Good solid pizza at a reasonable price. I have only done delivery. All three times the delivery came within the stated window and was still warm, even though I know my place is hard to find. The driver did call when he got lost, which is a big plus as far as I'm concerned. I appreciated the long list of options to put on the pizza. In addition to a full list of the usual stuff, there is an equally long list of Indian items and Halal meats. My boyfriend and I have tried both the original handmade crust and the thin crust. Both are excellent: good, fresh-tasting bread with a good texture. The original is chewy but not over the top, and good and crunchy on the outside. The thin crust is plenty thin, but still holds the ingredients together on a multi-item pizza without being wimpy. Excellent crunch. Will order again. The standard pizzas are decent, the Indian pizzas are very good, I would recommend the Paneer Tikka Masala Pizza at the spicy level was really good. 2. They do delivery in the local area. 3. The ingredients tasted fresh, my kids liked them and they liked the cheese. 4. The inside looks good. 5. The service is very good, the staff are nice. Cons 1. For the standard pizzas, I would switch out the sauce, try using a better, fresher sauce, the sauce used here is ok. Not happy with the service. The prices on the menu are not the prices they are charging. Even asking about the price change and the issue I had with it, all they could say is sorry. And this was after I was charged. No credit, nothing. I'm sorry is all you get. They have a build your own pizza for 21.99 plus one topping for an additional 2.00. Don't think that equals out. May want to educate your staff on how to explain the pricing. Not going to lie, little Cesar's taste better. read more

Very flavorful and unique pizzas with different sauces with a semolina crust. I usually don't order to many pizzas often because I have my own backyard wood fired oven at home. I really wanted to like this pizza. Their customer service when I walked in to order a pick-up was super friendly, but their cheesy bread and pizza was just bland. We ordered the bread and 1/2 cheese/ pepperoni pizza. They only gave 1 ranch cup for a medium cheesy bread, and I'm pretty sure it was just hidden Valley squeezed in a to go sauce cup. Hands down the best indian pizza place - I have tried many places but this one is for sure one of my tops. :) I have tried a couple but my favorite would be the achari paneer and the tandoori chicken - the crust is so soft as well and I can re-heat it for days and it is still soft and as yummy! Since we live in Hercules and was hungry for pizza, we decided to give this place a try. The location use to be Pizza Xpress which we tried once in the 20 years we've lived here, so hoping it was better. Wasn't sure what to order and the guy at the counter recommended the Bombay chicken. I thought I ordered hand tossed crust, but we got something like a corn meal crust that wasn't deep dish, but wasn't thin either. They offer 3 types of crusts. Brought the pizza home and was a bit surprised. Sauce was supposed to be creamy garlic, but definitely tasted and looked like regular ranch dressing. There was supposed to have bbq sauce on top, but that was missing. Supposed to be a garlic chicken pizza, but we had to bring out our magnifying glass to see the few (1 or 2) 1 inch pieces on each slice. The majority of the pizza was just RED ONIONS!! I had to pull up my receipt again to see if I had ordered the wrong pizza or maybe they just give me the wrong pizza. It was $35 for an onion pizza. Sorry, but we gave them a try. I am sooooo happy that they opened a location in Hercules! Tonight, we ordered the chicken tikka masala, lamb kebab, and BBQ Chicken. I tried the place in El Sobrante a few months ago and got the chance to stop by the Hercules one yesterday. I can't have dairy, so having exciting vegan options is amazing. I got the vegan bombay pizza & vegan cheesy breadsticks this time (and the vegan chicken tikka & vegan cheesy breadsticks from the el sobrante a few months ago). Honestly I am so excited how close this is to my home, and that I can have easy/delicious pizza whenever I want. My boyfriend who can has cheese is 100% okay with the vegan options I've brought home and doesn't complain/seems to like it, my friends who tried the vegan cheesy bread out of curiosity, were impressed that it was passable/better than expected, but are super into real cheese and would not order it for themselves over the real thing. There is a really good chance that the specialty vegan pizzas make the best use of the vegan cheese in that there are enough other flavors and textures that the differences between real cheese and fake cheese is less obvious. I clearly like the vegan cheesy breadsticks despite the fake cheese not meeting standards (but I also haven't had real cheese in like 15 years). I also liked the vegan ranch dipping sauce, not sure it hit me as ranch, but it was a tangy and well flavored, and I love having the marinara sauce as the other dipping sauce for the bead as well. Only thing I'd keep in mind is they are serious about the spice level when you customize it. My friend and I both ordered pizzas at the medium spice level- she got a real cheese specialty pizza and was happy with with it but I clearly did not try it! We both agreed that we were happy with the level of spice we received but would not be tempted to try anything spicier. I would say if you feel like you have a low spice tolerance, order your spice level as none, and only go higher than medium if you have a high spice tolerance (aka - there is a reason there is no mild option). Looking forward to going here again. I can happily order vegan/dairy free things that I love, and take my friends/family who are suspicious of vegan things (or just don't prefer it) and they can order things that make them happy too. read more

Ordered Vegan pizza Via Uber eats it was great! Nice to be able to get a vegan pizza in Hercules down the street from my house. Ive tried two types vegan chick'n and vegan pepperoni. Pizza was delivered like warm but 8 mins at 400 degrees took care of that! I do wish they had an in house local Hercules delivery to offset the ridiculous Uber delivery fees! In July we gave this Pizza restaurant a five-star review, which they deserved. But this time when we ordered from them, it was a disaster. Because of the way you have to order half pizzas, it was difficult to put different sauces on each side, so we each got individual pizzas. We ordered two small pizzas; one was a pizza with mushrooms and olives, and the other was their barbecued chicken pizza. They did deliver on time, but what they delivered was horrible. The pizzas were overcooked; the sauces and all the condiments were dry to the point of being desiccated and the crust was just this side of burned. I mean, I have had frozen pizzas that were a lot better than these. I seriously don't know what they were doing to make these so bad. To me, nothing is worse than a dry pizza. If their idea is to increase their profit margin by cutting down on sauce and overcooking, then I'm not going to be a fan. My biggest worry is their lack of consistency. If they're good one time, and horrible the next, then I'll never know what to expect. Will I order from them again? One more time. But if I ever get this kind of dry, tasteless pizza again, that's it. read more
