We were heading west, and decided to stop in Williams for lunch. It was the day before the Fourth of July, so the town was extremely busy. Fortunately, we were able to find parking downtown. We love Italian food, so we decided to stop in here. The place was clean, and everybody was friendly and helpful. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. It's a quick service type set up You order at the counter, and then they bring your food to you. We asked what the turnaround time was, and the gentleman said about a half an hour. As I mentioned, the entire town was busy, so we decided to stay for lunch. Everything on the menu sounded good, but We decided to split the hog pizza, With. Tomato sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, italian sausage and salami. They use a woodfired oven, which makes for a much higher quality pie.... Our food came at almost exactly a half an hour. It was a very decent sized pizza. The crust was perfect, and it was also a good quality, tomato sauce, with just a little bit of a "tang" to it. They were generous with the cheese and the meats, and you could tell that they were using a very good quality meat. It was an excellent pizza. They had a couple of "Arizona gunslinger" hot sauces is on the table. I didn't care for the red sauce, but I loved the green sauce. It's a jalapeño based sauce, but the jalapeño didn't take over the rest of the sauce. It had a complex slightly sweet flavor, and not too much of a "kick". It said "smokin ' hot" on the bottle, but it wasn't all heat. The complex flavor played very well with the heat I liked it so much, I asked if they sold it in their gift shop, and they said no, but there was a shop a couple of doors down that carries it. I wish I would remember the name of the shop. It was your standard gift shop, but they had a huge selection of hot sauces available I got my bottle, and I'm glad I brought it home. I love this stuff. I hear that you can also buy it in grocery stores around Arizona. The price for the pizza was extremely reasonable, for all we got, and as I mentioned, this place has a gift shop, as well as a full bar. This is a great place to stop for lunch or dinner. Food and service were both GREAT here. We walked in for a late lunch and the worker was very friendly. He greeted us as we walked in and told us we could grab a menu and come up to order with him when ready. We ordered one salad, a drink, and a salad. We placed our order with him at the front counter and he checked us out right away. The salad was brought out fast. The server was nice and asked if we needed anything else as he also brought out the pizza a few minutes later. The salad was good and we made sure to finish it all. It was cold, crisp, and had the right amount of toppings and dressing. The pizza was served hot and had the perfect amount of toppings. The food was all enough to spilt between us three. read more

My family and I came to Station 66 on a whim based on a recommendation from a local. Overall, we had a solid dining experience. The vibe is very casual. You seat yourself, and there are tables inside and outside with views of the main street. The line was long when we arrived. They even ran out of menus at one point. But the line moved at a good pace. I ordered the Prosciutto Pie and a prickly pear margarita. The Prosciutto Pie was just OK. For $24, I felt like there needed to be more prosciutto. Some of my slices didn't even have a solid bite of this main ingredient. If the prosciutto was double the amount I received, I would say get it; but based on my experience, I saw other pizza types that were more loaded and probably worth the price. The kids menu is larger than most places, with five different items to choose from (both Italian and standard kids food for picky eaters). The restaurant is attached to a brewery, where you can order beer and beer flights -- differently a bonus. read more

We chose this restaurant because of its strong reviews and were looking forward to a good meal after a long day on the road. Unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing dining experiences we've had in a while. We started by trying to order beers, but the employee taking our order wasn't familiar with what was on tap and sent us next door to the bar. The bartender wasn't much more helpful, so we switched to margaritas instead. That turned out to be a mistake. They tasted like a premade mix rather than fresh lime juice, had very little tequila, and my daughter's strawberry margarita was so sweet it reminded us of Kool-Aid. For dinner we ordered the Supreme Pizza, macaroni and cheese, and a Caesar salad. The pizza would have benefited from a few more minutes in the oven, the macaroni and cheese was just average, and the Caesar salad wasn't really a Caesar at all. Instead of romaine, Parmesan, and Caesar dressing, it arrived with mixed baby greens, tomatoes, onions, croutons, and what tasted like bottled Italian dressing. It was much closer to a house salad than a Caesar. The service didn't improve the experience. Both employees we interacted with seemed disengaged, weren't particularly knowledgeable about the menu or drinks, and came across as inattentive and somewhat unfriendly. The atmosphere is that of a fairly standard brewpub. Calling it an "Italian Bistro" sets expectations the restaurant simply doesn't meet. Considering the prices, we expected much better food, drinks, and service. We travel through Williams regularly on our trips between New Mexico and Los Angeles, but after this experience, we won't be returning. read more

