And on top of that they did not even include my 2 ranch sauces, to wait such a long time and for the service to be this crappy i cannot understand how the managers allow for this to happen. And also i kept calling and calling the papa johns to see what was going on because the tracker kept saying "order on the way" but there was no movement whats so ever and they were not answering the call just the machine saying the store has been closed. Honestly very crappy service. For one item and to not even get the order correct, it is just unbelievable.

When I asked for a refund, I was told it could not be issued because there was no manager available. It is unacceptable for a business to be unable to provide a refund when food safety is involved. The situation was handled poorly, and the lack of accountability and proper food safety practices is extremely concerning. This has to be the best pizza place ever. OK back story, grew up in Howard County with Pal Jacks and Delaney's Pizza. I always missed it. I heard about this place and how close it was to my old favorites. I can tell you I was not disappointed. First off the pizza was just like I remembered, The best was however the owner, as he saw my kids come into the shop, gave them all a stuffed animal to take home. I work nearby so this is our go too subs and pizza spot and we love it. I swear by their pizza. Delicious every time. Ledo's is good but this is great. I bet you can't eat just one slice. It's a very thin crust (crunchy) square pizza and is always first they gone when I take it to parties. The staff is super friendly and the owner Brian is nearly 100 years old and absolutely loves feeding people, telling stories and sharing a smile. read more
