My wife and I are fans of PJ's and have been to several. This location does not disappoint. The coffee is fresh and they have a nice variety of different brews/roasts/flavors. The staff were cheerful. Our drinks came out right away. My wife had a little problem with her drink but the barista fixed it right away. Great service from start to finish. The atmosphere is comfortable but not particularly cozy. No couches or overstuffed chairs. Hard floors and high ceiling make the space loud and echo-ey. I've been coming to PJs for a very long time and there's a good reason behind that. When you walk in the ambiance is very relaxing. The staff is also very friendly and helpful, even though they are busy between working the drive thru and inside of store. Think of Louisiana coffee shop and that's the vibe you get. I ordered the iced coffee and croissant and it was good like always, the barista even brung it to the table. This PJs in general can get quite busy at times being so close to the interstate but it's worth the wait. The coffee can be a little more on the expensive side but that's how everything is currently so it's to be expected. I will certainly be coming back. read more

The server was horrible and disrespectful. I asked simple questions about the products I was ordering and she was rude. The muffin was ok nothing to brag about. I even asked if she was ok because she was being so rude and it was mother day she said she is doing great and was not rude answered all questions asked of her. I am a huge pj's lover and get the same drink each time I go to a pj's and this pj's is just okay. Service is slow most of the time, the coffee on the other hand. I don't know what it is, but it is never the same, very inconsistent. read more

Ever since this location got new owners the service has been HORRIBLE. The past two times I've gone I was overcharged (charged $10 for one drink then instead of just refunding me the balance, she charged me again for my actual drink- left there having paid $17 for one drink!) and the baristas at the window were just plain RUDE. I won't be back and I'll warn others! read more

The two stars are only because the coffee and food was great. The barista at cash register was the worse I have ever seen. His manner was as if I was causing him pain for placing and paying for my order. Never spoke a word but looked imposed upon when we asked for a bag to carry our 6 items out. This is actually the slowest drive thru I have ever been to in my life, if there's customers in line doesn't matter if it's 3 cars or 7 cars, I've never waited less than 25 minutes in the drive thru. Which is ridiculous for a place like this. This is my 4th time coming here and probably last. Frustrating when it's the only drive thru coffee place close to my house. read more

First time in and didn't know what I wanted. The guy behind the counter greeted me with a smile. I told him I didn't know what I wanted and he told me to take my time; did not rush me. Friendly staff, variety of coffee drink selections, and a nice variety of pastries and other treats. During my visit here, this shop was "comfortably" busy with several customers. There were a good number of tables inside to sit and relax. And I guess they even have complimentary WiFi inside - -however I did not use. I was impressed in the quality of my cappuccino - - they actually know how to make a pretty decent one! If I was in the area again, and craving some caffeine - - I would probably stop here. Very disappointing. I walked in at 8:15 and they told me they were out of medium roast. I assumed they were getting ready to make a fresh pot. They notified me they wouldn't be making anymore because they were about to close. I had no problem with that assuming they closed at 8:30. When I went out the door I saw the closed at 9:00. I asked again and they said they didn't make fresh coffee an hour before closing. I felt they should had offered me a pour over or espresso. Instead they were ok not to have my business. I would hate to know that crew was working for me and representing my business. I won't be back. read more

No milk alternative options (almond, rice, etc) but when asked about it, two of the staff discussed looking into adding it to their offerings due to high number of recent requests, and the staffer also was interested in hearing about our particular reason for needing an alternative (allergy to dairy and soy) and what types we preferred. read more
