This was our first time having Pizza Hut after several years. We were excited to find a dine in location and wanted to see if the nostalgia held up. Not sure if this is due to covid or just new operating procedures, all orders must be placed at the counter. Afterwards the food will be brought to your table by a member of the staff. Positive thoughts: 1. Tables and seats were clearly marked to ensure social distancing 2. Tables were clean 3. Staff was masked 4. They had garlic bread which was just as good as we had remembered. 5. Major nostalgia vibes 6. Affordable! Our party of four's hill came out to $37 before tip (2 pizzas and 2 drinks) Some not so great thoughts: 1. If you want water you have to buy bottled. There is no option for tap. 2. Excessive waste. All the items came in pizza boxes and plastic silverware (one of the most odd looking sporks we had ever seen). No nostalgic red cups either. Everything was disposable. 3. No option for fountain soda or water. Everything had to be bought by the bottle. However the bottled options were almost non existent (at least for individual servings) however there was a decent 2 liter selection. read more

The last dine Inn Pizza Hut in South Jersey I couldn't believe we found it. It was amazing and delicious. Definitely check it out.

Not good. This is the only dine-in Pizza Hut left in South Jersey so I was expecting better but I won't be back. No red and white checkered table cloths, no red cups, no salad bar, no booths in the middle, there were only booths on one side of the restaurant the rest was all tables so it had a very cold industrial warehouse atmosphere instead of the typical warm cozy atmosphere that old Pizza Huts had. You have to order at the counter, they literally won't come to your table to take your order. I even had to go up to the counter to ask for a refill of my Pepsi. Plus the tables were just dirty and looked like they weren't being cleaned regularly. Only giving two stars cause the breadsticks and personal pan pepperoni and sausage pizza were decent but other than that this place sucks. read more

Let me preface this by clarifying that I didn't purchase this meal... I'm sure that the people working at this Pizza Hut are nice, hard working people, and satisfying their loyal customers. For the life of me, I have no idea how this place stays in business. I literally never see any cars in their parking lot. Plus there are too many local independent pizzerias and Italian restaurants around. But onto the food. I haven't been into this Pizza Hut in 10-12 years. The stuffed crust pizza commercials would get the kids psyched about something they've never had, and I would regret paying for... Fast forward to a week ago, I wind up walking into a door and inside were several bags and boxes from Pizza Hut. Normally, from anywhere else, I would dig right in... After a little time chatting, I put two small slices of pizza on a plate and sat down to eat. Wings, bread sticks, pasta were also there. But let's take this one step at a time.... These were some really small slices, so I was hoping it would be good... I finished these two slices, and it felt as if I had just swallowed several sponges!! I only say sponges because I think saying concrete would be overkill, while still being accurate. The feeling was nowhere near what food poisoning feels like. But it literally was one of the most uncomfortable feelings I have had from eating food. The wings and pasta seemed to be enjoyed. But I didn't get a chance to indulge. Maybe I'm just getting old. But my age has nothing to do with most of these retro roof establishments closing in the region. read more

I enjoyed this visit to Pizza Hut. It just stinks that we have to drive over the bridge to get Pizza Hut now, since most of them closed here in Philly. On this visit I was with my daughter and my boyfriend and we ended up getting a pizza family deal for $10 which was a great deal and my boyfriend wanted a sausage pizza so got his own then beasted out on it. The service was fast and friendly and the restaurant was clean. When it came to the food, it was hot and fresh and tasted soooooo good. I would definetly drive over this way again to get my Pizza Hut fix on! read more

I was so disappointed when all the the Pizza Hut restaurants in Philly closed. I had to travel to this Pizza Hut to get my fix of pizza hut pizza, which has been my favorite pizza since I was a kid. I was not disappointed. I ate in and ordered a pepperoni & sausage pan pizza and it came out pipping hot and had that wonderfully delicious taste that brings me back to my childhood. My mouth is watering right now thinking back on it. I ate as much as I could and packed up the rest for the next day. It seems like there was only one person working in the restaurant, but it wasn't crowded and she provided friendly service. I love Pizza Hut! I will be back! read more

This location is less than a mile away and our order was about $60. Tried to get delivery. After an hour had passed, called and was told it should be delivered within 10 min. After 20 min, called 7 times because they wouldn't answer the phone having recognized the number. Finally a lady answers with no time to breathe says the order should be there soon. That's how we knew they recognized the number. Asked for a refund/cancellation instead and the lady hung up without giving more info. read more