First this place needs an overhaul on its ordering system. You get in line and order at the bar and they bring your pizza to you, which is fine; however the cashier is also the bartender so if you're in line and waiting to order food and someone orders special drinks you have to wait for the bartender to make all their drinks for them before you can order. That really slows the line down and just felt like a really poor system. You need someone else to make drinks while you have another person to take orders. As for soft drinks you serve yourself from a machine, which is also fine. The pizza is really good. Not much else to say about it. The restaurant itself is pretty cool and quite large with indoor and outdoor seating and really has that Route 66 feel to it. Five stars. Maybe one of those was because we were so relieved to be served after being left with menus and ignored across the street at Cruisers. Walk in, scan the QR code or grab a menu and find a seat. Plan your meal and visit the bar to order (better than being ignored across the street). Self-serve your drinks and before you know it you have food. My wife had Ceasar salad and was pleasantly surprised to find it contained halved cherry tomatoes. A salad is a salad, unless it's bad. You rarely notice if good, but this one was. A perfect salad lunch for her. My daughter had spaghetti and meatballs. She loved it. We're usually picky about Italian food and rarely order it from a non Italian place, but we've been on the road and she was starving. From the first bite she was hooked. Bursting with flavor, certainly part pork and full of herbs. Clearly made in house. My son and I split a margarita pizza and it hit hard. Paper thin. For dinner we'd need one each, but for lunch splitting it was perfect. Great flavor top to bottom. The paper thin crust, the tangy sauce, and good quality cheese topped with a generous amount of fresh basil. Bonus for the red hot sauce (green tasted artificial) which I grabbed a spoon to taste with as soon as we sat down, I love hot sauce. And for the classic rock playlist. This place is my go to, I've never been disappointed! The staff is always quick to greet upon entering the door which immediately establishes that welcoming vibe! You grab your menu and find a seat wherever (whichever side you walk in they're all connected, so you can go to their outdoor or their covered patio, the bar side, and/ or the restaurant depending on your mood) then order up at the bar and they'll bring the food out to you! My personal fave is the outdoor patio (which is also dog friendly) but a great place to people watch and enjoy the fresh air. As far as the food I had the best wings here (they usually come with buffalo but I just get them dry and sauce on the side) and they're sooooo deliciously crispy! Can't go wrong with any of the fresh pizzas (margherita is my fav) the crust is always nice and soft! If you're in the mood for more than a soft drink or water the prickly pear is another one of my favorites & it's not something you can find everywhere so another plus! If you've got kiddos this place is also very family friendly and their kids chicken and fries was great as well! They have self serve water stations which is nice to stay hydrated! read more

Wife and I chose Station 66 initially for the inviting exterior. Looks like a fun, relaxed vibe. The food was very tasty. We weren't too hungry, so we split the chicken parm pasta. The chicken was fresh, the breading crispy, and the sauce was thick & delicious. The spaghetti pasta tasted fresh-made. Our only issue is the set up. You order at the bar, grab a seat, and the servers bring your food out. Problem is, you never see the server again. They give you the food, and that's it. It's not that big a deal, but does take away from the dining experience a bit. read more

Had zero expectations coming in. Left blown away. Service, food quality were exceptional. Staff was engaging with genuine hospitality. I loath eating in Flagstaff at any establishment sans Shft or Lumberyard. The food is good in Flagstaff, but there is always a sense of annoyance from the service staff at 99% of spots. Just sitting down to eat at a restaurant there gives me anxiety. Just to get a bite, you sign up to deal with an entitled, jaded, protester. Williams as a whole, is warm and inviting and the staff at Station 66 is above and beyond. Can't wait to return. read more

