It was busy, which can be expected. But as we looked for a clean table, there were very few. There were some that were obviously done and waiting to be cleaned. We found our table, but we saw a couple that was eyeing a dirty table. They asked an employee that had been chatting with a couple at a table for at least the 5 min that we were there. The employee, who was bothered by the question, told them "Sorry, I'm on break". And let them figure out what to do next while he continued chatting and cussing with his friends at the other table. The couple sat at the dirty table and waited another 5 min before another employee came to take the plates they were not even theirs. That's when they asked this employee to finally get the table clean. The other employee continued to chat and cuss with his friends for a total of at least 30 min since we arrived. I decided to talk to someone about it. Asked a hard working employee if there was a manager. He said yes, but I decided to just talk to him inst​ead. Told him the situation, he replied,"well, he is on break, so he is not obligated to help anyone, but I will go talk to him and have him sit down." What business is OK with their employees wearing company branding and refusing to help customers? Even if they are on break. They should either stay out of sight if they don't want to work, or cover the branding so that customers don't think that they are working. read more

Absolute garbage. I have never felt so disgusting and unclean while eating. Whole staff is rude kids that roll their eyes and get upset when you ask things like if there are free refills. This was the first time we have dined in since this whole covid virus hit. It was really nice, clean. The food was good for the price. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was different than before the virus. The staff actually gets you your food...so instead of buffet style it was cafeteria style. The only pizza buffet for 50 miles in any direction. Are you listening CiCi's?? (This place is MUCH better than CiCi's) This both a pro and a con. It is good because the pizza buffet itself has a great choice of different pies (BBQ Chicken, Alfredo, 3 Meat, etc.) which also include yummy dessert pizzas such as cookie dough and oreo. They also have a smallish but overall tasty salad bar and a pasta bar with 8 or so types of pasta and 6 different sauces. The bad thing however, is that they are the only show in town and with no competition, this place gets packed. Often. Good for business but the table wait times and cleanliness, etc. suffer. That being said, the food is actually quite good and better than you would expect from a buffet style restaurant. Their sausage marinara and bolognese sauce at the pasta bar are exceptionally good. We walked in, the service was nice, but the pizza is just unappetizing. The look of it, and the taste of it. It looked disgusting, and overall it looked old. It genuinely wasnt worth the money we paid. One specific thing that I will add is that we mentioned to one of the workers that one of the sauces was out and in the rudest manner she said "okay I'll fill it up, but I'm busy right now." I have celiac and I need gluten free food. Within a week I have been to two pizza pie cafe's. The South Jordan and the Clinton location and I ordered a gluten free buffet that comes with A gluten free pizza. At the south Jordan location I ate only salad. I waited half an hour, went up to see if my gluten free pizza was ready, to find out that the cashier never took the gluten free pizza order back so it wasn't even cooking. I got my money back but it was very unprofessional. At the Clinton location the same thing happened again...the cashier never took my order to the cooks so I never got my pizza. But this time I got pasta and salad. The employee who got me pasta was new and I'm pretty sure he must of glutenated or I got cross contaminated me because I am sick, just I'm time for my anniversary trip. I had to ask for my money back. I choose to come here because of the gluten free options, but I have not been impressed by the way they handle getting the gluten free orders to the back. This is a good place to eat with a large group. There are enough different types of choices that everyone will be satisfied. The best part is that one does not need to choose paste or pizza. You can have both along with a great salad. My favorite thing was the Oreo pizza, it sounds really weird but it is AMAZING!!!! The reason I am giving it three stars is because of how unkept the buffet line is. This is mostly due to how crowded the restruant is all the time. I believe that if the staff could manage their sections better this would not be such an issue. I would have given them a four stars, after all it is great food!!!! UPDATE- went back several weeks later based on management saying that they would work on keeping the buffet line clean. I have to say had medium expectations, and it was justified. Husband and I arrived and every table in the Restruant was dirty with the exception of two. Twenty minutes later, tables were still dirty and I had to let someone know in the kitchen that customers were bussing their own tables, because they had already paid. Needless to say this time around I could not even enjoy my dinner due to sitting next to other peoples filth for so long. I can understand not having enough workers due to the pandemic, but this place is very sadly understaffed and the staff that is there doesn't quite know how to run the shift. When walking in it took maybe 8 minutes of waiting for an employee to come up to help us pay, and the entire night there were no pizzas ready and the ones that were ready were doughy and undercooked. Where you get your drinks is always dirty and has trash everywhere and never enough lids stocked up. Another thing is the whole night there was never a busser that would come for our plates and we had lots of plates stacked up throughout whole night. The last few times I have been here it just seems like people either don't know what they're doing, or there's not enough people to do it, but overall this place is really lacking in every aspect. We come here almost every weekend. I was surprised to see I haven't done a review for the Clinton location. What's wrong with me?! Even though it's a buffet they let us order a large specialty pizza. It's always very delicious. The atmosphere is laid-back. We enjoyed our time. The employees are very friendly. The place is clean. The bathrooms are clean. They work fast to get tables cleared so you don't have to wait long at all. Even though it's a buffet, when we come we order a large specialty pizza and stay to eat it. What toppings are awesome. Very fresh. The dough could stand to be cooked a little longer. It's only $11 so I don't feel too bad scraping the toppings off since I don't eat the bread. This is superior to Bountiful location. And I'm afraid to try the Layton location just being don't want my weekend pizza to be a major bummer. I look forward coming here. read more

Overall the food was great and the service was pretty friendly, my only big complaint is the bussers seemed a bit overwhelmed when there is a full house which was the case when i got here tonite. At one point the silverware was empty, except for one fork that was dirty, then at another point the salad bar was out of plates, except for one plate that was, dirty as well. This place was better than I had anticipated. I travel abroad often, and I've been to CiCi's Pizza as well as others similar. I must say this is top notch. Other pizza buffets may have more options, but the quality here is far superior. Highly recommend this place, and the "Spud-licious" baked potato pizza is fantastic. I am very disappointed with the manager or owner of this place. I was planning to make an "end of the year party" for my elementary students, so I called 2 or 3 weeks ahead of the party date and this person (manager) told me there won't be any problems, they have done parties like that to companies like grocery stores. He wrote down my name and date next to my school for the party. Then I called 3 days before the party date to make sure everything was still ok, he told me that he might misunderstand the date and for that exactly date it was graduation day in Davis county and he could offer us to do half class in Clinton and the other in Layton's but he didn't have any other reservations just that it was graduation day and he couldn't assist us. I couldn't believe what I have to tell my students because of his mistake and he wasn't even going to try to fix it.
