Pizza supreme is one of our favorite places. It is local, family owned, and the staff are wonderful. Our go-to order is the wings in lemon pepper and the mild flavors. The pizza is delicious, they offer different crust options but we have always gotten the regular crust. Topping to sauce and cheese ratio is always spot on. Their sauce is light and full of flavor. What horrible service From the young man at the cashier. Got to the pizza parlor at 8:15 and they couldn't service because the young man said that they had closed already. I understand you have to clean up and prep for the next day,but why say your open until 9pm. They only where taking phone orders. Came here for a team party and Pizza Supreme was kind enough to sponsor a few pizzas and drinks for the team. It's located in a corner shopping center where Dollar Tree is, behind the KFC. There are a few games inside, and plenty of seating if you want to dine in. There are daily specials M-F, as well as happy hour drink specials during the weekdays. In addition to pizzas, they offer sandwiches, salads and wings. I attached pics but the screen is blue so it's hard to see. I ordered a personal build your own pizza and I loved it! While it took a long while for the pizza to come, once it did, I loved my pizza. Crust was great, and toppings were great! My son said the crust on my pizza tasted better than the complimentary pizza he got (he said his tasted like Costco pizza). The salad was so fresh and delicious, the pizza had the perfect crust--soft and fluffy on the inside with just the right amount of crunch on the outside. How can I put 0 stars here. I'm so upset with this place. I took my little niece and nephew here for some local pizza and possibly some arcade. Which they took off and put these $1.50 prize winning game which you only have one try. Lol anyways went to get the kids 10in pepperoni pizza that took 30mins person that was on the register with black and pink hair with glasses was straight a mute and did not talk or know sense of business like of communication. If you don't want to be there don't work. I had my back turn sitting down, my nephew end up telling me these kids are on the phone instead of taking care of their business and he's 8 years old. Before me there was two families with there pizza already for dinner. End of this story I wanted to show love to this place because I'm coming from Nogales, but this new management is being run by kids. Yea definitely one of the best pizzas I've had in the area. They put the right amount of cheese to tomato sauce ratio, most pizza places put way too much tomato sauce so the cheese slides off. The cheese on this pizza stuck on nicely. The cheese was cheesy, doesn't taste watered down. And the pepperoni was full of flavors. The pizza dough had the right amount of chew to it. I'll definitely be back to try other things on their menu and definitely recommend this place if you're looking for some good pizza in the area. More like a 3.5 but rounding up because of the great customer service from the dudes making the 'za and helping out the customers. Pizza Supreme is a staple of the community and has been here so long as I've had conscious memory of the area. From what I've heard waiting for our order, it seems like they're under new ownership or management, but the OG still comes by to help out. With the new changes they're also on Slice which I just learned is a pizza ordering app with rewards and deals and such. It's their online order system, but you can also order over the phone too. I ordered via the app and there was some wait, but it's understandable since it's dinner time and they make all their items fresh. Also the wait for our food was delayed a bit longer since they had to make the cheesy sticks as well and lots of people were ordering on the spot, over the phone, and through various delivery apps. The workers were super chill with it and even gave us a free soda to compensate for that. We got the: 1) Meat Lovers: -This is one of their specialty pizzas. -It comes with pepperoni, sausage, Canadian bacon, and salami. -For modifiers, we ordered a thin crispy crust, light sauce, and paid extra for mushrooms. -Unfortunately, we didn't check the pizza until we got home since we were hungry and in a bit of a hurry, but we ended up with OLIVES instead of mushrooms. This made our pizza a bit more bitter and my brother isn't a fan of olives in general. Sucks since it was an additional cost, but I guess it makes sense if the workers were drowning in orders. -Light sauce came with barely any sauce on it and it was just a less flavorful cheesy bread with less cheese and with meat on top. -We got this as a large since there was a lot of us, but, no offense, it was pretty mid and we have leftovers frozen for a desperate day in the future. 2) Cheesy Sticks: -Comes with the option of ranch or marinara and we opted for marinara. But knowing how tasty it is, I think it might even pair well with the bleu cheese that they have for their wings. -Nice and gooey and cheesy with the perfect amount of garlic and herb taste. -Even though this was the last item that they did their best to speedily finish, it turned out to be the MVP of the meal that increased their score for me. -We devoured these to be honest. In the future I think I'd check my order before leaving or at least reiterate it to the staff. That and order something else that won't be as much of a miss. read more

Pizza was delicious, a little bit oily but it tasted great. Easy to order over the phone, was ready when they stated. Pizza place was easy to find. Counter service was efficient but didn't ask if I wanted a receipt, didn't look up from his cashiering, and kind of rushing me (was no line of people behind me and seated customers were it seemed already eating). No thank you. I started walking to my car, but walked back in and asked for receipt. No courteous words, no glance at customer (me), and he tried to go back into system to provide me a receipt when another staff (supervisor? owner?) helped him out and was able to work the system and provided printed receipt to me with attentiveness, courtesy, a smile, and thanked me for the business, which I greatly appreciated his kindness. Maybe the 1st staff was having a bad day, personal issues, I don't know. But we all know how you're supposed to treat customers. Pretty simple, not hard to do, and not asking for too much. read more

Great pizzas! I ordered the Supreme Pizza!! It's loaded with all the toppings! I love that their pizza marinara sauce isn't salty like chain pizza stores. Every ingredient tastes very fresh!! The pizza bread is soft and fluffy too!! The Spaghetti Pasta with Meatballs is ok. Not as flavorful as I would have liked. They prob used the same marinara sauce from the pizza to the spaghetti so when I tasted it, the spaghetti was very bland. However the meatballs had the flavor to bump the taste up. read more

