Pizza Now certainly is better than these big corporate chains that fucking suck. Has kind of a nice ordering process that lets you order online, helping to lessen mistakes. They also have other items like breadsticks and wings. Checked the website and there weren't any options to choose delivery. I'm not sure if maybe we missed something or they aren't making deliveries anymore, but I had to go pick it up in the cold so that annoyed me. The Veggie Lovers is what we got, because it had the most toppings for not a lot more than a regular. It's about $10 for the only size they apparently have. This is an incredible deal, and I'm not aware of any pizza establishment in this area that can beat this price. If you need to feed a crowd, check out their $23.99 deals featuring 2 or 3 pizzas, wings, breadsticks, and soda. The menu is limited featuring pizza, breadsticks, wings, and the one size pizza 14 inch. The crust is soft. Personally I prefer a more crisp crust or something that has some body to it, but I still like it. My friend likes to pay a little extra for extra sauce. I think it's fine as is. A notice is posted as to why the establishment is called Pizza Now, yet they don't have pizzas ready and waiting. Usually the wait is about five minutes or less without calling ahead. I love this pizza. Ever since I was a kid, i have gone to this place many times. I loved the memories that Ive made with that pizza. I had their breadsticks and pizza but nothing else surprisingly. I have heard from my friends that their wings are great so i might try that one day. I have worked in pizza hut and little caesars and usually got free pizza. But the one i always kept getting was pizza now. Idk if it is nostalgia or if i just love this pizza but i would always choose them over others. Now i only have one pet peeve. I tried to work there but never heard back. But fr their breadsticks can come with little or a lot of seasoning but it is rare. I will always come back to this with a smile and highly recommend it. Was pleasantly surprised, but a minor rocky start. Pizza was ok, bread sticks were good, wings were terrible. First, the low priced large pizza is a little smaller than other large pizzas in the area. Not a lot smaller, but also not a deal breaker. Also, their ticketing system needs work. When you place an order, they dont ask for a name. So when you pick it up, you have to repeat the entire order to them for them to know which order is yours. If you are picking up an order for someone else, the above can be a problem if you don't know the entire order. When I was there, I noticed that they are just scribbling orders on post its for call in orders. Lastly, the staff was not so friendly- almost seemed like I was bothering them by asking to add drinks to my order. Anyway- these are fixable issues with a little training. The pizza and bread sticks were good for the money. I thought their dough had a nice texture and flavor. Typically, I judge the quality of pizza by how it tastes the next day. Next day, this pizza was still good. Bread sticks were also good. I had not ever heard of this place prior to my order, but would have no objection to going back. Update: I went back to Pizza Now recently. Pizza was still good, but this time I ordered the wings. The wings were terrible- small and soggy. The wait was just 4 minutes, so nbd there, but I would have waited longer if it meant my pizza had flavor to it. This is just a step below run-of-the-mill pizza. I knew the man who started the original location in West Chicago off of 59. He said that they would never charge more than $5 and that they would never have any other business plan than $5 cheese, sausage, or pepperoni pizzas ready to go. This location in Aurora fails that standard on all levels. Price has increased, they've added more toppings which the original owner said they would never do, and as the founder correctly predicted, the extra toppings have made it impossible up get a cheese pizza instantly for lunch without waiting for it to be cooked. Some of us don't have time to wait around for you to not be lazy and get a pizza in the oven. You are PIZZA NOW, not pizza in 5 to 10 minutes from now. I wasted 15 minutes of my 30 minute lunch driving to your location to get a plain cheese pizza that I could bring to the break room and share with others. It used to be, when I worked in West Chicago, I could go in, grab a cheese, and get back to work with enough time to eat. Then people would ask me about Pizza Now and how great it was. They got a lot of word of mouth referrals from me over the years. Never again. I don't know if the founder is still affiliated with the business, but if he is, he sold out his principles. If he was bought out or bequeathed the business to his kids or grandkids, they've totally screwed up the premise of the company. Go back to your founding principles or Little Cesar's is going to wipe you out. How hard is it to just have 1 cheese, 1 pepperoni, and 1 sausage ready to go? Decent pizza, good price. The thing that I absolutely love about this place is that the pizza is always fresh out of the oven. The sauce could use a little more flavor, but it's perfect for the little ones. The wait is usually 5-7 mins, maybe a little more at busy times. I went here twice for pizza but didnt order. I thought they had pizzas already made but they didn't. That was ok, but this isn't why I give them a 1 star. Each time I went for pizza, the same guy on both occasions had attitude for whatever reason. The first time I went to this place I asked the guy if they had any pizzas ready. The guy responded with attitude as if he was having a bad day. I said that's fine and thanks. I left. Although it was annoying, i was thinking maybe he had a bad day. I use to work at restuarants so I understand those 'bad days.' So I didnt think nothing else about it. A couple months later I made my 2nd visit. I wanted pizza and Pizza Now was closer than Little Ceasers on my way home. I went in and noticed the same guy. I smiled and asked how long would it take for a cheese pizza, and yet again, I got attitude from this guy. He responded as if he didnt want to be bothered. It was early in the day each time I went and no other customers were inside neither visit. I paused for 2 seconds, smiled again, and said ok and left. Fast forward to 6 months later, my hubby wanted to try them out and asked me if i tried them. All I told him was that I went there twice but they dont have pizzas made already and I decided to go somewhere else. Hubby said I'm going to try them out. I said ok. When we pulled up, I noticed it was the same guy. I didn't mention my experience with this place with my husband. I let him go inside while me and the kids stayed inside the car. The wait was only about 10 mins. Hubby came out with the food and we left. Hubby said, 'that guy in there.' Hubby is pretty relaxed and calm. He really dont let things irratate him. However, this same guy was rude to him. He said he was asking if the wings were breaded because and he said the guy responded as if my husband should know that information already and he spoke with attitude. My hubby said he just left it alone and said ok I'll take an order of wings. This guy have a lot of attitude. I want to give him the excuse of dealing with people all day, but if that was the case than every restuarant worker will be angry. After my hubby told me the guy was rude, I told him I got the same reaction each time I visited. If this is the worker's personality, he really needs to work on fixing it while serving customers.
