Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, management tried to shift the story and backtrack on what they had already put in writing. On top of that, when I tried to adjust my move-in date slightly, the quoted rent was suddenly raised by hundreds of dollars more per month. This left me with no choice but to cancel my move-in altogether and start my housing search over at the last minute. This kind of back-and-forth, changing terms after approval, and dismissing their own written commitments is unacceptable. It wasted my time, cost me other housing opportunities, and left me with a very negative view of how Camden Potomac Yard operates. Do not trust the lease paperwork or promises you receive from this building. If they could tell me one thing in writing and later claim it was wrong, it can happen to anyone.

She's always appreciative, efficient and effective in making residents' lives here easier. She is also very helpful to our guests. And has trained up pretty much everyone who also came in to the front desk, over the years. In addition, Shaukat - a relatively new addition to the front desk team - has been very helpful. He's always respectful, polite, professional and has the best attitude. Always a good mood. It's always a pleasure to engage with him as he welcomes residents warmly and is always accurate while juggling various tasks. Nary a complaint.

I had an issue setting up my internet and Cheree, the property manager, and Margo went above and beyond to get it handle quickly by escalating to Xfinity demanding it get resolved quickly.
