My husband just ordered from there because he just doesn't know any better. I rarely write reviews, but my experience at Pizza Wings Steak and Things was bad enough to warrant a warning to others. The name promises a lot -- pizza, wings, steak, and apparently "things" -- but sadly, none of them delivered. The pizza was soggy and tasted like it came straight from a frozen box. The wings were dry, flavorless, and barely warm. As for the cheesesteak, calling it that is generous -- it was overcooked, rubbery, and oddly sweet? Not sure what was going on there. Service was painfully slow despite the restaurant being nearly empty. The staff seemed indifferent, and when we politely mentioned that our food was cold, the server just shrugged. And those mysterious "things" on the menu? I still don't know what they were supposed to be, but they probably should be removed altogether. Save your time and money. Today I called and asked to speak to the owner, who is always at the restaurant talking by the window, after ordering and was denied. They gave me small chicken fingers and said they usually don't give all five fingers to customers if they're small. Well they were EXTREMELY small and just about half the size. They didn't charge me half the price. As a loyal customer of over 15 years, I should have been able to not only speak to the owner, but compensated better than just offering 1 extra chicken finger the next time I order. I spent almost 10 dollars on a 12 inch hoagie and i doubt it was even 10 inches (pause). ive never ate a hoagie and was still hungry after but guess what? a brother is starving still. and the sandwich barely had meat and cheese on it but boy did it have onions and lettuce. EVERY time that I order from here they ALWAYS mess up one of my sandwiches. I'm not asking for anything difficult or being difficult. But if a sandwich comes with mayo etc on it, I want it. Or if I would like to add extra items to it, I want them added on there especially since I usually get charged for what I am asking for. My food is usually delicious outside of those minor but huge things. Customer service goes a long way as does ensuring that repeat customers are satisfied 100%. read more

Holy Jersey pizza !!!! So I traveled my way to the east cougar , south jersey to be more exact and I got to try their amazing buffalo chicken cheesesteak pizza. It has the perfect amount of sauce , the breads thickness was like no other and dam we got so much for our buck unlike back in Cali where it would be the same price for a single slice! I'm so glad I got to try this while I was out there and I can't wait to try all the other great menu items I heard were yummy! I never do bad reviews but this place is so awful, I feel obligated to. My order was wrong after being delivered- I understand this happens. So I call back and get placed into some sort of blame game where it is my word against the incompetent girl who took my order incorrectly. I know what I ordered- end of story, but the manager had to put this girl back on the phone to discuss it. I don't know why this was necessary. So, I repeat myself once more and she hangs up on me. I now have to call back to see what's going on with my order. I asked for a replacement (already feeling like eating this food is going to be a gamble at this point). They confirm that they will do it but "only this time" like come on. I never even got to eat it because I had to leave work but, it's day two here and my one coworker got very sick from the food they ate from this place and my other coworker told me not to even bother trying it it was so bad. I love their pizza! Sauce is great! We usually go on a Friday for dinner. Also they deliver so on a cold night we order so we can stay home and enjoy a nice hot meal but they bring it to us. My husband orders hamburgers with onion rings. He also enjoys cheese steaks. Order their antipasto salad with the house dressing and it is great. My son orders their wings they are big. I have not had a good 2016 and I just want to thank Pizza, Wings, Steaks and Things for being the closest thing to a boyfriend I've had in like 8 years. Your support means so much to me. Yesterday, I was overwhelmed with emotions and needed to eat my feelings so I ordered through GrubHub and I was elated when the delivery man showed up way sooner than the app predicted. It's like they can sense when I'm on the verge of a downward spiral and they show up with no judgement, just circular-shaped, pre-sliced, cheesy love. Also, they have milkshakes. This place is an ABSOLUTE GODSEND. You can order online, they have a variety of everything. Their chicken tenders are HUGE and for such a good price. They have SUCH a variety of ice cream flavors to choose from for their milkshakes (you can choose up to three flavors in one shake which is AMAZING) and the shakes are made at a good consistency so they won't melt when they deliver, but they're not super thick either. Update alert! Certainly time for an update seeing as I have sampled more on the menu and plead guilty to ordering here way too often. Taco salad. Just do it. (I recommend shredded cheese over wiz but really both are scrumptious) this ain't your rabbit food salad people! Tried the Reuben wrap, I hate corned beef, I hate slaw. Was feeling adventurous and arrived at this well balanced deliciousness! I am guilty of ordering the soup without asking what it is, who doesn't love surprises ? This place is usually extremely good and we order from here very often. However we placed an order last night through Grubhub like we always do. The order and the receipt had the correct items. We just ordered desserts. Both of the milk shakes we ordered were wrong (we ordered 1-banana chocolate chip, and 1-chocolate, peanut butter, cookies and cream) and the cannoli shell was extremely burnt and was under-filled. Everything from this place so far has been excellent except for their buffalo chicken pizza I am a buffalo chicken pizza fanatic and like to try every pizza places own creation of it. PWS&T was a huge disappointment. It was literally just cheese pizza with like 5 teeny tiny pieces of chicken and hot sauce splattered on top. I mean I still ate it because pizza is pizza but if you are looking for real buffalo chicken pizza this is not the place to get it!! This is a long overdue review. I think have been a Pizza Wings Steaks & Things customer since it first opened. At one point my household was one of their "best customers" and we received a discount. When I was younger, my neighbors and I used to have "Friday Night Jam" where we would usually order from Pizza Wings and play games and stuff. Now, after being a customer for about 10 years I think my opinion holds some substantial weight. First off, the decorum in Pizza Wings Steaks & Things is quite unique and offers a blast from the past kind of ambiance which is enjoyable and inspires wonder about the olden days. The food is okay. We went to Pizza Wings Steaks & Things as the first pizza place when we moved to the area. We did look on yelp and this place seemed to have good reviews and good prices. When we walked in to pick up our order, we showed up a little early so our pizza wasn't quite ready yet. Which we were ok with because we knew the pizza would be fresh. While we were waiting the entire staff was SO FRIENDLY. Beyond friendly. They encouraged us to walk around and look at all the photos and posters on the walls. (The place is decorated very cool, with lots of old posters of vintage photos) Once our food was done, they discounted our fries for free. We ordered the white pie, fries and mozzarella sticks. This place sucks big time. I called for an order. They told me 30 minuets but it took a whole hour. They gave me the wrong food. When i called and spoke to a manager, he told me I was wrong and hung up the phone on me. Lesson learned. Never again. So disappointed. You're better off going to Riccardo's; better prices, way better service read more
