One of the worst Pizza Hut's I have ever visited. Ordered online, several times, because the app didn't seem to be working. Eventually just went into the restaurant where it looked like the place had been abandoned for a few months and was just being reopened. There were four employees in there, two sitting at a booth eating several pizzas (which were the ones that actually offered to help me). And two standing behind the counter...one man, eating. And a woman, looking blankly at me, as if to think, "why are you here?". When I asked if they were open, she looked at the man, with a full face of pizza, and asked him, "are we open?". That was my indicator to leave the filthy establishment and never go back. And I won't! read more

We ordered pizza to be delivered and they said it would be 15-20 minutes. Over an hour and a half later, we got fed up and went over to see where our pizza was, since nobody answers the phones here. Our order was sitting under a heat lamp, and the explanation was that the delivery driver forgot to take our order. There was no offer of compensation or even to refund the delivery fee since we ended up picking the pizza up ourselves. Other times I've been here to pick up pizza, they would say the wait time would be 20 minutes, I'd wait 45 minutes before heading over, and I'd still end up standing around waiting for 20+ minutes before my order is ready. All while watching 4-5 employees wander aimlessly behind the counter like they have no clue where they are or what they're doing. read more

About as consistent as they can be. Super polite and pizza has always been exactly as ordered. Wicked fast so don't dilly-dally on take out orders! read more

I wis there was a zero stat to choose. This place is horrible. Ordered two nights in a row and it was the wrong order both times. The server told me don't worry about it, just don't ever come back then. I'm definitely taking his advise and you should to. Stay away from this place. read more

Dirty. Slow. Mediocre pizza. Inconsistent staffing. The buffet is poorly kept. It's best to go out of town for pizza.

Just as bad as last time. All the lamps over the tables were out. The help had family and other dirty scruffy looking people wandering in and out behind the counter. No hygiene...one of the wanders touched the pizza dough. No red pepper flakes. When I asked for the small to go packages, they said they are out. They were out of tea and it took 45 minutes to make a Supreme sandwich. Longbline of people waiting beside counter and constantly hearing waitress say "I'm sorry ma'mm." read more

better than previous experiences so I went up a couple of stars. salad was prepared and brought out right away. we were about 30 minutes early for the buffet, but they put out a couple of pizzas anyway. great attitude and good service. we were about the only ones there. so not sure if they are still improved during busier hours. time will tell. so far though it's a much improved experience. read more

Chaos and alot of angry customers. When I tried to call no one would answer phone. No management seems to be the problem. When we tried to talk to employees they said they can't do anything. We will not be ordering from them unless someone from corporate gets these problems at this location resolved. read more

Delicious food with spectacular service! This Pizza Hut is well organized and ran smoothly. The managers run the restaurant in a professional manner and are always curtious and value their customers. I give this establishment five stars! read more

This place is filthy. I felt dirty when i left. Mens bathroom should be condemned. No soap or paper towels, door don't lock urinal covered with trash bag , and toilet looked to have never been cleaned. Ordered pizza online got to store 20 minutes after pickup time and pizza was still not ready i was told it hadn't been put in oven yet. Just canceled my order and asked for a number of a manager and was told by shift manager that that information was unavailable. That is customer service at its finest. The service is kind of slow, there's no parmesan in house (hasn't been for two weeks). The last pizza I bought was really skimpy on the toppings. I like Pizza Hut, but this one is sketchy. They didn't even have plates for me to take with my take out. read more

It has terrible service!! I would not reccomend this place to anybody! I called in my food and I gave them extra time then what they told me on the phone and when I got there they didn't even have my order ready and they didn't even have the pizza I wanted!!! read more
