It's disgusting and creepy feeling Fred has behaviors that consist of a pathological narcissist, I would use caution using Fred as a real estate agent he's very unprofessional,rude, aggressive and unfair with the way he does business. On October 4, 2021 I called the managing broker Hayden Butterfield to inform him that one of his employees filed a small claims and about the harassing phone calls Fred Miller made to me on July 29, 2021, when speaking to Mr butterflied about the situation he had little to say or was not even surprised that his employees actions against me he told me he'll speak to Fred Miller. Mr. Butterfield never called me back to tell me about if he I spoke to Mr. Miller about the situation. October 28, 2021 I go to court Fred Miller is representing the company. Fred Miller told the judge that Mr. Butterfield was the one that told him to put the lawsuit against me, so Mr. Butterfield lied to me on the phone about the whole situation, he told me he didn't know anything about this, Mr Butterfield lies to his clients he is very unethical and is a pathological narcissist, on October 28, 2021 The judge reviews the case and dismisses the case due to expired contract. I want to warn others about this company they put hidden claws in their contract which is unethical ridiculous, tasteless, they come back at you years later and bully you with harassing phone calls and use a expire contract as a crutch, it's really disgusting and creepy feeling to have this happened, they also charge more commission than the common real estate Company. I had to go through my bank to stop payment. THIS month, I made a payment online and never received confirmation - through email or by going back into the online system to see pending payments. Thinking I had made an error and didn't finalize the payment, I made the monthly payment. Turns out - that first payment DID in fact post and was delayed on their end. When I contacted the company for a refund of the double payment, they advised me to yet again, call my bank to stop the payment. Asked him about his experience, his time working with this company, based on his responses, we felt he was experienced and qualified. We asked him how he was paid, he said the banks pay him. After going over all our paperwork, he told us he could give us a rate of 2.62% for 30 years plus title and escrow. He said it was the lowest rate he had seen and not only double checked it, but checked it two more times because he told us he had made a mistake with another client. We agreed on the terms, he then said in order to begin to lock it in, he'd have to pull our credit, we said ok, he did. He told us he'd finish up the paperwork and send via DocuSign. Next day we hadn't received the paperwork so we contacted him. He told us he didn't have time to lock in our promised rate (we left his office at 12:30 pm) AND that he made a mistake. Then went on telling us what a horrible day he was having that day (our appt was at 11am), really?? But now get this!!! He said that he needed us to pay him $1,000 in order to give us the terms we were promised!!! We were absolutely shocked at his underhandedness and reminded him that he had told us that the banks pay him. He later LIED and said in an email "You were informed up front before being disclosed a Loan Estimate, that the rate was not 2.62%. That was an out and out LIE!!! ZERO integrity, steer clear!!
