@pjkchinese / delicious, but small portions. order lots & expect a $$ bill. sit in a booth if you can. very comparable to the quality PF Chengs used to serve, just double the price. still would go back! high quality.

This location specially has a really nice ambiance, with outdoor, indoor and bar seating. The service (from Christian) was attentive, warm and friendly. My son and I enjoyed the Mongolian beef, while another person enjoyed the fried rice and the fourth person shrimp and noodles. Most entries around $20-$30.

I enjoyed everything I ordered. The service was great. Started at the bar and then moved to the patio. The bar tender was super accommodating. Portions were fine. Little pricey, but everything is now...

My hubby and I were just driving around Estero after church and found this wonderful Chinese restaurant. Their food is made fresh and clean no MSG in any of their dishes. The atmospheres is relaxing , welcoming and very beautiful. I enjoyed their King Pao Chicken while my husband really was pleased with Sweet and Sour Pork. Their noodles were todded in a garlicky butter sauce so very yummy. Nick our server was awesome. We were served a complimentary bitterly pea flower tea which was very delicate with a bit of earthy taste with added lemon and Hindi very light and pretty. After we had finished eating our scrumptious meals, our server brought us complimentary donuts with powdered sugar. They were so delicious. My hubby decided he wanted to have the chocolate gelato. What refreshingly and tasty treat. We shall return here for sure.

The staff and ambience is great! The food was just mid. What I would recommend is appetizers pork riblets, lobster and crab rangoon, and shishito peppers. The pepper steak was overly salty, the sweet-and-sour chicken was soggy and the noodles were basic. The waitress was very sweet, we did tip appropriately, despite how the food was.

Great food and service !! Fun / artsy atmosphere. Elevated classics. Shrimp / lobster rangoons were mostly cream cheese - bummer but I'm not shocked and still crunchy. Quick and friendly service. Fabulous cocktails. 10/10 would come back!

First visit to PJK, and we're hooked! The decor and ambiance are beautiful. The service was friendly, helpful, and attentive. The menu features classic standards as well as many more adventurous and exclusive items. Their cocktails are amazing- we had the Shisho Pretty and the Lotus Blossom, both excellent. PJK woukd probably not be my choice for kids, but they do offer a children's menu. We can hardly wait to return!

I definitely think that this is an elevated Chinese food experience but I kept in mind that due to our environment it's tailored more towards the demographic here and so it's a little on the safe side. Knowing that, I had expectations that were met. The environment is luxe and the service is fab. Prices are little on the pricier side but what we ordered was great. I loved that the entire staff pitched in and made our experience memorable. Our favorite dish was the orange beef, wow! We don't love sweets but this was more on the savory side and had a nice kick. My husband enjoyed this place very much.

Met a friend for lunch today at PJK Chinese Restaurant. The place is beautiful. It is located in Coconut Point Mall. We had egg rolls for an appetizer. They were good but a little greasy. My friend had chicken lettuce wraps and I had chicken pad Thai. The food looked great and tasted delicious. The service was great. They give you a small cup of tea. Not sure the type but it was delicious. Instead of fortune cookies they give little donuts. They looked good but tasted greasy. I will definitely come back because there are some great things on the menu.

Went back recently...not as great of an experience...do not order the Dan Dan noodles...wish I had a picture...was basically noodle porridge sludge...barely touched it. Egg rolls were good, dumplings were tough, chicken in the lo mein was very dry.

Extremely disappointed my first and last visit. I was so excited to try this for dinner and ordered Pork Dumplings, Kids Mongolian Beef, 1/2 chicken fried rice and veggie egg rolls. Mongolian beef under cooked Rice with mongolian beef was so spicy a kid couldn't have eaten it. I am an adult and found this extremely over spiced. The egg rolls were over burned and insides gummy The pork dumplings were not cooked inedible. On a good note the interior was well decorated and bar area nice. Sorry im so turned off not one thing but all items horrible!

Tuna appetizer was delicious as was the Mongolian beef entree. Pork riblets were dry and chewy and had an odd flavor. Service was good.

It's a beautiful bar, but there is limited seating and when they're at capacity they lock the door, so be patient and suggest coming in a smaller group. Humungous menu with tons of styles of cocktails for all palates, really inventive, and it does seem to change often. I got a tiki drink which was a twist on a zombie and it was AMAZING, tasty and unique plus it was lit on fire ha! My husband got another fun cocktail. They were maybe a little pricey but for fancy cocktails with many ingredients, plus the showmanship, this seemed par for this type of place. Staff is very friendly, loved our server and shout out to bartender Justin - I hope he comes to visit Idle Hour up in Baltimore! Note that they don't serve food at all and some of their drinks are BOOZY so be mindful! Overall just a really great bar with unique drinks in a swanky environment. Top notch experience.

These folks understand the meaning of craft cocktails, complete with making as many of their own ingredients/mix-ins as possible. We were lucky as we were able to just walk in and pick any table we liked at 8pm on a Wednesday. I guess it can get quite busy at times. The chartreuse colored chairs and gorgeous stained glass lights told me instantly that we came to the right place. They have an extensive cocktail list, but that didn't stop me from ordering something not on the menu. They had no questions or problems making it. My spouse also ordered something not on the menu that was recommended to her by someone that had it once here before when it was one of their seasonal specials. Once again, not a challenge for these master bartenders. Everyone was upbeat and clearly enjoying what they do. Looking forward to getting back the next time I'm in Bonita.

The triple tail was the kind of dish that makes you wonder why this fish is not on every menu in Florida. Light, flaky, and perfectly cooked, with the crab cake adding just the right amount of richness without stealing the show. The walleye was just as impressive. Crisp where it needed to be, tender where it counted, and clearly handled by a kitchen that understands seafood. Nothing overcomplicated, just really well executed. The drink selection also deserves a shout-out. Plenty of good options to pair with dinner, whether you are feeling like a cocktail, beer, or wine. It is always nice when a place puts as much thought into the glass as they do the plate. All around it was one of those meals where everything simply worked. Great food, good drinks, and a kitchen that clearly knows what it is doing. Definitely a place worth coming back to.

The order was prepaid and included a 20% gratuity. After parking and walking to the restaurant, I received a text message at 12:47 PM stating that my order had been canceled and refunded because the restaurant could not make the order. Assuming this must have been an error, I still went inside and waited in line to explain what had happened. When I reached the counter and calmly explained the situation, several staff members immediately chimed in saying things like "I was watching and no orders came through." At that point it became clear that the order likely had not been acknowledged on their end and was automatically canceled after 15 minutes. Despite the fact that the order had been placed directly through the restaurant's own website and had already been prepaid with gratuity, there was no apology and no effort to resolve the situation by making the order. Instead, the staff member at the register told me that "ChowNow always doesn't work" and that I should have called the restaurant instead. That response was surprising considering the order was placed through their official website, which directs customers to use that exact system. I asked to speak with a manager and was told to step out of line. When the manager arrived, the interaction unfortunately got worse. Before I could finish explaining the situation, he interrupted with "Are you going to let me talk now?" and proceeded to repeat that none of this was the restaurant's fault. There was still no apology and no attempt to remedy the situation by simply preparing the order that had already been placed. What made the experience particularly disappointing is that this location has been one I've visited many times over the years. Mistakes happen in any business, and an online ordering system failure is understandable. What is not understandable is the complete lack of basic customer service and the unwillingness of management to take ownership of the problem or attempt to fix it. A simple apology and an offer to make the order would have resolved the entire situation. Instead, the response from both staff and management was dismissive and defensive. Unfortunately, that interaction has turned what had been a frequently visited restaurant into one I will not be returning to.
