Very good we enjoyed the food very much. It did not take too long to wait for our food and the atmosphere was very nice.

I had it a few nights ago and though it's not great it's better than most pizza places in North East Ohio. Crust is great stretchy and soft toppings are fresh cheese is good and it's cooked just right. Only thing I'm not a fan of is the tomato sauce it's a little too sweet. Overall it's an 8 for me. We have been here many times. We generally eat in the dining room which is just fine. Pizza always enjoyable, staff friendly but mostly different each time we dine there, just the way restaurants are today. Pricing very fair. They have recently started up the incentive program. read more

Driving through Ohio on a road trip, stopped to get a quick bite and found this pizza joint ..... my little brother has a SEVERE life threatening peanut allergy - which makes eating in unfamiliar places very nerve wrecking. When I made them aware of this they reassured my family and I that they will take all the proper precautions necessary and avoid any cross contamination. They made his pizza separate from every thing else, put on fresh gloves and used all new stuff for him. It was nice for him to feel comfortable and be able to enjoy his food without any worries. They even did this all in the midst of a rush! My family and I deeply appreciate this. read more

First thing is it's way wayyyy overpriced. I got the "I'm In a meeting" which has pepporini, meatballs and sausage. I was skimped on all three it was basically a cheese pizza. And the pizza is nothing special the crust is always burnt and the sauce and cheese are average. Their pizzas are delicious as are their salads! I see a lot of reviews talking about them not being able to take orders in person or closing early. They are struggling like every other business right now. Don't fault them for that. They're doing the best they can in challenging times. Their food is delicious, fresh and reasonably priced. Heard quite a bit of rave about this place ... had my first experience tonight at the Concord location. Overall experience was average. Service was good - was nice to see young high school kids working and they did a nice job explaining how the ordering worked. They are definitely not understaffed here. I thought the pizza itself was good to average. It's thin, but the ingredients are good and the sauce and taste definitely fulfills that pizza craving. Pizza didn't seem to be cut very well - we had to recut every piece. We ordered a sausage/pepperoni - which was good. We also ordered a half buffalo chicken and half butter/garlic white sauce w various toppings. My husband loved the butter/garlic. I thought buffalo was ok - but it only had 5 pieces of chicken on entire half. If chicken pieces were smaller - maybe it would have been better, but most bites were of cheese and sauce. We also ordered the cheese sticks thinking they were the round sticks. This was just like eating a cheese pizza - just cut into strips and not pizza slices. We ordered ranch and Alfredo as dipping sauces. The Alfredo was ice cold - pulled right out of the refrig. Who serves Alfredo sauce ice cold? I paid an extra .79 each for two new sides since it was not good. The garlic butter dipping sauce was better - but also pulled right out of the refrigerator. In my opinion- butter and Alfredo should not be served cold. Overall, would not order the cheese sticks again. We don't live far so would definitely do a to-go in a pinch, but this didn't out-do our local favorite. It's also a quick, informal dinner if you have kids and don't want to wait on a 30 minute pizza. read more

I went there a week or so ago. As I walked in I read the posted sign, saying "We are understaffed please be bare with us". I was on my way home and hungry so I went in expecting not great service. I was so pleased and surprised at how well the place was running. Everyone was working hard and fast. A lot of younger kids but they were so efficient and polite. I was very excited that a new location was added on my route home. I had high hopes. It all started by waiting about 10min in line, by myself, no one else around me customer wise... Before I was even acknowledged. While waiting, I noticed how messy the food area was. Sauces had other sauces mixed in.. Meat was laying in the veggies, veggies were in the meats.. The only reason why someone came to take my order is because the guy cutting dough noticed I was waiting for a while. I was never greeted. No one smiled. I didn't even get a "hello". The girl came to the counter and asked what I wanted. At his point, I should've left. I could already tell by the attitude that my visit wasn't going to go as planned. I ordered garlic sticks and three pizzas. The first one I had asked to be chicken bacon ranch. While she was making my first pizza, two other girls came to assist with my order. One of the girls says "well it's a build your own, so you can choose what you want". I understand. I know how it works. I was just forewarning you what I wanted on my first one. After finally walking through my entire order, I get to the cash register. I was going to purchase a gift card to receive a free pizza. There was a promo that if you got a $50 gift card, you would receive a free pizza. The person cashing me out didn't seem too interested in anything other than telling me my third sauce would be extra. Okay. So I just paid my bill and moved along to wait for my food. Being overly aggravaged.. I noticed my pizzas were removed and added back to the oven more than once. One was under done and one was overcooked.. While I waited, I noticed that a new customer came behind me and was able to get her pizza going in a jiffy. She checked out right behind me and the cashier offered the gift card option to her so she would get the free pizza. She was even able to use the gift card with that purchase after the card transaction was completed. She had only got one pizza. When asked if I wanted any sauce on top of the pizzas, I said yes to ranch for one and pesto for another.. you would think they wanted to cover the entire thing. The sauce was overloaded without a care. The basil leaves were not added to the margarita pizza.. My boxes were placed on top for me to grab and that was that. I wasn't told to "have a nice day". No one said "thank you". No one said "okay you're all set". No one smiled. There was no one else here during my visit until the very end when I checked out. I honestly think they took their time on purpose. It was the longest process of my life. Very disappointed with my entire visit. The four female workers there either really hate their jobs or had someone piss in their cheerios that day. I will only be visiting the madison location from here on forward. This Pizza Roto has the rudest employees. Both interactions in July 2021. I called once to find out hours, and they snapped at me. I went in to order my food in person, and the employees were upset that I wanted to customize a pizza. The second time, I ordered online and arrived a few minutes early. Employee quote, "You're early, Your gonna have to wait..... I guess we could just start it now." Other Employee, "We have times on the website for a reason".... I was initially Unsure how to take a pizza that's cooked in 4 minutes. Turns out a take it slice by slice and Gorge myself. Well they haven't had their official grand opening yet, my family stopped in there to get a couple of pizzas and I was pleasantly surprised to find out they also had beers. We decided to get Roto blonde ale which I wish I could actually find in stores because it's that good it's brewed by a Brewing Company somewhere out of Madison. the kids got a standard pepperoni and sausage pizza while my wife and I got the buffalo chicken pizza. We had them on the process for ordering it cuz it's a little different but it's kind of like Chipotle for pizza where you go down the line and tell him what you want on it. They seem to stick pretty close with their portions which is fine because the pizzas aren't actually that big I don't think there's any bigger than 10 in. That's what she said. No sooner did we pay and sit down did they call us and tell us that our pizzas were ready? How the heck is that possible? But true to their word quick Fired Pizza means quick as hell. It's kind of serve yourself as far as napkins and silverware goes and they do have a soda fountain thing. Cool part is they have some boxes stacked up so you don't have to go ask for a box for your unfinished pizza and yes I had a couple slices I did not finish. So we will definitely back my only wish is that maybe they had larger pizzas but given the quick-fire format in the size of the oven I don't think that's going to happen. read more

