For those of us that didn't ask for a drink, we weren't even provided water after being seated for 20+ minutes. This is an irregular occurrence from my experiences dining & working in hospitality for more than 8 years myself. Once customers are seated, you simply provide water without being asked. I asked for ice water for all of us & she came out with ice water for half of us. I understand the restaurant got busy and you have other tables to tend to, however, you should finish listening to our requests before walking off again. As for food, I enjoyed the bbq chicken Mac.
