Easy to tell all ingredients were fresh . I also got a few glasses of vino . This hidden gem is an authentic Italian family restaurant. The owner is the chef and she is true to the family recipes. If you have been to Naples, Italy, you will recognize this pizza. Fantastic thin crust with crisp bubbles of oven-charred goodness. All fresh ingredients. Great selection of classic Italian wines. She makes her own cannoli. Get that! Beautiful arugula salad. This place is a bit hidden but offers a massive outdoor seating option that will absolutely accommodate large gatherings and I believe they sometimes they offer live performances. Great food. We've been on a mission to try different pizza parlors in town and stopped in at Pizza Parma for dinner. The restaurant is beautiful and has a really cool vibe. Our waitress was attentive and friendly. We ordered a pasta dish and a pizza to share. The tagliatelle porcini had the creamiest and silkiest sauce we have ever had but zero flavor. We expected it to have at least a hint of mushroom but it didn't. We loaded it up with parmesan, salt, and red pepper. The pizza had good flavor (especially the beautifully seasoned dollops of ricotta cheese) but the bacon seemed raw and the toppings slid right off the crust. You had to eat the first few bites with a fork before you could even think about picking it up. We took the pizza home and heated it up the next day. Cheese sticks are out of this world ! My grandson is very picking. He doesn't like anything but mac n cheese . He eat all the pizza , ate the cheese sticks. Also helped eat chicken Parm which was out of this world amazing. The calzone was so big and delicious I couldn't eat half of it. This is the only place I will eat when I go out ! Delicious! Me and my boyfriend have been searching for my dream pasta (it literally came to me in a dream). And we found this place- which also happens to be just down the street. I got the Tagliatelle Porcini, while it was not the dream pasta, it was delicious. My boyfriend got the white pizza, which was also delicious. I love a softer pizza with crispy edges so it hit the spot for me. The table bread was also perfection. Oiled, warm, and crispy. The service was superb and our waitress was incredibly attentive. The atmosphere was warm and homey- very Italian feeling. The tables were slightly larger than you find at most restaurants which we really enjoyed, it gave us enough space to have our meals sit comfortably. And was a noticeable benefit to the restaurant itself. The music was fun and entertaining as well. Overall we will be going back- there are two or three other pastas on the menu that may in-fact be my dream pasta. Great job Pizza Parma! Thank you for having us. read more

