Ordered for pickup the other night. When I walked in the place was very dirty, but worse was that NO ONE, none of the staff, were wearing masks or socially distancing. You had delivery people coming in without a mask and no one was wearing gloves. They don't take the health and safety of patrons seriously. I won't order from here again. read more

For 2 years I've been searching Seattle for the best pizza and my go-to pizza place - I've finally found it and Pizza Palace is it. It took so long because reviews are absurdly low which is why I'm taking time to write a 5-star review, and I almost never write reviews. Of course taste is subjective. About my "taste profile" - I'm a pretty simple guy overall when it comes to food; but I am very picky about what I like. I like good pepperoni pizza, straight-forward steaks, simple burgers, plain black coffee, vanilla ice cream, and beer that is cold. After living around the world I definitely love lots of ethnically diverse foods too, but when I'm really hungry I usually go back to my comfort foods. And now Pizza Palace has earned my vote when it comes to pizza in Seattle. read more

Oh playing the review game can be scary. I don't like to use a chain if I can help it. This place was close to my job and I wanted to give them a shot. This review is for the food alone. I ordered through UberEats and delivery. If you call using UberEats,your food is immediately an hour quicker. Regular delivery driver took well over an hour and no status updates as you can get from UberEats. Now for the food. Calzones: These are hit and miss. They tend to be overly crispy sometimes. I avoid them. The stuffing is flavorful but I need more sauce if I am going to eat them. Meatball sub: It's meatballs with loads of sauce and marinara and mozzarella. Most people may not like but these are a food group to me. I order one almost every time! This is my favorite to order. Salads: I have YET to get a bad salad. They sometimes even humor me with extra dressing. Pizzas: Never once did I get an under done, non crisp, limpy, useless pizza. This place is a pizza palace because the food will make you feel like royalty. When I am north of 405, this is my ordering place, even when I am working up East Marginal Way. Great place for pizza delivery in Burien. I work at a school down there and my co worker and I were celebrating with a student party with our kids. They all love pizza so we ordered from them since Pizza Time was 30 minutes late the last time and the crust tasted like cardboard. They have a website where you can order in advance online and get 5% off. You can also order through the phone but it has to be with card and you don't receive the 5% off I believe. We ordered ten large pizzas, half with pepperoni and half with just cheese. They were very helpful with ordering and triple checked with us before hanging up the phone to make sure the order was correct. They arrived on time and were very helpful. When we were serving the pizza, the kids loved it! We had a few pieces and it was really good. They didn't withhold on the cheese and sauce. The crust we found out was homemade and it was chewy and soft! Highly recommend for teachers and school deliveries! read more

We ordered a delivery to our hotel . Have never tried their food before . They took our order , gave us an exact price and gave us a time estimate which was 55 minutes but they were right on at delivery at 56. We ordered chicken pesto pasta and two Greek salads . The salads are fresh cold and huge ! Filled with veggies, the pasta was hot and extremely delicious plenty of food for two people. I would definitely order from them again !! read more

I asked them to do very well done and make sure it was crispy. Came a soggy mess, super greasy, and missing toppings I ordered. The guy who took my order was basically like "yeah yeah" as I ordered. I was also double charged for the delivery fee. I had a coupon for a 3 topping large pizza and somehow was charged $24. I ate one piece but I just couldn't do it. I gave the rest to the hotel staff. Worst pizza I have ever had. Tasted like a really really bad cheap frozen piazza or one you see in a gas station when you are on the road that has been sitting there for hours. Barely any sauce on it but the crust was still not crisp, undercooked and very limp with no flavor whatsoever. Couldn't even eat it, now that's a first. read more

