Totally ignorant about food allergies and over priced for the poor quality. Definitely do not recommend.

They charged $15 even though the site special says $14 which is whatever, but I went through the drive through had to wait a few minutes for the Pepe bread which I didn't mind at all until I got it home which is 2 minutes away & saw what I got. I understand being busy but i gave them money for something that can't even be eaten. I tipped them $4.21 to make it an even $25 too. Silly me. Have always had a good experience except for my last visit about a month ago. When i arrived there were several customers there and not much pizza on the bar. There were at least 4 employees standing around not doing much of nothing. 2 of them did manage to come out and clean off a couple of the tables and glance at the near empty bar but did absolutely nothing to see that more food was put on the bar. When i left, about 1:30 (about 30 minutes before the buffet closes) there were three smally scrappy pieces of pizza about 1" wide on the bar and no desert pizza. Based on my past visits, i would give my highest comments to the staff there. They always made sure that the bar was fully stocked with a variety of fresh pizzas. One one visit, the young man working at the cash register told me that i was the first customer that they had that day and he would put out some fresh pizzas in a few minutes. I took a look at the bar which was covered with pizzas and told him there was no need to do so. I am not that picky but i do expect there to at least be food on the bar. By the actions of the employees, you would think that they were having to pay for the food. As a final note, there is no need to go to the Pizza Plus corporate website and post a formal complaint, you aren't even important enough to them to even return an email or phone call when you leave a comment. I had to post a one star review, not because i wanted to but because there isn't anything any lower to select. read more

We ordered two pizzas online. They arrived 2 hours after we ordered it. The pizzas were stone cold. Also we live in Gate City just a mere two blocks away. I've see. This business slowly go downhill to the point that I will no longer do business with them. At one time, about 5 years ago I would ah e gone no where else. They now suck. read more

we have gotten pizza from here several times and I'm not going to lie a few times it has been pretty good however the past several times we have ordered from there they have gave a attitude about us not leaving a tip thrPugh the drive thru!!! I do hair and I'm all about tips however I do not tip poor service period!!! and not only that but have having a couple horrible experiences the past couple of times tonight we have been calling since 845 and it has been busy which tells me they are clearly putting the phone off of the hook i myself have been a manger for many years and I can't imagine letting my employees act this way!!! the last two times the pizza has been horrible we paid for extra toppings and got less then.....I'm over it and idk if we will be ordering from here anymore read more

At least it was almost free due to the last time they took an hour and forty five minutes to deliver burnt pizzas. This time I plainly requested extra sauce and extra cheese and told them I would gladly pay for it. It takes an hour for them to deliver cold pizzas with no marinara. Keep in mind, I told them I would pick up if it was going to be a long wait. I was told there were NO orders in front of me. My boyfriend's house is less than a three minute drive from them. I say go ahead and deliver thinking this time would be different. That wasnt my mistake, my mistake was ordering from them to begin with. I'm not calling to complain again it would be a waste of time. I would rather drive an extra 20 minutes to Kingsport than get another burnt or cold pizza. I can make the drive back from Kingsport and the pizzas still be warm. I will never order from this place again. Anybody would be better off making the drive to Kingsport. Any time I'm going through town, I always stop for some pizza or cheesesticks. My favorite pizza is the BBQ chicken, yum! Their crew is so nice and they really care about making sure your visit is great. Get there early if you want a table for Sunday buffet or before a high school football game.
