You select your vanities, the sink-tops, faucets, mirrors, towel bars... everything you need. Kiki seems to have an encyclopedic knowledge of the sizes that each vanity is available in, what is in stock and what is sold out, even part numbers. We walked around and picked out everything but toilets for our bathrooms... with Kiki by our side... and she remembered everything without even taking a note! Amazing. We needed to change one vanity and one vanity-top, so I called a day after our visit, and Kiki remembered our order and made the change, and everything was ready for pickup the next day.
