The thing that pissed me off the most because they weren't honest or discussed about it to me at all until I paid the rest of the balance off in cash is my muffler didn't allow my bumper to fit right which they let me know i told them you don't have to weld it back on you can leave it off I can go to a proper muffler shop and get a whole new exhaust and muffler & they said we will try our best to make it fit don't worry didn't say anything that they were going to charge me money to do the whole reweld of my muffler it pissed me off that they charged me an extra 240-270$ to trim / re weld the muffler to make it fit and I was made aware of that the day before I was going to pick my car up ( I could've have gotten a new exhaust at that price ) so yes I'm mad that they weren't honest upfront that it was going to be an extra charge for something they could have just left alone I paid them the money with no complaint because I'm not about to go back and forth with a guy but be aware if this happens to Quality of the paint I would say it's 5/10 I love the color and I love my car regardless of what color it is and what it used to be but for the amount of money I spent there should be no reason for my paint to be bubbling , having chemical reactions and no reason for my paint to be chipping in places where rocks don't even hit the car and my paint keeps cracking After the paint was done they buffed / polished my car and there was very visible swirls marks and a lot of product residue in places that even after many details on my car it's still there lol I would say every time I mention a problem to them as soon as I had my car they were quick to want to fix it but that's only because the paint has 1 year warranty ( other shops I been to offer 5-10 year warranty ) but what happens after 1 yr and my paint continues to crack ? I probably would have to come out of pocket for an issue that is due to poor quality / prep work I did end up going to another shop and it fixing all the mistake Also they said they would repair / fix the rust and they didn't they just painted over it

No one should ever go through this nor get a lemon car that is apparently new. I have this pictures they took and what they send me way different what I took the picture. As I continued testing my truck, I somehow ended up breaking the right rear mud guard (no biggie, but still). Since I knew that the guys here at PHH Auto do an amazing job (previously brought my 350z after a collision and they left it looking great) I didn't hesitate to bring my truck to them. They were extremely friendly, and gave me a good quote (cheaper than I anticipated). When I picked up the truck (a short 2 days later!) David knocked off an additional amount, giving me a great deal! I inspected the truck (keep in mind I JUST bought the thing, and my expectations were very high) and I was so happy to see that ALL the dents and scratches were gone! You couldn't even tell anything at all ever happened! The paint was an exact match, and the rear mud guard was replaced as well. My truck looked like she did back in the sales lot :) My only regret (again) is not taking pictures of the damages to post as a "before" picture. If you need auto body repairs, I would encourage you to check these guys out! Thanks for your help guys! Oh and thanks again for the second license plate frame haha!

We were really impressed by their excellent service and attention to detail. Prior to us committing to tinting, the staff showed us the different options and gave us a lot of relevant details to help us make our decision about the level of tinting. They tinted both of our cars, 5 hours each, finishing everything in one day. The pricing was very transparent and the communication was great. We were very happy with how the tint came out. It's hard to know who you can trust with your car but we can wholeheartedly recommend Aerowerkz Motorsport for tinting. We would happily recommend them to any friends or family!

They don't just do the job--they make sure you walk away completely satisfied. Huge shoutout to Arnold and his team for being so professional and delivering such amazing work. This is actually the second car I've brought to them. They did clear PPF on my first car eight years ago, and it still looks perfect--no yellowing, no peeling, nothing. That's why I came back, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. This time they wrapped the antenna, roof, spoiler, and mirrors in black PPF, did the full front end in clear PPF, and added black vinyl to the lower side door molding, rocker molding, and rear trunk molding. The cuts and edges are incredibly clean. If you're thinking about PPF or vinyl wrap, you won't regret choosing Aerowerkz.

This collision center and location was recommended by our insurance based on proximity to where we…read morelive. It got good reviews and is Honda certified so we went with this option. To begin with the estimate seemed incredibly high for what the damages were. Since it was the place our insurance recommended, we figured that they must be good and fair, so we trusted their estimate. At this point it should be said that we were not at fault in the accident we were involved in, so we knew we were only going to have to pay the deductible and would get that back eventually, so we stuck with Diamond Hills. Unfortunately, our experience did not go well. 1- Most communication regarding price estimates, confirmation of work to be done or timeframes for completion were initiated by us. Despite being told our rep would contact us for approval to start repairs and keep us informed throughout the process, on most occasions we had to call him first. 2 - When we were called and notified that our vehicle was ready for pick-up, later that same day they discovered they had broken the tail light during reconstruction of the car. We are appreciative that they discovered it before we did and they fixed it before returning the vehicle to us, but it did it take an extra day to get it back. 3 - After repairs were complete and during the final assessment of repairs, we noticed a small spot that was missed when they painted the bumper. We were told they would fix it, but when we came back the next day they had tried to only touch up that one spot and crated a more noticeable smudge instead. Even a tech admitted to my husband he would not want a smudge like it on his car, so they needed to repaint it again. 4 - They needed to remove the windshield and the windshield sensor system during repairs, but they did not put the sensor system back together properly so it rattled and might have popped off when driving if we hadn't noticed it first. They did fix it after we pointed it out to them. 5 - This one is the one that made me finally decide to follow through with a review. We'd had the car back for several weeks and while driving on the freeway, my husband went to pull down the visor to block the sun and the visor completely pulled off and dangled from the socket in the vehicle's roof lining. He had to drive toward the sun, one handed-to prevent the dangling visor from blocking his view- back the collision center to get it fixed immediately. They did apologize and fixed it promptly, which we appreciate. Our experience here was not one that would have us recommend this location to anyone. We are not confident that other issues won't come up, as little but significant things keep happening. We have needed collision repairs in the past, enough to know this is not a typical experience. We regret not driving a little further to take it to a place we've used previously for better results. Overall, the body repairs to our car were completed well and the car looks good, but it feels like they either rush or are careless about some details unrelated to body work that for us ended up with mistakes that could have potentially compromised safety. I will say, I feel the other positive reviews may be due to a "rewards" system they push when you drop off your car and again when paying, that offers you money back for certain amounts of money spent. I can see how that could be enticing, but I couldn't understand how it benefited them as a business. Since we were going through our insurance, I declined to participate and the woman seemed a little irritated that I did. In the future if we need collision repairs again, we will be going elsewhere.

My car…read morewas there for a month, and I was told the repairs were complete and had passed quality control. However, when I picked it up, I found multiple issues, including a paint color mismatch, poor workmanship, paint nibs throughout the finish, and areas around the edges that were missing clear coat. It felt like they billed the insurance company premium rates while delivering the lowest-quality work possible. When I brought the car back, they repainted it three times and still couldn't get the color to match. They finally repainted it a fourth time, and the entire correction process took another month. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience, and I will never return to this shop again.
