We came back again finally and had a GREAT experience. They were SO SWEET, namely Lesley the manager. We came in and explained that my wife cannot eat any dairy or meat, and so they didn't even charge us for her to have a small salad! Like they let her eat for free! That was really nice, and the food was really good this time too! Better than last time. The cheese sticks were just as good, and so was the fried chicken, and the pizza was hot and fresh. I absolutely loved the cinnamon desert pizza, and this time the ICE CREAM MACHINE WAS WORKING!!! Yay! It was my middle daughters birthday and when I told them that they volunteered to get the crew together to come sing her happy birthday. We brought our own cake in and they didn't mind. So after we ate and then played video games and got prizes, with the manager Leslie very patiently waiting for my girls to make their prize selections, I got the cake ready, and they all came out and sang for my daughter. VERY KIND AND OUTSTANDING SERVICE! We will definitely be back. Thank you for a great time Leslie and crew!

This one of the new design Pizza Ranchs. It is much brighter and has a huge game room. Certainly looks like they want to give Chucky Cheese a run for their money. Everything else is pretty much up to PR standards. Plenty of great flavorful chicken and the fixings. They have pizza too!! Service is good.

Go here for the chicken, not the pizza. The chicken is probably the best that you will have in your lifetime. The pizza you will eat will never want to have another piece again. This place is about the chicken, not the non bussed tables, not the cleanliness, this place is all about the chicken. There is a fun zone for kids, that's in the back so you should be safe from a bunch of whiny bratty kids running around.

You've been warned…read more 1. If you are Asian, you will be flatly denied entry. 2. If you are not Asian, you should understand the basic logic and what that says about this place. My wife and I were returning to Seattle after visiting Yellowstone and spent the night in Butte. We found this restaurant on Yelp. We weren't expecting world-class dining--just something reasonably clean and edible. What we did not expect was outright discrimination in 21st-century America--especially from people who, historically, have often been on the receiving end of it. As soon as we walked in, the owner/manager/waiter (all the same person) looked at us and said--in Hong Kong-style Mandarin--"I ask you to consume somewhere else." At first, I didn't even process what he said. My wife understood immediately: we were not welcome here because we looked Asian. Keep in mind, this was an Asian buffet. Once I realized what was happening, I was furious and ready to call the police. My wife pulled me away, reminding me there was no point staying another second. I agreed--but decided that people need to know about this. This isn't only about food quality. It's about basic human decency. And this man has none. Bottom line: Use common sense and basic logic. Stay far away from this place.

‼ We will never come back and do not recommend this place to anyone…read more Today, we were literally kicked out of this establishment. The owner refused to serve our family, claiming that during our last visit, our 1.5-year-old child dropped a bit of food on the floor. At the time, we offered to clean it up ourselves, and were told: "It's okay." Turns out -- it wasn't. What's worse, he also said that we "didn't leave a tip" -- and according to him, that's another reason we're not welcome at the restaurant. So basically, if you come with a child and don't leave a tip -- you're not wanted here. This kind of attitude toward guests is blatant rudeness and pettiness. It's shameful that in this day and age, families with young children can face this kind of discrimination over something so trivial. If you care about respectful treatment, basic human decency, and professional service -- stay away from this place.

I would call to give the kitchen my feedback but this was actual dogshit. I just spent 64 dollars on the dancing eel roll, Thai green curry, seafood miso soup, soft shell crab, and king salmon roll. Not fucking worth it, not a single thing. Firstly, all of the food was thrown into the bag with ZERO care. Soup leaking into the bottom of the bag turned sideways. Soft shell crab was completely upside down in the bag. And rolls were also on their side. Secondly, one of these cooks left their male pattern baldness all over my food. Softshell crab, salmon roll, AND the dancing eel roll had hairs on them. I understand being frustrated with bad genetics or age but that doesn't mean you gotta drop it on my food so I can deal with it too! Third, both of the sushi rolls we got were dry as all HELL as if they were left out for hours. I got food poisoning from Nagoya from the last time I got sushi and was hoping for something better and was severely disappointed. I'd honestly choose the food poisoning and decent sushi over whatever the fuck I got from this place. I'm known for eating whatever will fill my stomach regardless of how sketchy, but I couldn't finish anything I ordered from this place. I'm honestly shocked I didn't vomit into the curry but that honestly could have made it more tolerable. I kept on trying something else PRAYING that it would taste better than the last. It didn't. Crab tasted like unfiltered fryer. The orange in the side salad was alright, although that also had a hair on it.

The people who leave one and two star reviews must have beef with the owners. That is the only explanation. Sure, they add a $20 resort fee to their daily rates, and they may surprise you with an additional charge for your kid. But even then, the rate (when compared to paying a day rate at another hot spring plus a night in a motel) it comes out even. I would like to say that the service was excellent, and the quantity of food was more than adequate .. We were passing through and were recommended to try Lydia's by someone who has been going there all of their life. My complaint is what I paid and what I got. DO NOT order anything off the menu that says "market price" unless you ask. That was my mistake. When we got the bill my steak and lobster was $162. I have never paid that much money for a steak and lobster dinner anywhere in the United States. The steaks on the menu ranged from $40-$50 based on the one I got. It had no flavor/seasoning. I guess I thought if you order a steak in Montana it would taste good. That means that the lobster was $110.. it did not even taste like lobster even with the drawn butter they provided. I had to ask my wife what she thought, same response. The best thing with my dinner was the french fries. At least they were consistent. and tasted like french fries My server was more than apologetic and went to the manager and they did give me a 10% discount on the total . That helped but again was not worth it even with the discount I guess I expected a lot and did not get what received. My ordered something different and was happy with her dinner.
