She was so gentle and patient with him, knowing he might be nervous, and truly took such great care of him. Everyone was incredibly sweet and loving. The store is always spotless, the team is friendly and helpful, and they have such a fun selection of toys and high-quality food I trust for my pets.

What a cool space - it's HUGE with literally anything you can think of for your pet. The prices were a little steep, but that's to be expected from local pet stores like this and we were happy to support. We found the cutest lobster bandana for our pup here that's perfect for summer! The staff was soooo friendly and helpful and obsessed with our dog who very much loved the attention. Wish we lived in the area, we would be here constantly!

After reading reviews, I brought him in for a full grooming by Chris -- so easy to book on-line. I can't say enough. The place is welcoming and immaculate....and calm. Busy, loud grooming places are not ideal for my senior guy. Chris had him in and out in just under 2 hours (unheard of)) and he looks and smells better than ever. So happy we found Chris and Ruff Waters and will be back for regular groomings...Plus, great to know we can DIY if need be as well. Great business, great guy. A++++

I had been shaving/grooming him at home and totally botched it. I was so happy to be able to bring him to the professionals! He looks like a brand new dog. I paid $95 + tip for a full groom/cut, which may be on the higher side. However, I did botch him so he deserved the spa treatment. I have no issues coming back so they can continue to make him and my other two pups look amazing!!!

I don't know if it was just me and my fur babies but I took them here while staying at a hotel and…read moreI paid for my dogs to get their teeth brushed, the upgraded add-on, and then less than a week later, one of my dogs has a mouth infection from not having his teeth brushed. So I don't know why none of my dogs had their teeth cleaned when we paid for it. They did a really good job on their hair cuts and the ladies were nice but they didn't clean any of their teeth.
