Really disappointed. Ordered online at 715 and the earliest pickup time was 35 minutes. Arrive at 7:45 for the 7:50 delivery and they come out and confirm my order and go back in. More than 10 minutes after the expected 30 minute delivery time they bring the food and we just live down the road. The food was completely cold and calamari is not meant to be soggy and cold. Cannot understand why they didn't bring the food out but this is was too expensive for sorry execution. Do not recommend picking up here because they clearly don't respect the timing of serving fresh hot food. Sad read more

We went to their pizza buffet at noon yesterday !! We were shocked to find that they didn't provide gloves for their customers to wear when handling the serving utensils. All the Chinese buffets as well as the Golden Corral provide gloves for their customers to stop the spread of Covid 19 !! Apparently Pizza Shack puts profits before it's customers safety !!! Love to come here for their "Shack Special" everything-on-it pizza and the eggplant Parmesan. Not too fond of their lunch buffet, as the pizza on it doesn't seem as good as their made-to-order pizzas, but I have loved everything I have ordered off the menu, and the wait staff have always been friendly and helpful. As most of the wait staff are on the younger side, that is actually saying quite a lot in Willis, Texas. The younger (teenage) wait staff at most restaurants in this town are generally rude, indifferent, or both. One of the places I always go when I'm near the Conroe area. Everything I've had there is great and the service is normally pretty good.

Every time we go to this location, we have impeccable service. Our last waiter we had was kind, funny, and really had a heart of service. I got blackened chicken pasta, and it was to die for. My daughter ate every last piece of what I gave her and didn't throw anything on the floor. The cupcakes they get are okay. Nothing I was super impressed with. The tiramisu though, . I haven't had anything bad from there, and they are always very accommodating to removing ingredients I'm not crazy about! read more

Love the chicken picatta, Cajun pasta, chicken Marsala, calzones, and every pizza we've ever tried. The boutique cupcakes are amazing but ridiculously overpriced, even for trendy, delicious cupcakes. My family and I have been going to Pizza Shack for a while now. It is normally one of our favorite places to eat, but unfortunately my experience today was way beyond poor. After being seated, my kids and I waited 5 min to get our drink order, and there was nobody there (no excuses about it being busy)! My salad was "bathing" in ranch dressing, the breadsticks were as hard as a rock, and the portions were very small. We did eat off the lunch menu, and I know the portions are smaller...but this was a joke. Finally, there was no refill on my tea the entire time!! The kitchen manager gave us a discount, but I felt the cold attitude of my waitress, and got a few looks from other employees. The only positive thing I can say here is that the food is actually good on good days. However, I will probably not be returning because I have given Pizza Shack so much business and they got greedy today. I will be sharing this review with other friends as well. Too bad. read more

My coworkers and I regularly visit pizza shack on Thursdays as its their calzone special day. Their calzones are huge! The bread is so soft and you can get it stuffed with whatever you want! This could give you leftovers for days! We normally get the cheesy breadsticks to start off with and they always come out warm and cheesy! Service is great. I've been here a couple of times now. Both times I really enjoyed my food and the servers I had. First time I had some of the best pizza I've had in a very long time. Second time, I had some awesome Chicken Alfredo that I wanted to eat all of but couldn't! The complimentary breadsticks that came with it were so good! Soft, warm and garlic-y! We got the fried mushrooms appetizer. It is SO good. Just be careful if you get them because they are really hot and will burn your mouth if you don't let them cool off first! We've been here a few times now and I must say the pizza is always really good. We ordered the Shack Special pizza. It comes with a variety of toppings but what really sells it is the meat I think. It is not just balled up ground beef, but more fine and chopped. The sauce is really good. They also offer pretty good drink prices to compliment the pizza. The only issue you're gonna have is this is right in the center of a construction area of Willis. Once they expand the roads maybe it will be less of a hassle. read more

Just don't understand why some chefs won't leave it to the customers to salt their own food if they like their food salty. For people who don't care for a lot of salt, there's no way to take it out and it's almost not edible, not to mention bad for your health! I have taken my wife and two kids to this restaurant at least four times in the last two months. We are very impressed. As we left tonight, I told my wife that this is easily my favorite restaurant. The service is consistently excellent and pleasant; I assume that the owners/managers treat the staff well and train them well because they all seem to be happy and all have done a great job (we had a different waitress each time, even). They seem to enjoy working there. The food is amazing, I've had the pizza and the calzone and both are great. My wife and kids have had pasta dishes and they loved it. The value for the money you spend is very good. The kids love the window where you can watch the kitchen staff make pizzas. They even give the kids a little pizza dough to play with! The food is great but masks don't seem to be required, multiple staff hanging around the cash register at the entrance including management looking types incorrectly wearing masks and allowing a 4 top to remain for at least 30 minutes after completing their meal (already had their to go boxes when we arrived) talking and getting more animated by the minute (all maskless) then continuing to seat new maskless arrivals. This does not make anyone feel safe. I love to support local businesses but will not be back until safety improves. read more