HORRIBLE BURNT PIZZA. Been coming here for years, but today's service was extremely disappointing. That fact that you know you SAW the pizza was burnt, and you said "we're trying to save it," and you STILL SENT IT HOME WITH YOUR CUSTOMER LIKE THAT IS SO WRONG! Not acceptable service. I had a very interesting experience here, to say the least. The yelp photos of the food is what sparked my attention and convinced me to add this place to my bookmarks. Outside: Pretty easy parking. Inside: Dive-y space with a dimly lighted bar-like feel. It was entirely too warm inside the restaurant as I awaited my take-out order. Seemed like the air conditioner was broken? I placed a verbal phone order AND an online order from my phone, back to back. I ordered three items over the phone. I wanted a 4th item (buffalo chicken pizza) but I was quoted $25 over the phone while online deal was $15. So, I ordered that item separately. The wait time was excessive. There was only one person making the pizzas and one girl working at the cashier; answering phones as well as dealing with walk-ins. They were both working very hard, but they did not seem appropriately staffed to manage a dinner crowd of people dining in and also many takeout orders. If I knew it would've taken so long I would've placed my order earlier, but I tried to time it out so that it would be ready when I arrived being that I was coming from 20 minutes away. My solo item was finally ready an hour later, at which point I was told that they didn't even begin my larger (call in) order and that it would be about 20 mins MORE. So my Buffalo chicken pizza sat on the counter for about five minutes getting cold...and instead of waiting 15 additional minutes for the rest of my dinner I just decided that I was going to leave and figure out a different plan. At that point it had been well over an hour and I needed to get food to my kids so I told them to cancel it, called my spouse, and had her go to 7-11 to grab a pizza for the kids-blah. To say he least, this entire experience was a disaster. As I left, I asked the worker to have the manager call me and she promised me that he would call within 20 minutes. At 8:57 PM I got a text from him, and without hesitation he refunded me for my orders and sent me a copy of the refund receipt. I think the manager for doing this negative situation a little bit better and making it right, but it's difficult to overlook the bigger situation that it caused for me and my family. Experience = -1 star Manager's quick response to making it right = 5 stars. So I'm giving three stars. read more

We got the Pizza Kit ($25) There's plenty of parking in this plaza since it's a huge parking lot area! There's no patio seating, but it is a roomy restaurant and pretty big, but dine in is closed for now because of Covid. They have special deals during holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Black Friday. You can see what the Pizza Kit is on their FB page! This is their description: "Pizza Kits are back! They gave a HEFTY amount of cheese, and didn't skimp out on it. All the toppings were enough and the tomato sauce was enough too. Everything was perfectly packaged!! This was so fun to build with my boyfriend. We made quite a few mistakes because we never baked pizza before and only had a toaster oven, but we had so much fun searching up online and learning about how to bake a pizza. This experience was completely worth the $$, even though we could've gotten a large pizza from someplace else for half the price. DIY kits are all the business during quarantine), and it came with enough to make 4-one topping pizzas. The cost is $25, and it's so worth the price in my opinion. One pizza is definitely enough to feed two people (or one I guess, if you're feeling like spoiling yourself...that's what I did). My favorite pizza was chicken that I added onions, garlic, and ham too. It was so delicious. And the dough, my goodness! It was perfect! They also have DIY michelada kits which go for about $9. First thing I ordered here once was a chef salad during 2020 Covid. It was good and so much meat and veggies were fresh. Which is why the extra star. I was only going to put two stars for my most recent order two weeks ago. I ordered the personal size garlic deluxe chicken pizza. Oh no. Smells good but does not taste good. They don't even let you have regular amount of sauce it's either light sauce for free or extra sauce for extra charge. They charge you for everything. Honestly it was almost $20 for this small personal pizza and it was dry, and what I really disagree with is that they used pickled mince garlic from the jar. Yuck. I highly suggest Please use fresh garlic when using on fresh pizza. read more

I want to preface and say that I have lived behind Nogales High for 10 years and I have never ordered from here. I tried the pizza when my granddaughter brought me a slice a few days earlier and I really enjoyed it. I needed to feed a bunch of teens yesterday so I figured I would order. On Sunday, 8/11/24 I ordered 3 xl pizza's online thru my phone. During the process, it clearly asks if you want your pizzas brought out curbside. It asks for the make and model of your car. Same thing as many other curbside setups. I take advantage of curbside pick ups when I can due to a hip problem I have. So the text message I get says my order will be ready at 2:51pm. I head over to your restaurant and I park in front and I clicked the link to give notice that I was there. I wait and wait and wait. No pizza. I finally walk in and inquire about my order. Gentleman behind the counter says it will be ten more minutes as they are putting my 3rd pizza in the oven. I say to him " ok, I will wait in my car". I'm not thrilled but I understand things happen. I wait ten minutes, fifteen minutes, twenty minutes and still no pizza. I walk back in and inquire about my order. I see my three pizzas sitting on top of the oven in their boxes. I say "I've been sitting in my car waiting". The original gentleman that told me to wait and extra ten minutes now tells me " Oh we don't bring pizzas out to the car". So I basically sat in my hot car for nearly 30 minutes waiting on some pizzas that weren't ready when promised and not brought to the car as it states on YOUR website. If this service is no longer available, it needs to be removed from the website or there needs to be a disclaimer. I rarely complain and 95% of reviews that I leave are generally positive. This was completely unacceptable and while I enjoyed the food, the service or lack thereof would probably be the reason why I wouldn't visit again. I'm kind of bummed to be honest, I was hoping for a new pizza spot since Dominoes doesn't really do it for me. :( read more
