I got out of the restaurant at around 5:30 which was surprising because I just ordered one thing. Staff was nice. They have a small parking lot in the front of their restaurant. As an ex-NYer and lover of pizza, I was disappointed in my dining experience. The service and ambiance were good with plenty of seating. I ordered a slice of cheese pizza. The crust and dough was too soft, chewy and had almost a soggy consistency. Too much cheese relative to sauce which the imbalance caused the pizza to have a bland, unflavorful taste. I also tried their grilled chicken salad which was very average and a relatively small portion. Winner's NY is not a winner, IMO. If your preference is NY style pizza, there are better places in the Agoura Hills, Thousand Oaks and Calabasas areas. read more

After hanging out at the dog park, we stopped by Winner's NY Pizza, and wow--no words can express how delicious the pizza was! The undercarriage was perfectly cooked, and the calzone--holy moly--it was huge! I didn't even get a chance to snap a picture because it was too good to wait. They definitely aren't stingy with the toppings either. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was cool, with all the surfing pictures on the wall. My go to for pizza or salads or subs or wings to be delivered. For a thinner crust, I get the 14" vs 13" medium. My usual pizza order is 1/2 Hawaiian 1/2 meat lovers. My usual sub order is a Philly cheesesteak and an Italian cold cut. My usual salad I'd their pasta salad, sometimes with chicken. And of course, wings with every order, from 5 to 10 depending on moths mood at the time. The wings are meaty and perfectly crispy and seasoned well. I walked in for the first time and ordered one of the lunch specials (available all day). I got one slice of cheese and one slice of pepperoni. Ordering was easy and the guy tending the counter was nice and accommodating. I was offered the option of a can or fountain drink with the special which was nice. They also accept Apple Pay which was convenient. They told me it would be available in 5 minutes and it was available in 3 minutes. The slices were super hot in the box and quite good. It's tasty! Thin pizza with really good flavor. It has a nice garlic flavor and the ingredients taste fresh. I like that the cheese is not rubbery and the crust is not hard but easy to chew.