We came for dinner and were warmly greeted by the hostess. You get seated with a menu and go to the bar to order your food. We ordered 2 pizzas and a a fire roasted bruschetta. Now they may call this "bruschetta" but it is really pizza crust served with a bowl of warm tomatoes, balsamic and some sort of cheese; the three of us did not care for this dish at all. When my husband and I came to this Historic Route 66 Williams Souvenir Street, we decided to have pizza for dinner, and we happened to be standing in front of this Italian restaurant. I quickly Yelped it and it sounded good. So we decided to give it a try. Their system is kind of self service. You pick a menu, order food and drinks at the casher and pick a table. We ordered a 14 inch Supreme. Kammie, the casher was friendly and she keeps giving you beer samples if you ask beer questions. I was almost getting drank standing at the casher! The pizza was excellent! One of the best we ever had! The best crust. 14 inch was enough to feed 3 people. Highly recommended! read more

When we walked in because we needed the restroom, the hostess was instantly unwelcoming. After I mentioned our party of 7 (and offered to split to 4 and 3), I don't have a table right now go outside, then said it would be 45 mins for the pizza as she threw up her hands in a gesture to push our group outside. I again told her we needed to use the restroom as we drove over a hour to try this location. She pointed to the restroom and told everyone else to go outside. Her tone and body language were completely unacceptable and made us feel like an inconvenience and unwelcome. There is no excuse for this level of rudeness, especially when we were willing to wait and saw plenty of open tables. Would not recommend this location due to the extremely poor customer service. read more

Unfortunately we were excited to visit on a recent Friday night but the hostess informed us we have to wait 45 minutes for a table. It's one of those situations where there are tons of open tables so I can only imagine they were short staffed. She said take out is the same wait. TOURIST TRAP - added extra gratuity after signature We went here for a simple lunch, nothing fancy. My friend paid and when she returned to the table, she told me the total was $78 + $10 tip. That already felt pricey for what we ordered, so I walked back to the cashier to double-check. To my surprise, the total was now $112 -- not the $88 we expected with tip included. When I asked the waitress for an explanation, she claimed it was "normal in America" to include an extra gratuity -- something that was not there before signing. We were only a group of 4, and nowhere did it say that automatic gratuity would be added. I have a French accent, but I'm also an American citizen and I made it clear I know exactly how tipping works. The manager came over with no real explanation, just blaming the "new cashier." If this was truly an honest mistake, it's hard to explain why they could refund the entire bill so quickly. It felt shady and dishonest. I honestly believe they are taking advantage of tourists by adding extra gratuities after the fact. This is completely unacceptable and unethical. The pizza was good, but if you're looking for the best pizza ever, this is not the place. I'm not picky when it comes to pizza, and it got the job done! After a long day of traveling and visiting the Grand Canyon, we stopped here based on good reviews to grab pizza for our family of seven. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. When we arrived, we were told not to order unless we found a table. After we found one, we asked if someone could clean it and were initially told no with an attitude by the lady behind the counter. The employee later apologized and had someone wipe it down, which we appreciated. We were told the wait for food would be about 45 minutes, which we were completely fine with. However, several interactions with the employee at the register who was also a hostess and waitress, were unnecessarily rude. My daughter politely asked if they had a honey sauce and was rudely dismissed. After waiting about 40 minutes, we noticed a family who came in after us had already been served. When I politely asked how much longer our order would be, the response was extremely rude as though I was annoying her. One pizza was then dropped off/ slammed at our table very abruptly. I was shocked by the behavior but then politely asked for plates. The same young lady/employee then spoke to me in a very disrespectful and demeaning tone in front of my family. I asked to speak with a manager or owner because the behavior was unacceptable. While an apology was eventually given, the interaction felt dismissive and uncomfortable. My family understands how difficult customer service jobs can be, and we were patient and respectful the entire time. We also tipped generously before even receiving our food. Unfortunately, the way we were treated made us feel unwelcome and, at times, discriminated against. One of the pizzas was also undercooked.