Never expected to be leaving such a negative review but here we are. My neighbors and I down the street were hopeful despite never seeing any cars or people sitting outside the very large tiki hut since it opened 3 years ago but heard the music outside and seen the lights inside. The quaint place itself is cute and inviting and I had just seen some new photos of their dishes and it felt like maybe just maybe it was a real place afterall . Our waitress welcomed us and accommodated our party of 6 at 6pm on a Saturday night .. turns out it was her first day there and she was the sweetest ever. She brought out our drinks in record time, and even exchanged the ice cold Cabernet Sauvignon with the proper room temperature one. Now let's get to the good stuff... Three different pizzas and two different pasta dishes were ordered... We didn't mind that it took a while and that all dishes came out separately... (would've preferred to eat together but not the end of the world) the pasta dishes were salty and not much flavor... Honestly resembled less than par canned sauce. All pizzas were so wet except for the 1 inch crust around the edge which wasn't bad... A little too salty but edible. The toppings were tasty and seemed fresh... But we couldn't stomach the watery crust .. tried to eat it but it was so under done and swimming in juice .. we told our waitress when she came by .. and asked to speak with the chef .. now we are up to another group of 6 in the whole restaurant an hour in. It took nearly a half hour for the chef to come... So we continued to pick at the toppings as we were still hungry. I won't go into the details of how disappointing the interaction with the chef was, let's just say she didn't take responsibility nor was she willing to comp all of our meals (except for one pizza because it was the worst for salt and sopping like the other two) .. you can decide for yourself if this is the type of zaaa you would consume at an Italian restaurant specializing in Pizza .. was hopeful but we aren't going back .. Where should I begin? We live just a block away and have seen that the place is always empty, no matter what day it is. Recently, we discovered new owners took over, and they were going to start serving breakfast. We checked the menu, which seemed reasonably priced with a decent variety, so we thought we'd give it a try. As expected, the restaurant was still empty when we arrived, so we had to call and inform them we were the only customers there. Another couple decided to join us last minute, and we were moved to another table. I have to say our waitress was really nice and friendly. We ordered two dinners, three pizzas, and a couple of glasses of white wine plus one red; that's when things began to go downhill. Everyone knows red wine should be served at room temperature, but the red wine we got was very cold, almost like it had been stored in the fridge. So, we sent it back and got a glass of room temperature wine. The food took a long time to arrive, and it came in stages, which wasn't too upsetting. However, we were surprised there was no bread offered and no Parmesan cheese on the table or offered. Coming from New York, and frequenting many really good Italian restaurants there, this really bothered me, so I asked for some bread. Eventually, it was brought to us, but it wasn't what we would expect from an Italian place. The dinners weren't impressive; the pasta wasn't long enough to twirl on your fork, which isn't a huge problem, but it lacked flavor as well, at least according to our friends who ordered pasta. They mentioned it was too salty as well. I can't really comment on how it tasted, As for the pizzas, I had a tough experience along with everyone else who ordered them. They were quite salty, and while the toppings were nice, the crust was so under baked that it tasted and felt like raw dough. I was quite hungry, so I finished one and half slice, and my husband did the same, since he was also starving. We made sure to tell Ava about the saltiness and the under cooked crust. Having worked in the restaurant industry since I was young, I expected that Chef Natalie would at least come out to speak to us after we voiced our concerns (all of us who had pizza). Instead, we waited for half an hour without seeing her. At that point, another table with six customers was seated, so we assumed she was busy preparing their meals, so we asked Ava to have here come to talk to us, that was another half hour. You would think that as a new owner looking to improve a restaurant that has struggled for three years, she would be interested in understanding our dissatisfaction. Finally she arrived, at first the chef seemed fine, but when a guest asked not to be charged for the pizza his wife didn't eat, she offered them a 20% discount instead, which angered him. Following that, she remarked that she didn't appreciate his attitude and attempted to explain that the pizza was soggy due to too much sauce on a thin crust. I apologize, but I need to explain my experience. As someone who has lived in the pizza capital of the world, I know that Grandma pizza has a thin crust. However, the crust I received looked like raw dough, which I even showed her. At this moment, she became convinced that she was entirely correct, and we ended up paying the full price. To be fair, my husband and I didn't mind paying the full price since we had eaten a lot of the pizza, even though we had expressed our complaints. The other couple and our single friend, who barely touched their pizza except for the toppings, also had to pay the full price. The disappointing part is that we really wanted to support the new owners. However, due to the way she acted and her refusal to take any responsibility, we won't be returning. It's unfortunate because running a business is challenging, and instead of trying to please a customer, her ego got in the way. Since I started working I was always taught the Customer is always right, and try to make them happy no matter what. I am guessing things don't work like that anymore, since there was not a hint of compromise in her vocabulary, I truly don't think that that business will last with this attitude. I frequently drive past this restaurant so we decided to give it a try. When I walked in the restaurant was empty I thought to myself this is not a good sign seeing as it was dinner time. We ordered the Pizza Napoletono. We really wanted to enjoy the pizza as it looked good. How ever it was soggy and not enjoyable. I am almost wondering if it was a premade frozen pizza they just heated up. The crust was soggy the pizza lacked any type of flavor. read more

Save your money and buy Chef Byoardee canned pasta and a frozen pizza ; sadly it will be better than what this place has . This may be one of the worst I have ever been to. The food was absolute garbage. They also apparently don't know the difference in pastas as we ordered Tagliiatelle and received linguine. We were informed that it's the same thing; All these years as a native Italian I apparently had it wrong. My daughter who cannot have any dairy ordered a veggie pizza with no cheese. And as she started eating, noticed the cheese. We were informed by the waitress that the owner said Parmesan is not cheese and to eat it . They didn't offer to replace any of our meals and the owner was extremely rude. We paid our bill tipped the poor waitress that I know was embarrassed but not her fault; Thankfully we tried it before organizing a surprise birthday party with a large group. If you've ever been to a restaurant in Europe, the atmosphere here is very much like that. It's a great little place, very nicely done. The food was excellent, as well as the tiramisu. The whole experience reminded us of our time living in Germany. We will be back, and definitely recommend if you are looking for a low key place to eat and visit. read more

My husband and I tried takeout from Pizza Parm (Cape Coral) for the first time tonight. I ordered the $19. Tagliatelle Bolognese & my husband ordered the $21. lasagna. We both agreed the dinners tasted delicious, but we also agreed both dishes had such a small amount of pasta with an over abundance of sauce that we had to go rumage in our pantry for more food. Most places charge you $2.50 for a soda/pop. This place charges $7.50. The tiramisu was hard and not soft like most restaurants and overpoweringly taste nothing but like coffee. The atmosphere was all right, the server was fine. Unless you want to pay high prices for average tasting food I'd recommend steering away from this place. read more