I have been a HUGE fan of PR over the years and was sad to see several locations close. I went to the last one tonight and when we walked in the order area was blocked saying online ordering only. Mind you, we were already inside (and the website said nothing about this) but we were not allowed to shout our order over the barricade but could order online then walk up to the counter (would we be escorted past the barricade or would they throw it over to us) to pick it up. We complied, trying to order online but despite having our cc online, it would not accept it. We were told it was due to lack of staffing that we had to order online but we saw 4 people wandering around. We tried once again for help (it was the best damn pizza in the world once) but the staff ignored us. I see why they no longer exist. read more

They are known for their fast food, wood-fired pizza. The margarita pizza and good and the dessert pizza is a good addition. They make it easy for you to order online and pick it up easily and quickly. As far as wood-fired pizza goes, it may be more "fast food", but it's still a pretty good option if you're looking for something quick! read more

The pizza isn't bad. I like wood fire pizzas, but if you prefer a thicker bottom crust this isn't the kind of place for you. All pies are 11 inches. The only complaint I have is staff don't greet you upon arriving, and as a newcomer I wasn't sure how the ordering process went. I kinda stood there while staff bustled by without making eye contact or so much as a "I'll be right with you." Kinda got the impression we were bothering them?? Maybe that's not the intention... Anyway, I ordered the pizza margarita and was not disappointed. It was finished with fresh basil and I added pesto sauce finish on top. Very tasty. We will definitely be back. read more

My family has been going to this restaurant since they opened in Concord. The pizzas are great but the there are ALWAYS issues. And when you have a complaint 100% of the staff is rude. And many times it takes multiple tries before the issue is resolved, such as overcharged. One of my family members reached out to an owner, and the comment was not even acknowledged! That confirms that the problems with customer service stem from the top. They should probably take heed of the negative reviews because 66% of their locations have closed. When you stop in you never now until you get there, unless you thought to call in advance, whether it's online only orders or in restaurant ordering and doing. What kind of restaurant does that??? Then you see people in their cars placing their order and waiting in their cars for the 15 minutes until their order is ready. Needless to say, we are NEVER going back. You'd better call ahead before going to Pizza Roto... at least, that's what the manager told me we need to do. That's right, EVERYTIME before going to Pizza Roto to grab some quick pizzas, you need to call ahead. Why? To see if they are serving walk-in customers. The pizzas are good but I can't imagine a restaurant telling their patrons to call each time before going to see if they are serving or not. There are too many other good choices. read more

This is probably my new favorite pizza. Fast and friendly service. Almost unlimited variety of options. We had the BBQ yardbird and the "in a meating " , both were cooked great; no burns or bubbles. The pizzas were ready by the time we got our drinks. Nice outdoor area to sit when the weather gets nice. read more

We have passed Pizza Roto a few times, but finally decided to give it a go today. Service was incredible! They explained the menu, our options and sauces. I ordered the pizza salad w/ balsamic. It was very good! I had them place mozzarella on the crust and it certainly lended an extra flavor, being melted! My husband had a sausage, pepperoni, and mushroom pizza. He really liked his, as well. We were impressed with management here. We had explained to the girls how we had never been, and they obviously told the manager. He came out to ask how our first experience was! He was enthusiastic and you could tell he truly cared! You don't get this many places anymore! read more

Our first visit to Pizza Roto! Really enjoyed it - the pizza was delicious and really liked the process of selecting our toppings and seeing it bake in the stone fired oven.
