Pizza palace is amazing and really cares about their food. From the ingredients chosen, to prep and cooking, even their delivery driver is always timely and wearing a smile! The staff at the restaurant are always friendly and professional and the new owner is hands down committed to reimagining what a pizza shop can be. I ordered food to go two meals to go 30$. I ordered the Eggplant Parmesan. Thinking that word of mouth about this place around town was good. I was expecting something close to edible. Mistakenly, I was so very wrong. I could have closed my eyes as I ate my meal and it could have been any number of countless lousy places I have eaten over the years. Over cooked soggy pasta, Watered down canned spaghetti sauce, frozen battered eggplant slices, and then topped with eight pounds of the lowest grade of mozzarella cheese you can possibly purchase. Then you are given as a freebie ( and where the hell did this idea originate?) Garlic bread made from a half of a cheap sub roll slopped with enough garlic butter sure to keep anyone away from speaking to you for hours. The second meal was also frozen! Chicken Fingers, and frozen onion rings. Nothing at all to write home about. In fact I will stay home next time and cook my own meal. As a chef, I wll do just that. I was lazy and tired yesterday and didnt feel like cooking. Thought I would give a local restaurant some business. Better luck next time. I am amazed that people who are so lucky enough to have the opportunity to own a business, why serve crap? Fast food doesn't have to junk. It can be warm and inviting. Menu is too large I can only assume that things are not as fresh as they should be, and if case in point they don't taste very fresh. Outside aesthetic looks like a laundromat that's been renovated into a confused restaurant. The food that I had was not great quality and also was overpriced. First time here a month or so ago Pizza was excellent! This time , a big disappointment! Pie was undercooked, inadequate sauce, and previous flavor was lacking. This is my biggest complaint for any pizza place, inconsistency! A fly in one of the shaky cheese containers really sealed the deal. Shows a staff that just doesn't care. read more

It's a cute little pizza place with personal touches. They have dine-in, take-out, and delivery. We had both dine-in and delivery. The pizza was excellent both times. They can make a great pie. The salads are huge, so keep that in mind. They do have Mexican glass bottle Coke and Sprite, which adds to their charm. It's a cute place. read more

Hands down best in town! That is the slogan here and this may be true for the Town of Rockingham, better than Pizza Hut. I had a sausage pizza from here very recently, which was pretty decent. The pizza had lots of sliced sausage with a browned cheese, greasy toppings and an okay homestyle crust (not greasy) with thick edges, very crispy on the outside. Besides pizza, they also serve calzones, pasta, salads, subs, seafood, fried dough, Coke products, and Garelick Farms ice cream. Beer and wine available.Pizza Palace t-shirts are sold here. The place is order at the counter with booth seating in the open dining area. There's also a jukebox which plays CDs. read more

Food was very good. We called in an order of buffalo wings and teriyaki wings, they told us that they didn't have teriyaki so we decided to order plain and buffalo. When we get home with our food we realize they gave us teriyaki and plain. Why say you're out of teriyaki if you aren't? And not even give us the buffalo that we asked for? We also asked for extra ranch and paid for that. But sadly did not get any. But the food was very good. So I guess just make sure that they're clear on your order and open it up when you pick it up so they can fix it for you. I also left a great tip for them which made it even more disappointing that my food was not how I ordered. read more

Pretty good pizza for the price. The toppings are pretty good and they like to use a very generous amount of cheese. I am not a huge fan of their side dishes which are mostly fried fare. The service here is generally mediocre and the atmosphere is lacking, but the restaurant is clean and the decor is simple. I generally favor doing take out when I get pizza palace. If you are in Bellows falls and looking for a quick affordable meal, Pizza Palace can certainly compete with any other pizza joint in town, and many of their dishes are more affordable than Athens Pizza. read more

Pizza palace is my favorite of the pizza places in Bellows Falls. They make tasty garlicky generously sized and topped pizzas for a reasonable price. My favorites are Lazo's Pizza and the Veggie Supreme. The Greek salad is also a personal favorite, and it comes with a delicious house dressing, pita bread, and a hard boiled egg. They take a little bit of time so you may want to order ahead or waste some time playing the arcade games in the corner. read more

The food isn't bad at all, but the owner, the woman, is VERY judgemental and rude. I thought maybe she was just having a day. But I've been in 3 times after that and each time it's been the same thing. Today, TODAY took the cake. I went in with my step daughter and I was a dollar short so I figured I'd use my preloaded CA card that had just a cpl bucks on it. When I told her I didn't have the $1 and I was going to have to use my card she said "why not just put it all on the card?" I said "I only have $3 on this card, I'm sorry" she laughed at me and said "What? You ONLY have $3 on your credit card? " And continued to laugh at me. I said "Yeah, I'm sorry. Life has been a bit of a struggle lately and I was just trying to do something nice for the kids with what little cash I did have" making me feel horrible, in front of my stepdaughter I walked out and said to her (Step daughter) "don't ever treat anyone like that lady just treated me. You treat ppl with dignity and respect no matter WHO they are. You never know what kind of day/week/year someone is having. What she did and how she handled that was VERY unprofessional and so unkind!! I'll never go back. That was the THIRD time the same woman has treated me like she was better than me. The food isn't bad but the woman , I'll never step foot in there again and neither will any of my family. Advice, you're not better than anyone. Treat ppl the way u want to be treated. read more

We waited almost 2 hours for them to deliver a pizza 1.2 miles. It was cold. The driver offered no excuse or apology for ruining our dinner and then decided to burn rubber on the way out of our driveway. Pizza Palace used to be much better. read more

Being from out of town and being stuck in a hotel was pleased that they would deliver to the middle of no where. The lady on the phone was very sweet. She wasn't sure if they took American express. She said if it didn't go threw she would call ad let me know. Very happy with the customer service aspect of this place. Pizza showed up at my room within 20 mins and it was screaming hot and cheesy!