Stayed at the Ramada, ordered dinner from here delivery was surprisingly super fast! We got the barbecue chicken pizza and mud pie. Pizza was very okay (pretty salty), but the mud pie was AMAZING. TMI: Unfortunately, my boyfriend and I had to be at the airport in the morning and he had stomach pains and had lots of bathroom breaks, I later felt what he had the very next day. If your family on a budget or just an ordinary person don't order from this place. The pizza is good but not great we ordered a extra large and a calzone cost us over $50. When I opened the box I thought my wife had ordered half and half turned out it was supposed to be supreme all the way around. My wife asked the delivery person can I have crushed red pepper and Parmesan. They responded you need to ask for that when you order. This is my second time trying this pizzeria after visiting Seattle and I was not impressed either time. I tried to avoid this place, but no one else would deliver to my motel (days inn 13050 48th ave south),as if the motel doesn't allow any other pizzerias to deliver here. I even downloaded uber eats to try and get BJ's. Eventually, We ended up settling for this pizzeria. An hour later, the delivery driver in a white Prius knocks on our door and hands me the food and splits. It was the wrong order. We were given 2 Cesar salads instead of a cake and a house salad. I called to resolve the issue with the employee at the store which took about another 15min. By then, the pizza was already cold. The same delivery driver comes back and asks for the two salads back. Which I understand to some extent, but then he also asks for the plastic forks too which were laying on our hotel bed. The thought of that food going to someone else grossed me out enough to not want the cake or salad anymore. He came back after "5 mins" which was more like 20. I should've take my tip back like he took back the food without shame. This place really needs to work on their customer service skills and accuracy. The late-night delivery options in far south Seattle are slim, and my expectations were admittedly low. But I'm happy to report that Pizza Palace came through in my time of need! I ordered an extra-large Indian pizza with tandoori chicken and jalapeños. It arrived on-time, hot, and extra spicy. Pizza Palace is the Pizza Hut of Burien. Its got a lot of deals on its signature pizzas so if you're not choosy that might be ok. I like to design my own pizza and not pay a fortune more to do it, but unfortunately that is the case at Pizza Palace. They are not the best quality, they're good though. Wouldn't know how the pizza was, never got that far. My son had just played in a baseball tournament nearby, we all wanted pizza and decided to give this place a try. Walked in and were ignored for quite some time and then found someone and asked where the restroom was so my son could wash his hands (again just played in a baseball game). We were told "no restroom" which I do believe is a requirement to have sit-down food service in King County. I let them know he needed to wash his hands and they could care less. We walked out. In the 10 minutes we were there never saw anyone else pickup an order to go, or walk in and sit down. Maybe the pizza is great but with service and lack of facilities like that who cares... Another Yelper called the Pizza Palace the "Pizza Hut" of Burien. This should give you a clue as to what you're going to get. The delivery - for some reason this guy called me from his car instead of just walking up and knocking on the door...which seemed odd but whatever. Then when he left he left my gate wide open. The pizza - the crust is bland and the toppings are salty. I asked for extra sauce. If this is extra sauce then their normal pizza is probably very, very dry. The mud pie - tasty, but a very small slice for $4. Bottom line is I was able to eat it, but I won't order from them again. read more

Yesterday I ordered through Ubereats app a 12" pizza and a NY cheese cake cause I was hungry at night, don't judge me....anyway the pizza was delicious when it comes out hot, I got the basil, mozzarella, tomato pizza. Simple basic but good. The NY cheesecake was really cold like ice cream cold...not really how cheesecake should be served but it's still good. 4-stars cause of the cheese cake. read more

Late dinner needs, in a hotel near the airport, perusing the list of restaurants that deliver. We popped for Pizza Palace and really enjoyed the pizza that we chose - the Mediterranean. Italian sausage with lots of vegetables and both pesto and red sauce. Hit the spot. Delivered to our hotel and arrived piping hot and tasted good. This isn't our usual neighborhood, but if it were, we'd probably order from here again. They told me it would take 55 minutes for my pizza to be delivered. It took 1 hour and 45 minutes. When I complained about the wait, they offered $5 off and after continued complaining they reluctantly offered $10. It's not very difficult to call and explain that you're extremely busy, but the manager seemed to be bothered that I was upset about dinner being an additional hour late. I was bit worried due to some of the bad reviews but what a pleasant surprise! The crust is crisp on the outside and soft and doughy on the inside, just like how I like it. The cheese was abundant and perfect. They lost 1 star from me due to skimping out on toppings. I got 3 items: sausage, pepperoni, and olives. There were hardly any sausages and the pepperoni was small and thin. As for olives, there were very few. Pretty good delivery option if you're stuck in a hotel room near the airport. They do charge a hefty delivery fee of $6 but what you gonna do? Walk in the rain?! The woman who took my order wasn't very pleasant. She took my order then just hung up. We ate in the restaurant and it is evident they don't have many guests that "dine in". We had a piping hot pizza in less than 10 minutes from when we ordered it. Just the right amount of toppings and perfect balance of cheese and sauce. Aside from the usual grease from the cheese, pepperoni and bacon we had on it, the crust was light and not soggy. Good pizza for the price $14 for a large 3 topping. While the name, location and presentation of the restaurant leave something to be desired, it's a pretty darned good pizza and I will come back again if ever in the area craving some pizza. read more
