If I could put zero stars, I would. I don't even post reviews like this, but the poorly trained staff here needs to be called out. I just had 4 cups of hot drinks spill all over me as I took the drink holder out my car because an/multiple unsecured lid(s) (all the drinks had stoppers). I didn't know something was leaking and it damaged the cardboard drink holder and all 4 HOT drinks tumbled out and spilled all over me as I was getting out my car to go to work. I call the location to inform them what happened as to not let this happen to someone else, as these drinks were HOT! The flippant employee who answered the phone proceeded to argue with me and say it was the failure of the drink holder. The way she was speaking to me made it seem like this is a frequent complaint. DO BETTER, this is dangerous and a liability! I've gotten incorrect orders and a little spill here and there before from this location so it's my fault I ignored the signs and continued to patronize this location. I order multiple hot drinks quite often and have not had an experience like this at any other coffee shop. DO BETTER, PJs. read more

She NEVER messes up my coffee, actually, the coffee taste better every time i go! This pj's is better than any PJ's i've ever been to. A great example of why some shouldn't franchise their concept. Nice interior, but the lack of any back ground music kills the feel. It should also be considered an unforgivable sin to train a new employee how to make product by making a paying- customer's drink. You train them first, THEN put them behind the bar to interact and create for customers. Don't bother stopping here - there are better choices in town. read more

Love PJ's Coffee, especially their Granita...it's way better than Starbucks frappe chino!!

My friends and I stopped by PJ's for a late morning treat on Saturday, September 24th. All three of us ordered a Bananas Foster Frozen Coffee which was delicious!! The person who took our order (I'm sorry I did not get her name) was very friendly and recommended the drink. It tasted like a Bananas Foster in a cup, with a heaping pile of whipped cream on top. It was SOOOOOO GOOD!!! PJ's is a great little place! My friend's wife said she used to go there many times to study and do homework. read more

This was my first time visiting this location. The staff was very nice. I ordered a French press and they made it on the spot for me. I have to say that I was a little surprised by being charged for water, especially since I had my own bottle. That was really weird. Very pleasant environment. read more

I like PJ's. Their coffee is terrific. And their muffins? The best. At this PJ's, the men's bathroom is a different story. The men's toilet has been a disaster for two plus years and management should replace it. Ugly brown stains. You can't clean those away. Spend $20,000 and upgrade the bathroom. Replace the toilet with a new one. A nice modern one. Don't let an ugly toilet drag down the good reviews you get on your coffee and muffins. read more

I was so excited when they let me know wedding cake coffee was in. It's my absolute favorite. However, when I went through the drive through, I had to ask for sugar, I didn't get a stirrer. I had to go inside or use a pen from my car to mix my coffee, but I wasn't that upset since it was wedding cake coffee. When I made it back to my car to take my first sip, it was just plain old, and old I mean old (the lady told me she only had enough for a small cup). So disappointing read more

This shop has horrible customer services. They sold me a mold bagel and no manager was presented to take care of the situation. I was told they can't refund me unless the manager there and prior to that they said the manager only swing by 2 times a week. read more

Quaint little coffee shop. They have a good selection of coffees and pastries.

Last visit - ordered a bran muffin, got a burnt sunrise muffin. Previous visit requested Big Easy (XL) iced coffee no ice with 2 - 3 inches left on top so that I could add ice later. Also ordered a large capp and a muffin same trip so wanted to finish the hot coffee and not end up with a watered down iced coffee that was intended for lunch as I couldn't leave work that day to grab anything. The person who waited on me wanted to charge me extra for no ice even though I request the same amount of product (leave room at the rop) and said it was per the owner. Keep in mind the XL iced coffee is 6.92. Pure ignorance and/or greed. Capp was burnt tasting and no froth. These kids have no clue on how to make coffee or provide customer service. Prices on the Southshore much less as a overbaked muffin and subpar coffee at PJ's Hammond can cost upwareds of $8. Exact same muffin onSouthshore is $2.50. CC's needs to come to Hammond on University and shut this place down. I now go out of my way to Starbuck's on 190. read more
