I pre-ordered everything maybe three days in advance. I was being slightly annoying & called maybe two or three times to confirm that the delivery was coming - I didn't want to disappoint the kids! The staff was extremely sweet and always made sure that my needs were tended to / ensuring my order would be there on time! The day of the order, 3 large pizzas were delivered right on time! All the kids enjoyed it - I even had a few slices of my own & I have to say it was extremely delicious and cheesy! Ordered through Uber Eats for a pickup, but as soon as I placed the order I realized I made a mistake and ordered from the wrong location. I contacted the store 30 seconds after I noticed it was wrong and informed them of my mistake and asked if they could cancel. The male worker said that they would cancel the order as it was not made yet. I waited 5 minutes for the order to be cancelled on the app, but nothing was happening. I contacted Uber and the customer support informed me that the restaurant has already made the order and if I wanted to cancel I would be charged for the entire order regardless if I didn't get my order. Lying to Uber about preparing my order after agreeing to cancel just to make a few bucks is mind boggling. read more

Me and a friend stopped by on a Friday and ordered a triple pepperoni pizza, Italian garlic pizza, and breadsticks. The pizza was cheesy and delicious. The breadsticks were pretty average. I like when the breadsticks are wallowing in a sea of garlic butter grease lol. These were pretty dry. This has become one of my new favorite pizza spots. read more

First I must say we love pizza pirates, we order at least once a week (just about) but lately something is off with the quality. Pizza has been very watery/runny, the dough is very flimsy. I don't know if it's the dough or the sauce. I always order my pizza well done so they come out crispy/crunchy (I literally put it everywhere in the comments) and still doesn't seem to help. Please don't waste your time placing a large order with this establishment. They are not equipped staffed or managed to be able to handle more than 1 pizza per order. Sadly we tipped prior to finding out the we wouldn't have our entire order delivered. We had an entire staff meeting waiting for our food to completely arrive. I used to work down the street from this place and I can say that I miss the pizza and salad from here more than anything else about working in Jurupa Valley. I wish they had a location closer to where I now work or where I live. I was in the area to run errands and had a ministry meeting. I decided to order a veggie pizza and my favorite Greek Salad with added pepperoncinis, and tomatoes. When I go to any salad bar or buffet, I now mimic what is in their salad. Their ranch dressing is amazing and worth the calories to dip the pizza, wings, and drench the salads with. The service is always friendly, even when they are busy with large orders. I had placed my order a few minutes after they had a large business order. All they asked for was a few minutes after my pick up time. This place was my go to for all business luncheon and parties. The driver mention they made a mistake accepting my order due to my address being out of delivery range . But he said he decided not to cancel and deliver anyways ! I ordered their hot wings and a classic cheese pizza for the first time! I was able to pick up my order from the phone at the front desk, and the lady was very nice and helpful. The Interior is a bit small, but it makes sense, since I see plenty of people come and go for their orders. My food was good! I enjoyed my pizza and thought it was a solid bake with good ingredients. The hot wings were good, but I felt that the sauce needed a bit more consistency/ needed to be a bit thicker to stick to my wings properly, so I wasn't getting a lot of the buffalo sauce on my bites. I ordered pizza a couple of nights ago and was very disappointed. This was the second time ordering from them. The first time was great, which prompted me to order again. This time, though... I got a medium with pepperoni, sausage, ham, and jalapeños. The sausage was almost non-existent, and there was maybe only 1 pepperoni per slice! The large pizza wasn't horrible, but it wasn't great either. I don't know what happened between this time and the last time I ordered, but the quality just wasn't there this time. Yesterday afternoon though was a disaster, especially when I asked the supposed manager for help. I ordered on line and submitted accidently and before I could choose the sauce and cheese. Delivery Driver called me to let me know he was here. Another thumbs up . I ordered pizza and wings. My pizza was custom to my favorite toppings and was fantastic. The pizza sauce had great flavor, the texture of the crust exceeded my expectations and the toppings were obviously to my standards given they are my favorite toppings, however Pizza pirates weren't shy in the distribution of those toppings. I give Pizza Pirates a 10 out of 10 for an outstanding and flavorful experience for a "Good Pizza". The wings were to par, however there was nothing amazing that stood out for me except that the wing sauce was better than some of the wing sauces out there.
