Unfortunately, the chicken curry pizza was just somewhat good-the chicken was dry, there's barely any cheese and it was half cold when I arrived, despite the app saying it wasn't ready yet. We ordered Paneer Pizza and Samosa from Chicago Pizza with a Twist. However, the samosas were fried multiple times and burnt. We could not eat Samosa at all since it was burnt from inside too. We called them to inform them about the quality of food and asked for refund for Samosa. We also told them that we were willing to send pictures. They took note of our details and hung up the call in the middle of the conversation. When we tried calling them again, they did not pick up. I drove 30 minutes to pick up this order since my sister was visiting. It ruined our dinner and I felt my money was wasted. I understand that mistakes happen sometimes, but not owning up to those and not taking actions to correct them is completely unacceptable. By far the best pizza I've had so far in Kent. The crust is done to perfection, nicely browned and not soggy. We ordered the CBR and the lamb kebab medium spicy. Both were excellent. The lamb kebab is flavorful with just the right balance of heat (jalapeños) and sweet (pineapple). I'm not a big fan of pineapple on pizza in general, but on this pizza? Perfection. I ordered a pizza on their website for delivery on June 2, 2021 from the Kent location. After about 5 minutes I got a call from the restaurant saying that my order could not be completed. I asked to have my money refunded as I had already paid using debit, and they told me they did not know how to do that. I called my bank to cancel the transaction, but the restaurant charged me for the order anyway. I didn't get my order and now i'm out $38. I called again today and the staff was no help. They said i'd called the wrong number and that i'd need to wait 4-5 more business days. When I asked for a further explanation, they told me they did not know. I've seen a lot of reviews now with similar stories to this, and I just want to warn others about these horrendous business practices. They are blatantly stealing people's money! read more
