garden salad, Southwest bacon burger, and onion rings and Canyon Tacos. Everything was good, with the pizza, onion rings and the Canyon Tacos (Fry Bread) being especially great. We also had several beers. The pilsner was very good, and my friend really enjoyed his IPA. Some of the other drinks were a bit hit or miss, but nothing that took away from the experience. The staff really stood out -- from the hostess to the servers, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. It's a brewery with a restaurant inside, and it was exactly what we expected. This is a fun brewery to visit. It has that cabin feel that makes it like you're out in the woods and not in a small town. It has an arcade and bar upstairs too. I loved seeing it all decked out for the holidays. My husband had the pub sausage with a fried egg and sweet potatoes with his beer flight. I had a custom pizza with my beer flight. Prickly pear is the state fruit, so if you can get something with prickly pear in Arizona, I definitely recommend it. The service was okay. This is my fav and go to spot while I work in Williams. The service is always great so ask for David the fantastic server extraordinaire or dynamic bartending duo Cisco & Jacob. Can't forget about the awesome boss lady Cynthia who will take care of you like family. They have a shuffle board game, pool table and arcade upstairs. Great vibes there. My favorite and must have is a Prickly pear wheat in house brew. I also recommend you order a pizza but with cauliflower dough as it is light and crispy. The meat lovers is a great toppings choice. Nobody at the host stand, seat your self. Seems like a good bar that just doesn't live up to its potential. They forgot the sausage in my pasta, when I tried to alert the staff that my food was incorrect everyone seemed to do everything in their power avoid me (especially the blonde male food runner with the glasses, who I also heard complain about other guests.) The bartender was nice but it took about 5 minutes before we were even greeted with menus. The Food is Great, But the Front-of-House Service is Totally Lost I placed an online to-go order here, and honestly, the food itself was very good and hit the spot back at the hotel. However, the takeout pickup experience was an absolute circus. When I walked in, the host didn't greet me at all and honestly looked like he was trying to hide in the corner. I eventually had to walk up to the bar just to ask where online orders were handled. When I went back to the host stand and told him I had a pickup, he looked completely confused and I had to repeat my entire order back to him. Once I got back to my hotel, I realized they missed the extra ranch I paid for, and completely ignored the request for plates, utensils, and napkins. I actually drove back to get the missing items, and the host looked completely baffled as to why I was asking for them. He brought over a server, who looked equally confused. The brewery had a quiet yet surprisingly relaxing atmosphere. Immediately upon walking in they have a small shop for option to buy, soon as I made my round a kind member asked if I was dinning in. As you walk in One area featured the soothing sound of running water, like a small pond flowing in the background. On the opposite side, there was a large leather couch set in front of a cozy fireplace. They also have Coke, huge plus for me! And it's the good kind (we all know some places just don't get it right). The burgers were juicy, and the fries hit the spot. This might just become my new go-to when visiting Williams. read more

We only visited the distillery so my review is based solely on that experience. After being to distilleries across the country, over 120 and still counting, Grand Canyon will go down as one of our top favorites! From the minute we walked in the door and were greeted by Misty we knew we were in a special place. Being able to see and smell the distillery had us immersed in the experience from the start! We were given menus right away and even offered a cocktail flight which I jumped on! Hubby got an aged flight and we each got a cocktail afterwards. The cocktails were absolutely amazing and so unique, partly because of the mixologist and partly because of the spirits used. Hubby and I shared our flights so I was able to taste the quality and perfection of what went into the cocktails. The Manhattan was cherry forward as it should be, the Irish coffee took us back to San Francisco and where they started, the dark chocolate orange drink was delightful and the Sazerac with their absinth was perfection. We went home with a bottle of the blue corn bourbon as should everybody, it's quite special! Misty was an amazing host, sharing her passion, listening to ours and making us feel like family. We'll be back when we pass this way again, we'd love to take the full tour of both the brewery and distillery. read more

First timers here and the food was very good. We had the Friday Fish Fry and IPA and a Jazmin Gin drink. The service was absolutely fantastic and ambiance of the brewery is very well presented. So nice. The only thing I will say is that since they serve food it is a restaurant so kids are allowed. Which, is not such a big deal. It's just a shame when their parents let them run up and down the stairs there and yell from the stairs across the brewery. Note to self, don't sit by the stairs. All in all we had a very nice time. We were in Phoenix and decided to take the long way home and head up to Williams first. Our hotel was located right next door to this brewery but after reading reviews, I told myself prior to arriving to Williams that we would not eat here. Well, there's slim pickings in Williams so we ended up eating here due to sheer laziness. The place was actually really good. My kids and husband loved everything they ordered. I got their shrimp po boy but before I ordered I confirmed with the waitress that the shrimp was deveined. She checked with the kitchen and yes, the shrimp is deveined. My food was fine. The place is pretty big. They have a lounge area and gift shop up front, and a pool table in the back. The bathrooms were nice and clean. Glad I didn't go by the negative things I read on Yelp. read more

My apologies I asked him for his name, but I never put it in my notes. It sounds stupid, but I did forget his name embarrassingly. I will be back tomorrow just to find out his name and hopefully to meet John but aside from that the entire place experience everything is amazing. I'm telling you, you have to give it a go. Oki have eaten here two nights in a row so I feel I can give this one the review it deserves. Last night I had a burger, tonight the loaded pub sausage.... The burger was not great, then again, neither was tonight's sausage. My wife really liked the pizza, but I thought it was ok. The shining star (and the ONLY reason I agreed to eat here again tonight) was their Half Baked, a deep dish chocolate chip cookie that is seriously under cooked, topped with vanilla ice cream. OMG, it is so effing good! Service the first night was lack luster, but our waiter tonight was great. He definitely went the extra mile and his tip showed it. I wish he introduced himself so I could give him props. The interior is rustic and right up my alley. They have an arcade upstairs and a couple pool tables in the back corner. The place is pretty loud, as most pub-steraunts tend to be so don't go in expecting a nice intimate meal. And I found their prices to be fairly high. So we came into Williams as a stop off to get some groceries, and have a bite to eat before we checked into our hotel and mountain biked into the Grand Canyon. We stopped at Grand Canyon Brewing and had a veggie lovers pizza and a couple of beers.
