I like their pizza and love their chicken. Why 1 lonely little star? Because they don't allow ZERO stars. The tastiest food does not compensate for bad service. I estimated in 3 years I have not had one good visit. My first visit I went in and ordered a to-go order of Chicken. I waited, waited, and waited, then waited a little longer. No one bothered to tell me they were making a new batch. 40 minutes of my life I can't get back. I decided to try online ordering and pick up through the drive through. Twice I have had to wait trapped in the drive-through because at Pizza Ranch if you order at the window, they will let everyone else sit while your order cooks and you are served. My burger joint at least will have people pull out of line if there is a long delay. Not here. The other half dozen times I have had wrong items or missing items. Unfortunately, I don't think to cross check at the window. That involves digging through boxes and bags trying to hunt for the various miscellaneous components then trying to remember the whole order. I don't figure it out until I am unloading everything at home. Then I question if I thought to order it and check the receipts to confirm I did order correctly. I could call and force someone to drive out and bring me butter packets or ranch dressing or whatever got missed. After all, I PAID extra for those things. But by the time they arrive an hour later, I have improvised and no longer need the 'whatever'. l understand these places are generally staffed by inexperienced kids so I try not to lose my cool with them. My expectations are way too high, so I try to hold off on writing reviews or calling corporate offices. It is time to rat-out Pizza Ranch. The inside dining might be ok. The order-pick up process however, needso a huge overhaul. The big thing-read the receipts and cross check the order before it goes out the window. Trust me, if I ever come back, I will be holding up the line checking and cross-checking to make sure it right BEFORE I get home. If it isn't you may get a call to bring me a packet of butter, a ranch dressing, or even the correct pizza (it was still tasty and had more toppings than the one I ordered, so lucky me). read more

Horrible service. No chicken for over 20 minutes of standing and waiting. No gravy, no fish, no biscuits, little potatoes. I literally watched the time pass and it was 22 minutes. Our table was never cleared once even though there were 6 employees on the floor but 4 were by the soda machine catching up on last nights bachelor's picks(assuming). It was 9:00 pm, they close at 10:00 so I am sure they just didnt want to make a lot of food but to have nothing for almost half the time we were there is asinine. If you dont want to have a full Buffett then don't charge me full prices! I will not be returning to what was once one of my favorite places to eat. read more

Absolutely disgusting and i wish i could've given them 0 stars. only one of the workers had their mask on, multiple other works had no mask on and the ones that did had their mouth and nose uncovered. the buffet style food was being touched by many children with their bare hands, many of which had just came from the arcade. i watched one child in particular cough while reaching over the food to grab something. all of the guests had their masks off, whether they were eating or not. there was no kinda of precautions taken whatsoever, they did not spray hands, checks temps, or enforce the statewide mask policy. i felt disgusted and unsafe eating here. read more

There's quite a bit to choose from in the buffet, other than pizza. They were pretty good about replenishing food and plates. Food was hot and not sitting too long. All food had great flavor. Lots of different pizza to order and delivery is generally fast. read more

Tried this place on a Sunday afternoon, holy crap is it busy. Definitely more the family type than the romantic brunch type place to eat. It was a little overpriced for me considering it was a general buffet style restaurant. Pizza was not that good, I am not really the pizza type anyways..... I'm not usually a fan of buffet style restaurants, however this place is very clean. All 4 stations are usually fully stocked. I highly recommend the buffalo chicken pizza, it tastes like chicken wings but the buffalo sauce isnt too in your face hot or tangy! My favorite station is the fried chicken, mashed taters, stuffing, corn, biscuits & gravy...all the homestyle goods. They have the best fried chicken in town! The salad bar station has a good variety of fresh veggies. I'm not a fan of the mac salad, its oddly sweet... the dessert pizzas are a sweet treat if you still have room! Ashlee has been our server twice now, she is very friendly and helpful. She practically runs to get you whatever you need. I was very disappointed when the last time we were in there, she was taking great care of the table next to us, even playing with the 3 annoying children they had, didnt leave her a tip... poor girl had to clean up the huge mess they left after giving them awesome service. Great concept, pizza is good, nothing too great. The crust tastes cheap, I think it's all about the crust. The rest of it is really good. Usually get the california or Hawaiian. Service is good though. Super friendly, always recommending stuff, specials, coupons, etc. Usually do take out, but good atmosphere inside. Your clothes will smell of pizza til you wash them next. We are sitting here eating now and I couldn't wait to tell everyone how awesome the food is!! The garden chicken pizza is so full of flavor! Chicken, cheese and broccoli pizza is way good. BLT pizza (tastes like taco pizza with bacon) is Yum too....it's all Delish!! Ironically, what I like the most is the amazing fried chicken, biscuits, mashed potatoes and gravy!! Potatoes are perfectly blended and the gravy is a creamy chicken SO DANG GOOD!! And the staff us excellent!! Totally worth checking out. read more

First time eating here and I'm very pleased. At first I was a bit confused about being able to get your own food, but I caught on. The food is super fresh, and a bit hot. The pizza is definitely better than any regular delivery place, you bet I stuffed my face in that. The establishment is super clean and all the workers I've interacted with have been super kind to me; They made sure I was enjoying my meal and I appreciate that. I met with my friend who lives out of town and her extended family for a nice dinner. I had never been here before and will be going back if I have a chance. You can choose to get the full buffet or just the salad buffet for a discounted price. They have three buffet bars in a very open area so it is easy to move around with other people there. The salad bar has the typical salad bar ingredients and everything was fresh and clean (no spillage into other other food bins). There were about a dozen different pizzas at the pizza bar and then there was a third bar that had breadsticks, mac and cheese, fried chicken and several other "side" dishes. The drinks were soda machine and iced teas. There were booths or table and chairs. The motife is western and very well done. There is a large mural on the back wall and signs and collectibles around the walls. The 5 year old had a blast looking at everything and spotting trains and other items and watching the rest of us try to find the item. The background music was KLove I think. It was low enough that we could converse at the table easily but loud enough that we weren't bothered with tables from the other side of the room. read more

Not a better value in town!!! We go for the Senior Happy Hour 4-6 p.m. for $6.99.. Pizza, Chicken,salads, desserts & drinks. Salad bar is full and fresh with great variety. Chicken bar has potatoes, veggies and much more. Dessert bar has great dessert pizza & the best soft serve ice cream in town (much better than DQ). Of course, all the drinks you want, even beer. Lon & his crew are super hard workers. You won't go away hungry. Lastly, Pizza Ranch does a fabulous job at giving back to the community so help them on the nights they have groups working the lobby. read more

If it were possible to give a restaurant zero stars, that's what I would to Pizza Ranch. We reserved the banquet room for a family reunion, but when we arrived we were told that the room had been given to a larger party that was scheduled at the same time as our party. My 76 year old mother, who had made the reservation weeks before, was beside herself. We asked to speak to the manager who was rude and wouldn't admit that he did anything wrong. They put us all in a corner of the restaurant which was difficult to hear/talk to each other. The irony of the whole thing was that the large party never even showed up! Only good part of the whole experience was the girl who was bussing our table and continued to apologize profusely for her employer. read more

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went there about a week ago food was great lady at the front wasn't that happy being at work and you would tell. Our busser/waiter was AMAZING came by 2-4 times to make sure our table was cleared. I was trying to look at her name tag I think her name was Lena? She was blonde SHE DESERVES A RAISE. We stopped on our very long road trip and are so glad we did! The food is what you would expect at a pizza buffet, but I liked that they took special requests. The best part was that today happened to be kids eat free day, so my family of 5 ate for $24! We needed something quick, easy and kid friendly and this was definitely that! read more
