This is one of the worst places ever the people are rude and ignorant there was a pothole right where you would put your order through and my car would fall right into it every time I complained about it several times no one did anything. They said they told the manager, but the manager wouldn't take care of it, so I called and complain over and over so I called corporate and I got the pothole fixed but this place is the worst never ever go back there again I understand it's a franchise the person who owns it doesn't care. so sad with people who spend their money that this is the service you get they should be thankful that we even go there. read more

Website and app say they are open lists hours etc. they had some good looking stuff on the breakfast menu so we decided to try it out. Packed up the kids and went over. Doors locked! They are open and there was even a person eating inside but all doors are locked with no explanation. Since there was clearly someone sitting inside eating at a table we even walked around to the other side to confirm but nope. All locked. Long story short I use to work at this Wendy's two years ago but I stop working here, And I knew I also should have stop eating here too. I normally don't go there when the Morning manager is there for my own reason's but it have been confirm by one of her crew members that she be doing funny things like giving me 10 reheated french fries & 4 nuggets that been seating with my Biggie bag. Later on that day I decided to go back at 10pm thinking since she wasn't there I was going to get a much better in fresher service in I get this ! This is literally the worst Wendy's ever. The service is slow every single time, McDonald's across the street has more people and get through the line faster. They gave me the wrong food, and after I looked through it took it back, made me wait longer and gave me the right food with the wrong sauces. Come to find a chicken nugget that looks like this! Awful customer service. Especially the young girl with strawberry blonde hair in a ponytail and glasses. When I mentioned about calling them you don't say with an attitude that you're busy.. I had called several times before I went there. The phones are just as much of their job. The order was placed ahead of time and had to wait a 20 minutes past when it was supposed to be picked up. 15 minutes for a baked potato. The girl gives me the excuse it takes an hour to cook them. Went through the drive through the drive-through operator was having a conversation on her cell phone and had her back to the window while talking on the cell phone simultaneously while talking to a co-worker when I asked how long my order would be she gave me an attitude and rolled her eyes and said it's coming. Drive thru employees should not have a job. Disgrace how sloppy and lazy they are. My food was thrown into the bag all over the place... the sauce I received was covered in what looks like soda and was super sticky. Check your bags before pulling out of the parking lot. Recently multiple orders have been missing an item, and it's super frustrating. Tonight's debacle has us swearing off this location. When 2 out of 3 of your children's kids meals are missing the main component (i.e. a cheeseburger and nuggets) that is beyond ridiculous. read more

**EDIT** They redesigned and updated this place recently, so we gave it another shot. After we ordered my wife looked in the back to see one of the cooks had no shirt on. But hey, at least my Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger was tasty. I don't really know what's up with this place, if you go inside the wait in usually long. A few months ago my girlfriend and I were waiting in line while they were putting together an order for someone in front of us. I guess the girl putting the order together had something on her hands, so she pinched his burgers together between here 2 elbows and dropped it in the bag. Now they no longer wrap their burgers all the way, so the girl just got her dirty shirt all over the burger. We ended up going back for the first time since then last week. We pull up and I order 2 Spicy Chicken Sandwiches, they tell me if I want those I have to wait 6 minutes. I wait 6 minutes, get my order and drive home only to open up 2 of the 99 cent sandwiches, definitely not what I ordered and NOT what I paid for. Love, love, love the Apple Pecan Salad. My granddaughter loves the chicken nuggets. We will not each here again. I would come to Wendy's pre-pandemic to get these items. Once they were open for pick-up during the pandemic I would order take-out. Almost every third time I would find someone at the window who was taking the money or preparing my order wearing their mask under their nose. Everyone knows by now that a mask does NOTHING if it is worn under the nose. I called Wendy's each time this happened yet I still find that someone is wearing their mask correctly. It is Wendy's responsibility to make sure their employees dress properly, which includes wearing a mask properly. Not doing so puts their employees at risk for catching COVID as well as those who order from them. Remember, they pack your food and are breathing all over it at the same time. Sadly, I will not buy from them anymore and if I really want Wendy's I'll drive up to the one that is near the Deptford Mall. read more

Argue, curse and talk sh** at the window about precious customers , answer the speaker rude, god forbid if you take long and have to change something its responded with sighs or disgusting noises as if they cannot handle their job. Food is normally messed up. Check your orders, if u tell them its messed up they look at you as if u have 3 heads..... i normally do not cause a problem i just take whats dealt to me . But if you are having this much trouble carrying out your duties, there are plenty of minimum wage jobs out there. Pick one. Worst Wendy's ever. Drive thru speakers is always rude, I gave 3 chances at this Wendy's but the lady on the speaker is always incredibly rude! She has such a attitude and doesn't greet you nice ever! Then when I get to the window she says in a squeaky voice "a lot of ketchup" right? And I say yeah and then when I get home and look in the bag there was 1 ketchup packet, like how messed up. The previous time here they messed up my drink and my sandwich. This location is horrible. I only trust getting a frosty from here. Wendy's is my favorite fast food. But I usually go out of my way to stop at other locations on my way home from work to avoid this site all together. I work in Salem and I will stop at the Woodstown Wendy's or the new one in Westville near route 295 next to Wawa because the food at the Woodbury Heights location is made in a sloppy manner and the fries are horrible. Don't even think about getting a feature burger, bc they don't give a darn and will half a** slam meat and toppings together. And it taste funny which is scary. Since nobody bothered to answer the phone and I was rudely told that there was no manager on duty (lies) I'll just everyone here know that I received a HALF EATEN chicken nugget in my drive thru order today. I am a very patient person and I do not like confrontation but how incompetent do you have to be to serve someone EATEN FOOD. And no, I am not a rude costumer...I never complain, I never give attitude (even when waiting 10+ minutes for my food on multiple occasions) so there's no reason at all someone would give me a nugget with a BITE TAKEN OUT OF IT, even as an act of retaliation. This is BEYOND disgusting and what's worse is that Wendy's doesn't even care about their customers enough to bother picking up the phone or even faking an attempt at getting a manager to speak to.
