The crab ragoons were OK but nothing memorable for our entrées. We also got a rice bowl and a noodle bowl. Both dishes were heavily underseasoned. Everything was bland and lacking and all flavor the noodles and the rice tasted like they were cooked in unfiltered water. Even the tapwater was gross tasting like it came from the city sewer. We tried the tarot milk, tea, Boba as well, and even that was a disappointment. It was thick and sickeningly sweet the Boba was undercooked and hard in the center. We were the only people in the restaurant which should've been our first clue the man behind the counter was very sweet and very helpful. I felt very bad for him that this was our experience. It's a cute restaurant and I'm sad to leave such a poor review. But the food tasted frozen.
