    Yummy slice of pepperoni
    J R.

Pizza slices were that old school flavor with a very tasty crust. We only sampled the pepperoni, cheese and white pizza with tomatoes and cheese. That was enough to seal the deal! Pizza Shark has the best slices in Chatham. Love that they restored this old theater and added the pizza (there's other stuff on the menu too) so you can have a slice and watch a flick. Movie theater was clean and modern as well.

Update: for veggie pizza lovers, the nurse shark pizza is solid. The family really enjoyed it and didn't miss the meat at all

My first order here and I was pleasantly surprised when opening the box at home. I ordered and paid online which was easy to do. The pizza looked beautiful. Frankly, it was one of the nicest looking pizzas I'd seen in awhile. It had expected amounts of sauce, cheese, but the toppings were generous. The pie had no flavor including the meatballs, dough and sauce. Stunningly flavorless. The meatballs were watery as if previously frozen. The total cost was $23.54 with 3 added toppings. I thought the price was wildly reasonable. It was ready at the time promised and I was served as soon as I walked in.

We were greeted by Taylor at the hostess station and were shown to or table within minutes of our arrival. Received a beautiful table in the dining room in a corner next to windows which was warm & cozy & very romantic. Mary was our server and we both loved the entire atmosphere & vibe of the restaurant immediately! We ordered cocktails ( both were very good), I got the Seafood Strudel (which was very good, had puff pastry & 2 large Shrimp & inside was sea scallops & crab meat and a nice Newburg sauce, accompanied with whipped potatoes & mixed veggies (EXCELLENT), Gf got the Prime NY Sirloin which was cooked perfectly to her liking also accompanied with whipped potatoes & mixed veggies ( I tried a piece of the sirloin, it was DELICIOUS) girlfriend said it was one of the best steaks she ever had! We weren't offered any gratis dessert (which I thought would have been nice especially since I mentioned it when I made our reservation). And we decided to try this weekend when my daughter came with a friend. We will definitely going back. The main complaint is that is hard to get a reservation. We started with calimari. It was pretty, but not exceptional. My wife had the onon soup. For main courses we had the beet and arugula salads, (the arugula with shrimp), the flounder and the crispy salads. The main reason I cam giving the restaurant 5* was the scallops. These were far from the typical fried scallops. They had a like panko coating, served with succotash, and were quite good, even by Cape Cod standards for scallops. The salads are both also very good. Service was attentive and not intrusive. It is a nice old house and has nice ambiance.

After all that time, you would think that the face of the business would be gracious for spending your time and money here when there are hundreds and hundreds of choices on the Cape. I'm truly genuinely curious if this is a reflection of the ownership or if they don't receive feedback about how the experience goes over. I get it. The service industry is thankless however, a little politeness and cheer goes a long way. Further, being told in a rather abrupt manner that there are no substitutions allowed is one way to convey the message, but not the only way. in the end, after another wait (maybe 15 mins more) at our table for the food to arrive, I was fairly disappointed with my lobster roll. The lobster meat did not even make it to the edge of the bun. I received coleslaw, which I was not interested in having (as you recall, "no substitutions allowed"). In fact, when I got home a couple hours later, I was hungry again. My suggestion, skip the long wait, the cash only option, and the not as picturesque or as delicious as I expected option, and try one of many the many other establishments in the area. One main positive: BYOB.

While perusing the menu, you're likely to receive a free sample of the restaurant's tomato and cheese pizza, which is a somewhat comparable to the "House of Pizza" style that many of us grew up with across most of the Massachusetts burbs. Towards the end of your meal, proprietor Paul is likely to deliver a small sampling of rice pudding - and also a shot of Limoncella, Blood Orange, or in our case, Pistachio liqueur, which was super tasty and very memorable. The Gyros were sublime, the Greek salad with scallops a little underwhelming (the Bay Scallops were a bit overcooked), and the service was impeccable. There's a cozy but generous bar area with excellent beer choices on draft - as well as the lemon, blood-orange and pistachio after-dinner drink offerings. The menu has all the Mediterranean fare one would expect, largely focusing on Greek and Italian dishes. We plan to come back often when in the area, and encourage you to visit and experience the restaurant's warm hospitality and excellent cuisine.

The chefs are true artists, imagining and executing haute cuisine with skill, precision, and personality. We opted for the optional caviar starter course, which was brilliant. The caviar, served with Pringles potato chips and tangy egg salad, was an exquisite introduction to the tasting menu. The house-made sourdough focaccia with homemade butter may have been the best bread we've eaten. The dayboat scallop was pan-seared and paired with ginger whey-poached pork belly, Anson Mills Carolina Gold lobster congee, and a sake-soy veil. It was incredible. The peas and carrots course of Thumbelina carrots, sweet peas, whipped coconut, and carrot-mint consommé was unlike anything we've experienced before. It was inspired. The fluke was sorrel brioche-crusted and accompanied by razor clam escabeche, sauce romesco, and sea beans, was magnificent. The chef spoke about harvesting the local sea beans himself, and the razor clam purveyor happened to be dining alongside us. It was a memorable and distinctly Cape Cod moment. The intermezzo was a cranberry membrane filled with a refreshing burst of vodka, and delightfully cleansed the palate. The optional foie gras bonbon, encased in milk chocolate, was another triumph. We agreed we would have missed out had we passed on it. It was one of the finest foie gras bites we've ever enjoyed. The tri-tip sirloin course featured American Wagyu with sweet onion soubise and toasted ramp-and-vinegar gnocchi. "Amazing" hardly begins to describe it. The Humboldt Fog cheese course was dramatically torched tableside and served with blueberry shallot jam, toasted milk bread, and smoked almonds. Sublime, artistic, and utterly delicious. The included dessert course featured caramelized white chocolate, lychee, pink guava sorbet, macadamia toffee, white chocolate gel, and olive oil sponge. It was unbelievably good. An optional dessert accompaniment, ordered by every diner, was a layered chocolate, shortbread, and banana tart topped with caviar was a playful and fitting finale. The charming atmosphere, attentive staff, and excellent music had diners on their feet dancing between courses. We finished with their homemade Mignardises and were given a lovely packet to take home which included a homemade scone. This restaurant is wildly civilized. Many courses were served on beautiful handcrafted pieces from Scargo Pottery in Dennis collaboratively designed by the chef and the talented Scargo artist Tina Holl. I offer only praise and gratitude for the extraordinary food, welcoming atmosphere, talented and artistic staff, and a dining experience that reminds us how exceptional Cape Cod dining can be.
