    Vegan veggie calzone

Had an AMZING vegana calzone!!!!! They were so nice and attentive! I got two meals out of it and it was only $9! Highly recommend! I read they only take cash but they were also taking cards.

Vegan pizza, vegan meat and rice cheese.

Vegan pizza in Venice! And they had vegan meat plus vegan cheese! So good ... The cheese had a nice texture, but very mild in flavor, likely due to being a rice-based cheese. The meats were good with a touch of salt and flavor to nicely balance out the pizza, which also had olives and rocket (arugula). There was no one in the place when I went in, so I only waited maybe 8 minutes while the man running the shop put it together and got it in the oven. I ate one slice there and walked the rest back to my hotel for later. Delish! Thank you for having vegan options! =)

I came here for the Vegano. On the lovely small island of Venice...vegan food does exist. Not just regular salads and bread (which isn't a bad thing) but amazing PIZZA. Yes, this is all vegan. I'm sorry I forget what he said is on it, but he said he would make us something vegan and I said "put whatever on it". I'm pretty sure he said the cheese was coconut and rice based. Whoa. I think there is squash, spinach, onion, etc. The cheese was melty and delicious. Half one way and half the other (both sides vegan of course) One of the best pizzas ever. * * * I thought I lost the pic but I found the boomerang of it- Phew

This pizzeria is an unpretentious little nook. The aroma drew me in before I even noticed it was there. They're quick (but patient) and have a clear menu. The prices are low, especially for Venice, and the ingredients are fresh. They do by-the-slice, but also whole pies. The only problem is there's nowhere to sit, but we just walked a couple of blocks to the nearest square to eat there.

We were hoping to be able to eat vegan pizza while in Venice (our first stop in Italy) and not only did we find a place with vegan pizza but the pizza was amazing! It was so, so delicious! We got the whole pie for €16 and had some leftovers to enjoy later. It's a nice amount of food for your money. We ordered the vegan pizza with mushrooms but there were about 5 different types to choose from. It was made when we ordered and took about 10 minutes. If we were here longer, I'd definitely want to go back any try some of the other vegan pizza options.

Fabulous vegan pizza and calzones, the vegan ham was the best I've ever had. Highly recommend.

They have a A lot of vegan options and honestly it is probably the only restaurant relatively close in Venice, Italy with plant based options.

What better way to spend it than wandering around Venice and enjoying dinner at Rossopomodoro? They're still in the "Italy training program" and these menus tend to confuse them, so after three weeks here I felt obligated to guide them toward the promised land. After much studying, debating, and staring at menus, it was finally time to order. I went with the Tagliatelle alla Bolognese, and the wife and I shared a salad. When that salad hit the table, it nearly stole the entire show. We drizzled on a little balsamic vinaigrette, added a shake of salt and pepper, and suddenly we were ready to dance right there in the alley. Fresh tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, crisp greens--every ingredient tasted like it had been picked that morning. It was outstanding. The pasta was very good, but today the salad was the undisputed champion of the meal. Of course, dining outside along Venice's busy walkways only adds to the experience. Watching people pass by while enjoying great food is one of those simple pleasures that makes Venice such a special place. Rossopomodoro delivered a fantastic meal and a great evening. The newcomers survived their first full day in Italy, and I'd say they're off to a pretty good start.
