One of my absolute favorite kosher pizza restaurants, with five stars all the way. Inside and outdoor dining. Great outdoor view of the nearby mountains. Very friendly and personable staff. Food is great. Many pizza varieties and toppings, and pasta selections. I got addicted to their excellent salads, especially the Italian with hard-boiled eggs. That's almost a meal in itself. The Greek salad with feta is also very good. I gotta recommend trying the mozzarella sticks. They're a must. Anyone that keeps kosher and must travel to Ventura County should definitely eat here. I found this place when I went vegetarian in 2005. That lifestyle lasted for around five years, but I went back to a standard diet. This is the only restaurant that I never left. Although they are mainly vegetarian apart from fish, the food is just too good. My wife who is a big meat eater usually, is obsessed, just as I. Our 8yod has become a diehard as well. We've never had a bad meal here. From the BBQ "chicken" pizza to the hummus, the pita, the eggplant parmesan sandwich, the Caesar pita to the homemade ranch dressing. The burrito, of all items, might be the best burrito in the county( order it with jalapeños, homemade salsa verde and the kicker their homemade ranch on the side) thank me later. With prices rising and quality changing everywhere, they have kept pricing as low as possible, still very reasonable, and quality has stayed consistent for the twenty years I've been frequenting. My family and I agree, while we've hit a point over the past few years that we would rather cook for ourselves at home, Pizza Nosh is one of the only restaurants in the area that we will continue to choose if we eat out. Pizza Nosh is one of those places that'll make you think "how have I not been here before?!" It's like so good! It was super easy to order on the phone and the pizza was ready for pickup in 15 mins! We got the largest size and topped it with bell pepper, basil, feta cheese, and veggie pepperoni. All the protein is veggie protein WHAAAT obsessed!!! However, the hours of operation are extremely limited. They're closed Friday evening and Saturday for Shabbat, which is understandable as a kosher business. Really nice service! The cashier was very patient with me while I chose what I wanted to eat. I didn't realize that it was a vegetarian and pescatarian restaurant but I still wanted to give it a try. I got the fish and chips and also the pesto flatbread Pesto flat bread was amazing! I really enjoyed the crispness of it. The flavor was just right too. The only issue I have is that it is quite oily. Fish and chips was okay.. I think the fish was decent but nothing really stood out. However, I didn't like the fries.
