Pizza Mia rolled out the red picnic tables for us!

Don't forget, after all the pizza you must leave room for the cannolis! Everything homemade fresh and delicious.

Never disappoints. Good food, pizza. Parking is tricky. 2 people for lunch less than $14.00. 2 slices and big salad, to go. They never fail! Support them! Long line, for good reason. To go or dine outside. Always busy.

This place is the Absolute Bomb! Nice variety of slices. Philly cheese, and Grandmas are so Delicious. Owners are super friendly. Only thing's it's a roadside joint right on 1. Plenty of picnic tables and Umbrellas for comfort. This may not look like much driving by but rest assured it is Well WORTH the Stop!! It is now our new Go To for Italian and Takeout!

The food here is delicious. They care about quality ingredients which makes this pizza unbeatable. The people who work here are so kind and will give you lots of great recommendations on things to try. The outdoor seating makes it a great place to sit down and eat a slice of pizza on a nice evening in Vero. Highly recommend this pizza spot if you are looking for quality local pizza. We will definitely be back!

    Doughy & undercooked

Don't stop, keep driving by. Came here based on a recommendation and ordered a plain pie, when trying pizza I base everything on plain pie as toppings can make almost anything taste good. The place's ambiance is like a road stand, take out only and no facilities whatsoever. I felt lucky that there was no line, thinking to myself that my order will be fast. The line at the window came and went a couple times as I sat at the sticky picnic tables waiting and my still my name isn't called. I mosey on up to the window, and a guy struggling with multitasking told me "sorry, I forgot, it's sitting right here" and hands me the box. Great. I open the box and my first impression is not good. The now luke warm pizza looked small, bigger than a bar pie but thick. Whoever sliced it made a few extra lines in the middle, I guess he thought this would make a great practice pie. Anyway, I'm hoping that looks can be deceiving and it will taste good. My hopes were soon dashed. The bottom was very doughy, thick and undercooked. The crust tasted like white bread, kinda of like the dough you would get at a supermarket. The sauce tasted like jarred sauce with extra oregano added. There was plenty of cheese, and honestly the cheese wasn't bad. All in all, it was a bad experience, maybe it was a bad day, or maybe the owner's passion is gone. I'll never know.

The service was amazing. The man who gave us our food had a great attitude the entire time, the pizza was also very good (says a lot because I don't like pizza), overall 10/10 experience and I will be going back!

Oh my gosh, I love Pizza Mia! The service is quick and always so friendly. I usually stick with a slice or two of pizza; the sausage and roasted garlic slice and the eggplant parm slice are my two favorites. My son loves to get either the Philly cheesesteak roll or a pepperoni slice. We love this spot and have never been disappointed.

Solid 4.75 Great pizza- great flavor, great sauce ratio. Service- good service via phone, wait time was an hour but it was a Friday night and that seemed to be average across. Pizza was ready and correct on arrival with a smile. Walk up to order or pickup, outside tables available to sit at and beer and other drinks are available as well as slices. Cute little casual setup outside. Pizza- Large pepperoni pizza (delicious, typical hand tossed crust- good flavor), and a Large eggplant (dollops of ricotta, a bit thicker but that because they piled on the eggplant- one piece was a full serving) and NOT greasy. Really flavorful savory sauce. Picture shows the layers of eggplant. Salad- Mia salad, fresh greens with candied pecans, cranberries, and goat cheese. Serviced with a tasty creamy balsamic. Price in range - def get quality for quantity and price. Will be back when in town!

Gotta say great pizza joint. Staff are always welcoming and helpful. The pizza is amazing! The sicilian pepperoni is my personal favorite, The slices are massive and will fill you up, so be careful ordering a lot! Cheap prices too, I got a pepperoni sicilian, buffalo chicken, and a drink for only $10!!! Seriously come check it out here!

Unfortunately, my experience today was bad enough that I'm seriously questioning whether I will return. My order number was **#57**, and I spent approximately **$50 on two entrées**. Today, I was picking up food for my family and some elderly neighbors. I called ahead to place a takeout order because my elderly neighbors like to hear me place their order and get the total so they know exactly how much cash to send with me. I was left waiting on the phone for **22 minutes without anyone answering**. Eventually, I decided to drive to the restaurant while keeping the call connected just to see how long it would take for someone to answer. When I arrived, I saw only two occupied tables and one takeout order waiting. I also counted roughly **10 employees behind the counter**. When I walked in, I was initially told to wait. Then, as **Shyanne** finally went to pick up the ringing phone, I told her, "That's me." I asked why I had been left waiting for 22 minutes just trying to place a takeout order. Rather than apologizing or even acknowledging the inconvenience, Shyanne responded extremely rudely: **"Don't you see we are busy? I haven't had time to pick up the phone."** That response was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I wasn't looking for an argument. I was a regular customer asking a legitimate question after sitting on hold for 22 minutes. Instead of receiving basic customer service, I was met with attitude, excuses, and disrespect. What makes the situation even worse is that **I am writing this review while I am still standing here waiting for my food**. Since my interaction with Shyanne, I have repeatedly heard her complaining about having to answer phone calls and other responsibilities. At some point, this stops being about how busy the restaurant is and becomes an issue of attitude and customer service. Employees are being paid to perform a job, and answering customers--whether they are standing at the counter or calling to place an order--is part of that job. If the workload is genuinely too much for one person, then management should provide additional help. But customers should not be made to feel like an inconvenience simply because they expect someone to answer the phone or provide basic service. If the stress of the position is causing someone to openly complain about having to serve customers and then speak disrespectfully to those customers, something needs to change--whether that means additional staffing, better training, or reconsidering whether this is the right position for that employee. When I asked whether a manager was available, Shyanne simply told me I would **"need to call back tomorrow."** There was no attempt to apologize, de-escalate the situation, or find someone who could address my concern. Even as I continue standing here, the phone keeps ringing, and whether it gets answered appears to be completely hit or miss. What makes this especially disappointing is that **we are regular customers**. We spend money here frequently, and I have generally had positive experiences in the past. I understand restaurants get busy. I understand employees get stressed. But neither of those things gives an employee the right to be rude or disrespectful to a customer. **Being busy is understandable. Being stressed is understandable. Treating customers like they are a burden for expecting you to do your job is not.** Shyanne's attitude has turned what should have been a routine $50 takeout order into an experience that makes me seriously question whether my family will continue patronizing this establishment. Management needs to address both how takeout calls are being handled and, more importantly, how customers are being spoken to. We have supported this restaurant regularly, but after today's experience, something would need to change before I would feel comfortable coming back.
