I went in for a doordash order and they said they were working on it. We waited 10 minutes, and no one had come to talk to us. When we finally were able to call someone over, the manager said they were working on it. The worker looked over and noticed the food had been done and packaged the whole time and gave it to us. It was absolutely ridiculous and every time I go in there the service is horrible and the food is just as bad. The prices have gone up way too much. This location somehow has messed up the whopper, so we stopped going there for a while. Not sure if they use too much mayo or if the mayo changed or if it went bad, but the classic flavor and texture hasn't been right for a while. Decided to give them a try this week. Asked the girl who answered the drive though box if they were doing any meal deals on shoppers or anything and she essentially had no idea. While she stilled a male voice suddenly answered with an annoyed tone. Wife and I said forget it and drove off to Checkers instead. It would have been over $15 for just 2 whoppers, no drink no sides. We ended getting the double checkersburger with cheese deal in Glassboro with a giant cup of fried all for only $13. Long story short if you are in any kind of hurry at all do not come here. If you think it's worth waiting 20 minutes possibly for your food at a fast food place then by all means enjoy. I work nearby at Amazon and I come here in a hurry on my lunch and they take 5 minutes at the drive thru just to finally take your order and this is with being the only car there. It happens every single time. Today I pull up and wait a good 3 or 4 minutes after he tells me to hold and they always do this. So I wait because I placed a mobile order and already paid. I tell him I have one and he waits again another minute then says can you come inside for it. In my mind I think why do I have to but I say yes and go inside. I'm waiting another 4-5 minutes before they acknowledge me and I tell them who I am and wait again a few more minutes or so and finally get my food. Surpassingly today it is all correct but last time I had no cheese on my whopper. This experience is very common too. If you are lucky enough for them to get your order all correct you will still wait longer than you want. I've been here a good 8 times now in a few years or so and it's been a wait and bad service every single time. Why am I doing this? I really don't even like fast food. Rarely stop for it unless I'm traveling down South or West where the product and customer service is 1000x better than this region.... Hungry and with zero expectations, I pull into this Burger King drive thru... If I ever do this, it's usually just for something off of the dollar menu... Remember, the expectations and outcome are normally pretty low. So I spend accordingly. I forgot to add that there were only four cars in this drive thru ahead of me... Watching too much YouTube reviews and sitting at the speaker with no one taking my order left me a lot of time to gaze at the menu changing screens... By the time the person asked for my order, I had wondered which ChkKing reviews were accurate. So I ordered it... Ten minutes later, I'm still sitting at the speaker where I gave my order..,. 35 minutes later, I finally get to the window to get my order... The sandwich was horrible. The chicken could have possibly not been chicken. I've never had a chicken sandwich that was tough and rubbery. It tasted like it was cooked in oil that hadn't been changed since prior to the pandemic. I'm not as mad about the expected subpar food as I am about the 45 minute wait with only four cars ahead of me. I don't question possible staffing issues. But it's not as if they had a full house of people inside to serve. The inside isn't open.... I would have driven off ten minutes into this, but there was no way out of this drive thru once you're in it. Maybe the cook can't read or understand English. They came loaded. It was too late to do anything by the time we found out. This sort of thing happens a lot. On Monday, May 23, 2022 I pulled into the drive-thru some time between 8:28PM to 8:35 PM. My credit card was run at specifically 8:43 PM (per my credit card receipt). When I arrived I was the only car at the drive-thru. It took awhile for someone to ask me to place my order but once he did talk into the headset he just asked me to give him a minute. I waited and waited and at this point two cars are now behind me and I still hadn't placed my order. I continue to wait and eventually, put the vehicle in park and waited. Out of the darkness a Burger King employee comes outside to my vehicle and asks me what I would like to order. Seemed strange and I asked him "are you serious"? He replied, "yes" and I proceeded to tell him my order: Bacon King with no mayo and medium fries. I asked him if I should pull up to the window and he said yes. He proceeded to walk back into the back door of the restaurant. I'm now sitting at the window and waiting when someone else (not the guy who came outside to take my order) appears with a headset on and comes to the window. No apologies for having me waiting, no sorry for the inconvenience just told me my total, I handed him my credit card which took a while to ring up the payment (he kept going back-and-forth it appeared between registers) and finally rung up my order after asking me what I ordered. The employee who came outside to take my order proceeded to walk outside of the kitchen area and exit a door to what appeared to be the patron side of the restaurant where you would order takeout inside of the restaurant. I literally started praying that he was not the person making my food (since he casually walked outside to take my order and now walking out of the food prep area. it turns out he was the one making my food. I observed him holding a pair of disposable gloves in his hand when he exited the kitchen area and upon returning the gloves were on his hands. He was touching the door knob with his gloved hand while escorting a young lady inside the kitchen area and who was not wearing a Burger King uniform. They disappeared out of my line of sight into the food prep area. I desperately wanted to ask for him to change his gloves but was afraid of what they might do to my food if I raised a concern. After what felt like an exceptionally long wait I'm finally handed my food, arrive home and the sandwich was not made per my request. The fries felt and tasted like something that was cooked two hours prior (they were not fresh) and the burger was not hot. The wait time just didn't make any sense. I had to reheat everything that I purchased when I got home. I have lived in this neighborhood for four years and this is the second time I've visited this Burger King and neither experience was one that will prompt me to pay a visit a third time. read more

I really can't believe this place is allowed to stay as bad as it is for as long as it has been. Two separate times did I go and have to wait 20 minutes for ONE meal. The one time I was at the drive thru and they asked my order, I told them, then they told me to hold on for TEN MINUTES. Freshly opened store. Set my expectations way too high, should've remembered it is still a fast food joint. The lady who took my order was very slow, and was wasn't so much "rude" but had no idea how to provide a smile or "thank you" when talking to me. She handed me my drink and said "here" and closed the window. Nice. The food took over 6 minuets, no need to elaborate on that further. The cherry on top, they FORGOT FOOD. Open for less than 2 weeks, and their staff is already making several critical errors. It is a real shame that most fast food workers do not understand that sometimes the little things, like THE FOOD THEY FORGOT, is what someone at home wanted after a stressful day. First of all, I know the service at this place has been very, very slow every time I have gone there. I tried to convince my son that we should go to the joint across the street instead, but he really likes their lemonade. We literally waited 15 minutes from the time we placed our order till we got our food, and there was only one car ahead of us placing a small order based on the size of their one bag. I had a lot of trouble with the speaker, and had to repeat my order a couple of times. I went to drink the unsweetened tea I ordered, and found they skipped the straw. Next we discovered they had also skipped napkins. I headed for home, sampling my fries and wiping my fingers on my pants, and found that the fries seared my tongue. I came into the house, with blisters on my tongue, set down the full drink, which dumped over and spilled all but one sip of SWEETENED tea. The spill was not their fault, except if there had been a straw, I could have used the tea to cool down the blisters. And the drink would not have been full. Then my expensive burger was ice cold!! I live less than two minutes away from the place. It would be awesome if I were able to use this food place, but I cannot call it a fast food place. Doesn't matter if the food tastes good if you are trapped in a one-lane drive-up waiting a quarter of an hour for food that is too hot and too cold, too sweet, with no way to slurp your drink or wipe your fingers. When the place first re-opened, service was great and everything was clean, food was good. Couple months ago I went a couple times in a week with coupons. Both times everyone working was moving like slugs, pants sagging, one not even in uniform. You can see behind the counter and the whole place was a mess, they had someone washing dishes during dinner rush, and another floating around doing what looked like absolutely nothing instead of helping with the lines both inside and in drive-thru.
