Shortly after, Marshal reached out and was incredibly responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. He sent me detailed information directly via email, answered every question I had, and made what could have been an overwhelming decision feel straightforward. Before contacting RNB, I had reached out to another property management company, and the experience paled in comparison. They weren't nearly as helpful and mostly directed me to their website for information. RNB's personalized service and communication really stood out. We were fully planning to move forward with RNB until our plans changed and we decided to sell our home instead. Even though we never officially became clients, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend RNB to anyone looking for a property management company. Their customer service is exceptional.

After reading it, I realized that everything I said in that review is as true now, as it was then. I will never manage a rental again or consider partnering with another management company other than RNB. Their staff at that time was responsive and capable, as they are now. The person I depended on then was Marshal, who is now General Manager and he has a fantastic team. Individuals who have different styles of delivery and yet share the same traits of being service oriented, time aware, and efficient. Most recently, Luke, provided that steady support in helping resolve a stressful situation. Their office seems to be organized by specialties and functions that overlap rather than by rigid departments. They manage the process of preparing your property for the rental market, they handle the marketing and advertising on multiple listings, collect applications, screen applicants, onboard tenants, respond to their needs in the course of the tenancy, and offboard them. You are always made aware of what's going on and always have final approval. And they also provide you with an Income/Expense statement at year end. If you are a landlord looking to lessen your load, RNB will do the heavy lifting for you, as they have done for me, for the last 8 years.

It took 6 months to put the trash bill in our name making us late to pay for it often because we relied on their emails with the bill info. Work that has been done has been shotty- paint got on my car. Often when i email someone it will be replied to by someone else. Do not use this company. They rip you off with added fee's and they don't actually help when problems arise.

Although Silvercreek wasn't the least expensive, the proposed timeline and scope of work presented gave us confidence to move forward with hiring Silvercreek and they quickly transitioned us to their system. We have been with Silvercreek for 9 months now with Kristen Gallardo as our manager. It is a relief to say, our neighborhood is well on its way to being restored to its previous "better days". Things have drastically turned around based on the Kristen's ability to see the most pressing issues and find the best contractors to help us rectify the problems. As a board, we have saved a ton of money with the changes she has proposed. Out landscape company was on the top of the list of necea changes and she was right! The neighborhood is starting to thrive again. We are currently working on next years budget and it seems as though we are set up for success in the upcoming year and the years to come, again based on a few simple vendor changes Kristen recommended. The primary means of communication for the neighborhood is through a portal which is easy to use. There is a phone number to call which is always manned. As with any management company there will be glitches. Some neighbors have complained about communication issues. This isn't something I have experienced and I have had many neighbors mention how easy it is to communicate with Silvercreek. All that to say, as a board you will never make everyone happy but if you want to be happy as a board, Silvercreek is a great choice for getting things done well and running efficiently.

That how I was about to get Dan which I finally meet him. He fired that lady, Stephanie, then got another person. That all good. I rather reach out to Dan for any quicker responses. He is the main person. So, things happened, got things settle, and made a good deal for me for one month. It wasn't a bad deal and got most of the thing fix like ceiling fan in living room, replacement 2 fans/light upstairs, fix heather, eh, it was all taken care off. Alright then, that my simply journey story. I end up staying another year but more likely stay here 3 more year for the kids school. All that thing being happening, henceforth one I recommend go through it, however always get Dan or each out to him. Someone might help, but he is the one you actually need to take things care of.