Whenever I come to this Pizza Hut, it's a problem. The call center sucks and the workers have no idea what the local specials are. This is like the 3rd time, my order has been wrong!! My suggestion DO BETTER!! Ordering pizza should not be this frustrating!!! read more

The service was excellent here! I had called ahead to order my food and the person taking my order had accidentally mixed up my order from their traditional cheese breadsticks to a new menu item that resembled Texas toast, I had ordered 3 family sized orders! I spoke to the woman at the counter and told her I was sorry for any confusion when ordering my food explained what I intended to purchase and they corrected my order and had me on my way in no time flat! I took my food to go since I'm cautious during this pandemic we are all facing but the inside was so clean and the tables were seperated so strategically I had wished I had planned to dine in instead. During such complicated times it was so awesome to have a situation immediately rectified and the pizza/breadsticks were awesome! I highly recommend the service and the food! read more

The absolute WORST! Will never order Pizza Hut again just because of our experience with this store. They delivered us the wrong order, ok mistakes happen I get it, but when we called back to tell them they left us on hold for 30mins just to speak to someone who was going to make this right. We decided to get a refund has to hold another 15 minutes for a manager to process the refund. Once she picked up the phone screaming and extremely unprofessional it made sense ... A manager that acts like that and is that poor would run a poor business. Steer clear unless you want to wait 2 and a half hours to only have your money refunded and order from a local pizza place. Absolutely the worst Pizza hut around but in all fairness most of the Pizza hut's are sub-standard in cleanliness,service,friendliness and overall customer satisfaction. I have liked Pizza hut pizza my entire life and I keep giving them chances to improve and they just NEVER do. SAD! Why cant this place find competent District and regional managers or just do all the basic fundamentals correctly? I order food and it came over an hour later so are food was cold, and we also did not get what we order, and then we were told that they would be bringing us more food and never did and never gave us a call informing us that they would not be bringing it to us. We called Them after and they told us it was a minor inconvenience and we had to just deal with it, very poor Service. read more

After placing order I was told it would be 15 minutes for wait. After waiting over 20 minutes I asked about my order and was told to wait a few minutes longer. Another 20 plus minutes went by and nothing for me. I had waited over 43 minutes before I noticed people getting their food before me. I'm frustrated at this time. The person who told me to wait for the additional 20 minutes placed my food inside the bag instead of telling me where it was. An additional 10 minutes went by. As I walked out, employee not named said something to his fellow employees about me about being upset and I replied with a yes, I'm upset and walked out. No employee at any point apologized for making me wait this long, none and I was even talked about on the way out. I'm not sure if I've ever left a negative review before but these guys really earned it. It took two hours for the pizza to get here. The tracker said "out for delivery" an hour before it got here. I live 7 minutes away. I tried canceling the order numerous times but they'd just put me on hold for 15 min at a time and never get back to me. After the order finally arrived, the pizza was cold and the soda was warm. It's hard to imagine a worse pizza ordering experience short of there being cockroaches in the box or something. I want to have noted that Amber, the Manager, is very professional, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable! I had a problem with an online e-card I purchased and she researched it and handled it in record time and resolved the matter! Pizza Hut hired the right person for this position! Wish the pizza were deep dish like they were in the 80's. Was so excited to be getting some Pizza Hut finally but was disappointed. Wasn't as good as I remember. Ordered online for carry out last Saturday night. When I arrived to pick it up, they said that they didn't receive the order. I can understand that technology can be a blessing and a curse. I truly didn't think anything of it. I ordered at the restaurant and waited. Pizza was good and didn't think much of it afterwards. I went to order the pizza online again. I made sure I received a confirmation, just in case. My husband picked up the order on his way home. He called from the restaurant and asked what I ordered. I heard him repeat the order to the worker. I asked him if they receive it, he said that they did. He comes home with pizza and I open the boxes. Surprise! It's the wrong order! He calls them and tries to explain that we received the wrong order and I can hear the person on the other line screaming through the phone. I heard everything she said. She was rude and blamed him for the mistake. She dropped the f word too. He takes it back and she starts again. Then she says that she put the correct order on the counter. She said that we switched the pizzas. Then she says that they never received the order! I will not return to Pizza Hut in Woodbury again. read more
