He was so helpful and nice and he went above and beyond to help me. He showed me what isle my stuff was on, and I saw a price that didn't look like it was correct the item was originally 16.99 but it said on sale for 1.98 , so I asked and he checked for me, I was so excited I went to grab a carriage and cleared out the whole rack. Ricardo put each mulch into the carriage for me I ended up getting 5 of them and he told me he would double check and make sure there's none in the back, and if so I could have those as well. He did indeed check but I had all the ones they had in stock. It was the smile and help he gave me that made me so happy, and I'm glad he went above and beyond and sincerely wanted to help he even said if there's any issues at the register let them know he said we already spoke and the price was indeed right, I appreciate this because so many times you go to stores and they have a price and it's marked wrong and they argue with you and don't want to price adjust it, but when I went to the register no issues at all. The lady at the front was really nice as well , very pleasant all smiles and took her time with each customer and didn't rush us along I didn't catch her name sadly. This store is always so clean and even though it's a pet store it's never loud or rowdy in here, which makes it good for bringing your pets in here knowing they won't have anxiety from commotion.

They all looked very sad and were of mostly the same breed. There were fish tanks filled with algae growth. With aisles were small, it smelled like rabbit pee and there were no rabbits. There were 3 birds, a few betas, one filled fish tank, and the cages of pups. The whole place was a mess with hoses and all sorts of stuff lying around. Also, when you walk in, the door makes the loudest most obnoxious ding I've ever heard. I did not see anyone working there until we tried to walk down the messiest aisle that had a bird out of its cage, and he suddenly appeared and I think he said we're not supposed to go over there. Not really sure. Anyway, this place should probably be closed down.

In the past, I have purchased a collar and leash, two dog beds, and flea collars. Saturday mornings are super busy. I will probably go on a weekday in the future. The people who work in the store are always cordial. There is usually someone available in one of the aisles to answer questions. The cash register attendants are also friendly. They greet people and smile. It's a really great store and shopping experience.

Made sure all vaccines were up to date Made sure he was sent home with top of the line food , chip ,etc. The lady who helped me was very passionate about her job, and u could tell she absolutely loves what she does. Upon that visit my pup faced some medical challenges and was treated God willing successfully, thru the wonderful care of Titan and ocean state drs. ​the owner of perfect puppy followed up and went above and beyond to help. He took care of the expensive visit with Titan and helped off set a large amount of the medical expense. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable of dogs and breeds. He stated he has been in the industry since a young age . I was so relieved he off set some of the cost. I have 2 children one is autistic We purchased our puppy as a companion for both. My puppy is a top recommended breed for children with autism. To date he has brought so much love and emotional connection to all of us. Both my children get hrs. Of joy from playing with him as well as my husband and myself lol. Forever grateful and thankful​
