Jamoca® Almond Fudge, Mint Chocolate Chip Sprinkle cone!
    David K.

Nothing like stopping at 31 Flavors after a satisfying meal. The shoppe on Karan Road was only minutes away and open till 10! The two kids working looked like they enjoyed it and happily served up tastes of the new flavors. I loved the new Coconut and teamed it with old favorites, pistachio and chocolate, for the perfect sundae; topped with warm chocolate fudge, marshmallow sauce, whipped cream and a cherry on top (what will they do when they ban whatever makes the cherry so red!) ! Janet went for the Janice Almond and Mint Chocolate Chip in a Sprinkle cone! Now we should walk home!!

Costumer service was impeccable! The ice cream was amazing (per usual) and the worker even assisted in a small funny prank with our friends. The setting although small was very nice and the overall atmosphere vibes were off the charts! Thank you Baskin Robbin's!

Most salient fact: 99.2% of the time they have Pink Bubblegum Ice Cream (hardly any other B&R can make this claim). How can anyone not give this place 5 stars? To start, the serve ice cream... 31 gosh darn flavours of it! The interior is nothing to write home (or even a Yelp review) about, and it could do with some updating, but you don't come for the ambiance, you come for delicious ice cream. Sure, it's not gourmet, but when it comes to ice cream you reach a point where making it "better" is pretty much gilding the lilly. Very friendly staff, reliable master ice cream cake makers, and they almost always have Pink Bubblegum. In short, this location serves up happiness in a cone (or cup).

This is one of our favorite local spots to come. I'm not sure why reviews are so mixed, but it's an ice cream store with typical ice cream store service. If you love baskin Robbins flavors, you get them all here. They also have cakes and pints to purchase to take home. The store is clean, and in the two dozen times we have been here, the staff is always helpful and courteous. My kids are always happy campers when they get this treat! Their favorites are bubble gum flavor and wild and wreckless. My favorites are always peanut butter chocolate or jamoca (anything coffee flavored).

I am going to step up and give this place 5 stars....you know why? Every day after school, this place gets filled with kids 5 to 18 and with all of the chaos, kids having melt downs or kids laughing and enjoying their ice cream....the management and staff at this location have ALWAYS been great. they stay calm, they get orders out as quick as they can...and they seem to have the patience of a saint. SO, with that said, lets get to the ice cream! If you are a regular, like my family has become on these hot days...we end up there mostly right after school. Yes, it is busy bot the ice cream is worth it. There are all the usual varieties you have at any other Baskin-Robbins chains, the ice cream cakes, the cones, cups and my favorite...the SHAKE. Ah yes, it is tasty! I get the Pralines & Cream with a little chocolate syrup mixed in. It is delightful, try it! My younger son usually gets the "Icing on the Cake" Shake...he loves it. It's a great way to cool down and sip on something yummy. So even though this is a busy time (between 2:30-3:30pm) maybe go a little later if you want it to be calmer...with less of a wait because right after school it is a super busy! But hey, good for the store-selfishly I want is to survive and thrive as I like my shakes... Just be patient and remember to always be respectful to the nice folks behind the counters. They are really working hard to keep everyone happy. Also, many young kids are there too-so I want to give props to the Agoura High Schoolers who go there...my experience, they are all really nice- and they don't get rowdy, I respect that so much. We know little ones can have melt downs...but most parents are really aware and and keep their kiddos from tantrums. It's a family place, and I like going to it. Sometimes there are longer wait times, but as I said, go after 4pm or in the afternoon if you want to beat the "busy times". Also, if there is a game at Agoura High School that evening...this is a hot spot for many after the game. Just be aware...and happy ice cream eating for all my Yelp friends!

Phone on the counter, next to the cash register. The phone was handled and viewed between serving me and my husband. Boyfriend trouble?

The service was great as well, they were friendly and welcoming and answered all my questions. suggested I definitely I ended up picking up a chocolate and hazelnut cake with an incredibly soft, spongy interior that was perfectly balanced and rich without being overwhelming. I also grabbed a single serving of the blueberry cheesecake, which was light, airy, and still decadently satisfying--definitely worth every spoonful. The rum babas were a standout: bite-sized, soaked in Jamaican rum, filled with Chantilly cream, and topped with a raspberry. So flavorful and unique--each bite was indulgent without being too heavy. And then there was the Velina cake... oh my goodness. A beautiful sponge layered with chocolate mousse and hazelnut mousse, all covered in a glossy dark chocolate glaze. It was so rich and decadent that I had to slow myself down just to fully enjoy every bite. Everything tasted fresh, thoughtfully made, and worth the drive. I'd absolutely come back again.

We were greeted right away, and we let one of the people working there know we wanted to take a look around as it was our first time stopping in, which was okay. The shop itself was empty. We took a look at the ice cream selection, the full cakes, and then the pastries. Everything looked really good. We decided on a chocolate trilogia pastry and a red velvet pastry to go. The transaction went well. When we got home, we ate the goodies. The trilogia was fresh and had great flavor. The red velvet, unfortunately, did not meet expectations. The cake part was dry, and the frosting was dense and had little flavor. Maybe I just ended up getting an older one, but at $8.25, I had expected a much better item. The service was great, but as a red velvet lover, the flavor was not as expected. I would potentially try again but would sample some other treats.

I ordered the avocado toast that came with a couple of poached eggs and the side I got was a cup of barley soup, my wife ordered the french toast with a side of bacon . The quality of the food was excellent in both cases, tasted good although I felt my food was on the colder side for sure when we finally got it and it was very plain; food took a while considering they weren't that busy. The service was good but not excellent, our waiter came back to check on us once when I thought maybe I caught his eye . Cozy little spot with great food and bingsu! They absolutely nail the fluffy snow-like texture of Korean shaved ice. Portions are pretty big so I'd say stick to either getting food or shaved ice bc I have a pretty big appetite but couldn't finish either! And it's a lil hard to store bingsu in the freezer since it's prone to becoming completely frozen if you leave it in there too long. It won't have the fluffy melt in your mouth texture anymore. So eat as soon as your can even if you take it to-go (they pack them in drink cups with lids if you order to-go). I've had the matcha, Oreo, mango, and original flavors. They're all good but I'd rank original last bc I was expecting a lore more injeolmi powder like ive seen in pics + the flavors were too subtle for me (I did order with oat milk however so that can be where I went wrong). I'd say Oreo was my fave of all that ive tried. Only the ones with a white base are available with dairy-free options btw, so matcha and Oreo can't be made dairy-free. They appear to have seasonal flavors as well. The panini was very good. My partner called it prob the best smelling sandwich he's had LOL. Since I had to give up dairy a few years ago, it's such a pleasure to be able to count on Tifa for having three to four flavors each day without it. The little tea wafers they add to the gelato are delightful for their delicate flavor and flaky texture. Whoever does the hiring for their shops seems to do a great job of finding friendly employees who display warmth in their welcoming greetings. I understand that the real estate prices at this center must be expensive, but it's a shame that the indoor space here is very tight. A number of the other Tifa locations have more elbow room, and encourage lingering by offering games and puzzles to keep the young and young-at-heart amused while enjoying their gelato and chocolate treats. That's the only reason for four stars instead of five here.
