On 12/31 around 9:00 PM at the Clinton location, Haley was extremely disrespectful. She handed me the wrong amount of pizzas. I notified her of this error and she opened each pizza to see what was missing and then grabbed 2 additional pizzas.When I pointed out I was still missing 1 pizza, she was visibly annoyed, rolled her eyes, tossed the last pizza on top of the others, and walked away shaking her head. read more

We went here and purchased 2 cheese pizzas, a breadstick and sauce. We got home and hasd one cheese pizza, and a peppero I. How hard is it to get that simple order right??? We are too far away to go back, it's not worth it. They do this all the time! I have a photo of my receipt clearly showing 2 cheese pizzas, and then the photo of what we got. I'm so irritated. It wasn't even busy. Only one other person was in there, waiting for their order. That's it! We don't care for pepperoni so it's going in the trash. :( read more

Order ahead ya right, I placed my order for pickup and after an hour still wasn't ready drove there and the high school kids didn't care.

I placed an online order and when I came to pick It up and it was not made. I was told It would be 10 minutes. 15 minutes later I go in and they sold my pizzas to another customer. worst service I've had in a while. read more

Terrible. Waited over an hour for my pizza and they flat out told me they gave it away three times, even with me sitting right there glaring at them and looking at my watch. This location is a mess. I am surprised any of the employees stick around. They are always sinking and never can fulfill orders in a timely manner. Never have hot n ready. Orders take over an hour and half to complete sometimes more. Orders are often wrong or undercooked. I just want to know where the owner and management is. I have given this location 5 chances. This location is busy, I agree. Absolutely not the worst pizza ( for me anyways). I dont go to Payless Shoes and expect to find AirJordans. It is what it is, consistent and cheap pizza. No surprise. I ordered two pizzas and bread sticks through the Little Cesar's app for the pizza portal. Showed up at the time it was supposed to be finished and it wasn't waited almost twenty minutes and finally approached the counter and inquired about my order. They had the order sitting on the rack getting cold. Drove home opened the box and inside my pizza box marked supreme was a Hawaiian pizza. Drove back to the store and the clerk tells me that she will have the correct pizza made and won't charge me for it......I already paid for it the first time. This place is very poorly managed. Employees are unprofessional and yelling back and forth to each other about random things. I've been waiting for 30 min for 2 pizzas and 1 crazy bread and it isn't even busy. I asked if I had been forgotten because several people have come in after me and left with their pizzas. I wish it were possible to give a zero star rating. Save your time and go to a different location. It wasn't even peak hours and the staff was mixing up orders, changing customer priority, jacking around, arguing over which box to use for cheese bread since they were out, etc. the management was useless and had no organization and the cashier was clueless to what was going on. The pizza maker wasn't boxing pizza or bread right away and I stared at my order for 10 minutes before they put it in a box an gave it to another customer. This place needs a manager who can organize, lead, prioritize, and manage the staff better. read more

You honestly can't beat $5.00 for a pizza! We have ordered from every pizza chain and are never as pleased as when we get our Little Ceasars Pizza. The Clinton location always makes the best lc pizza. We have a picky eater who doesn't like a lot of sauce. We have to call in our pizza orders to get light sauce and they are ALWAYS polite and make our pizzas . We make it a point to always order from them. read more

Not your best Little Caesars. Busy during eating times, always a wait, not hot and ready. Be careful if you are an early morning customer. I got a day old pizza. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible, Service!!! Hot and ready my *$$! Went during lunch, sent my daughter in to get a simple order but the employees must not think a 12 year old child is a valid or paying customer. I figured I'd have to wait because they were busy, so no problem. Until I started seeing customers who came in well after my daughter, leave with their order. At this point I motioned for my daughter to come to me in the car. I ask her what's taking so long and she tells me other people who came after got the same as order as we did and left. So I told her to go ask what was going on, she came back saying it will be at least 10 more minutes. So at this point I grabbed the receipt looked for the number, called and asked to speak with the manager. Told the manager I wanted a refund and my order. When my daughter came to the car, I looked at the receipt once again. Looking for the time stamp on the receipt, then looking at the clock in my car... It was literally over 47 minutes! What a joke!!! Next time I'm going to Papa Johns. So If your in a hurry, go somewhere else, seriously! This establishment has disastrous managerial problems and is literally run by kids not much older than my daughter. Unfortunately I'm unable to rate negative stars, as this place is deserving of negative reviews. read more
