Love this place. Huge slices, interesting flavors. There's always more that I want than I could possibly order. Mad that I forgot about garlic knots until after I left last time.

Looks like cheese & topping added to an existing pie

Definitely the best pizza in Brookfield . Pricier than some in the immediate area but consistently above average. My only issue ( and mostky my own fault) I ordered a pie 20 mins before closing, I kind of knew what I was getting wouldn't be their best. I feel like it was a reheated pie that was made for slices as the cheese looked different & the toppings weren't cooked through, still good , but it is what it is, $26 for a pie w/ topping on half. The complimentary garlic knots is appreciated. Not complaining, just calling a spade a spade.

The service is amazing and the pizza is even better! Thin pizza that's still crunchy!

After being a Bello loyalist for years I ordered a Grandma pizza last night, and was BLOWN AWAY. This place is absolutely consistent. They deliver literally & figuratively. They care. It's delicious. So glad this restaurant exists in Brookfield! Thank you Bello.

Not sure why the rating is so low for this place. This is our go to pizza place for Danbury/Bethel/Brookfield area. As a native New Yorker, I've tried most other places around here and none of them come close to Pizzeria Bello's. This is also like the only place around here that offers breaded chicken as a topping. Please try the penne ala vodka pie but sub prosciutto for breaded chicken. It is 10/10. Don't skip out on the garlic knots they're always fresh and buttery and delicious. The ONLY thing is that sometimes quality is inconsistent. I've had some meals here that were 15/10 and some that were 7/10 or maybe 8/10. Never bad but not always spectacular. If you want pizza though, this is the place.

    A delicious plane large pie.

I love this place. The staff are welcoming and polite. The place is always clean. The pizza is delicious (and I'm originally from New York) and reasonably priced. For the person who rated it a single star because the staff was being "snippy", I can only assume someone lost their patience with you. We're all human. If you treat people well, generally, you'll be treated well.

Great variety on the menu. The ambiance felt upscale yet hip. I ordered the osso buco with mushroom…read morerisotto in a brown gravy. The flavor was outstanding. The pork had the perfect roasted flavor and was fall off the bone juicy. I can't say enough about the risotto. They made a special coffee drink for my mother in law that really made our experience special. This place left me thinking that I can't wait to come back!

There's a dining room and bar area which also has seating. The staff was friendly and the ambiance was great. The dining room looks like an upscale fancy restaurant. There is very relaxing music playing. There's even a piano in the corner which I'm sure is used for special events or as a treat for the customers. The food was fantastic. You are started off with fresh baked bread from the wood stove. We ordered the Bianca Pizza and Naples Street Food Basket as appetizers. I love potatoe croquettes and this definitely did not disappoint. The Bianca Pizza is made with fresh ricotta which makes a huge difference. Check it the cheese pull posted in one of the pics. I ordered Bolognese over rigatoni. It was delicious and meaty. Luckily there was a little extra sauce and a piece of bread left. Do the math. Overall great experience. Looking forward to returning soon.

Our first visit was so delicious, we had to return quickly…read more Stopped by on a Wednesday. Apparently they have a special for two on Tuesday and Wednesday. Soup or Salad, an entree, and a glass of wine. So that's what we chose to do. Seated quickly by Michael. He is so nice! He actually remembered us from last time. Gave us the special menu and gave us time to think. My husband automatically noticed that the soup or salad option had a third option. We both chose that although the minestrone soup sounded real good too. Like last time, water and toasted bread was brought quickly, as well as our wine (Pinot and Merlot which were both good). Starters arrived next, which we devoured. I chose the penne vodka, hubby chose the eggplant. We couldn't finish so took home leftovers. Food is cooked to order. So we were prepared to wait. I didn't think it took that long, but others might think so in this fast paced world. Bear that in mind. Great food is worth the wait. Also, because in our last visit, noticed how quickly the restaurant filled up, we made reservations for 5pm. If you don't want to be disappointed plan ahead or be prepared to wait. A lot of people love this place so it fills up quickly. So if you haven't eaten here before and want to try a great Italian restaurant, this is it. Oh, what was the third option? You'll have to visit to find out

I've come to the conclusion that people in New Fairfield or around Danbury really don't know Italian food. It's a shame That was bad Italian food. The salad was terrible, and the iced tea was bad. My wife had the fried mozzarella, which was awful. I had the gnocchi, and the sauce was bitter. overall, I gave it one star because the service was good, but that was it, but you don't go to a restaurant for service you go for food and hope the service is good I hope they read this and change their chef or their cook. I doubt he's a chef. Later
