Says they are open until 1am on Thursday's, but any time we, hospital night shift, call after 12:40, we never get an answer! Some will dismiss it as drunk food, but I think Pizza Shuttle stands on its own as a decent pizza establishment, which has (wisely) chosen to cater to the late-night drunken college crowd. It tastes like youthful indiscretion mixed with a zesty red sauce playfully complimented with your favorite toppings on a "hand-tossed" style crust. This place has the reputation for late night college drunk food, so we always ordered elsewhere. I can't believe we waited this long, the pizza is really good. (And I was sober) Probably the best bag for your buck in town. We ordered 8" cheesy bread, large 4 topping pizza, and cinnabread all for $21. It was August 2006, I was far away from my home in Omaha, NE. I was making new friends, living the dorm life, and attending house parties. This my friends, is when the majestic Pizza Shuttle forever changed my life. Pizza Shuttle came highly recommended from the R.A. on my floor, she raved about the cream cheese pizza. I will admit, I was a bit skeptical but she was older and 'wiser' so who was I to question her choices in pizza? So one night after a few too many beverages, several friends and I decided to give this place a shot. After completing the 'pizza shuttle drop' (another tip from the R.A.) I dug into this ooey gooey pizza, it was love at first bite! The combo of pizza sauce and cream cheese is delicious! I love this place for many reasons. The first being their cream cheese pizza, I'm telling you one bite and you will be hooked. Their reasonable prices are another reason, where else can you get a large pizza, cinnastix, and a 2L for under $15?!! Third being their super fast late night delivery, you want a pepperoni pizza after you get home from the bar? You got it! I no longer live in the Little Apple, but I visit every chance I get. Like many late night hungry college students, I choose to get Pizza Shuttle. I picked up the 8 pc Hot wings and a 10 in pizza. Food: Hot, chicken cooked all the way through, the pizza was crispy but fluffy. My chicken was cooked on foil, which it stuck to. If possible could ya'll instead use cooking paper? The chicken skin can come out crispy (yaaaass!) and well coated but whole parts of the skin were stuck to the foil? Possible options of wing spicyness? The texture of the crust was perfect but it lacked some flavor. Have you all tried a light garlic butter glaze right before its cooked? Atmosphere: At 2:30 am, I was surprised that everything was clean!! I liked the retro posters and music. But the theme/brand of Pizza Shuttle seems underdeveloped. I couldn't tell if it was supposed to be a 80's-90's pop culture through back, or 50's space age, or ? The logo is superdope and feel like there is some untapped potential for better brand establishment within the physical restaurant. Service: 5/5. On September 30th, I ordered a pizza. I paid the delivery with my debit card. He ran the card and told me, "it went through, you're all good to go". (I've been having problems lately with the chip in the card so I wanted to make sure it did, in fact, go through). About 10 minutes later, the delivery guy calls me and asks for my debit card number, saying the card did not go through. Reluctantly, I gave him the info. He told me, again, the card went through. I immediately check my bank account and see they charged me twice. I called and spoke with a manager. He apologized and said he would "take care of it". I'm checking my account everyday to see if they did issue a refund. A week goes by and still no refund. It's interesting that one transaction posted on the 30th but the other charge was posted for the 26th. I've contacted my bank, filed a dispute claim, closed out my debit card, etc. If paying with a debit/credit (which I DO NOT recommend, be extremely leary. These guys are running a scam! read more

My friends & I came here for a late lunch on our way to Colorado. Pepped us all up immediately. The pizza was incredible, drinks were awesome too. Not only that but their Walk-In deal was a 10 inch pizza w one topping and a drink for FIVE DOLLARS. I do not think there's a better way I could've spent that money. I have ordered Pizza Shuttle so many times and I have never been more disappointed than this time. Ordered a cream cheese pizza that ended up not having any cream cheese on it. When I called them back, I was informed rather rudely that I was wrong because the lady was the one to make the pizza. We've had this pizza before, it wasn't made correctly and we should be able to taste the cream cheese. Also don't argue with your customers that they're wrong when there is no difference between the two pizzas they ordered when there should be. Honestly ruined pizza shuttle for me. read more
