Great selection of scooter parts! Will be coming down again. Kevin was very nice, and gave many suggestions.

My experience was limited , I walked in and asked if they could help me bring a bike back to life…read moresince it has been in storage for 8 years and when they asked the brand the were quite dismissive after I said the brand and seemed they didn't want my business since it was a sub $150 bike. Maybe not everyone has a $800+ bike and it has a sentimental value. I understand that maybe a used running bike would be cheaper but maybe I want to keep that one. I wish the customer service experience would have been better. The shop is nice, great equipment, tons of lovely bikes and the prices are mid to mid high but you can see they sell quality.

NO STARS!!...but they force you to give at least one. This place is an absolute rip-off. I won't…read moreeven discuss their overpriced products at this time. Only came here because didn't want to drive to Allentown where I bought it, for its first tune-up. Went here twice. Once for a bike tube...which I did not realize that they charged me EXTRA, for using a credit card, until I was reviewing my bills at the end of the month. (ALWAYS check your receipts before you leave here!) The next time was to get a tune up. They charged $65 for tune-up (which is close to norms. But they were supposed to fix back disc brake rubbing. They ended up saying they had to bleed the brakes, and ended up bleeding ME for another $20. After all said and done, the brakes rubbed EVEN WORSE on BOTH the front AND back, and I had to fix myself by watching a 3-minute you tube video. THREE minutes!!....maybe I SHOULD charge people $20 bucks. Then there was a shift indicator bar missing from inside the left shifter, which they say they didn't touch. The bike is a year old and never been serviced until they touched it. They claim it was like that. The owner, Dick, or Rich...same difference because he was as rude as one; he acted all innocent and baffled and PRETENDED to help me by even pretending to order a new part which I knew he was faking doing. He has two guys there, Ed and Lee, who I believe worked at a different bike place in the area and if they same 2 guys (because what are odds of having the same names as 2 guys from another bike place?), well, they sucked too. He NEVER HONORED his deal to get a new part and told me to deal with it. He said its my word vs his. So he over-charged me the first time, and then screwed me over the next time and de-valued my yr-old bike by losing parts on it and not even fixing it correctly. I cannot say enough bad things about this guy and his workers. If you wrote a good review, your either a friend of his or else gullible and take what he says as gospel. And, someone wrote about fruit and coffee for the customers??....dream on. Been there several times prior to this and he never had anything out....musta been leftovers from home.

There was one other customer in addition to me, and that person was not wearing a mask either. This is after the governor's order to wear masks. I think they give good service and are nice people, but I absolutely won't return during COVID and would recommend that others do not as well. I don't understand why they would flout the rules like that. Really disappointed and now worried for my own health. Of course, I was wearing a mask, but it takes two.

This place has such bad customer service that I signed up just to tell the world how bad they are…read more As I type this review I've been waiting 2 days for them to make one phone call to find out if my bikes under warranty, 2 freaking days and they haven't been able to make a phone call. But wait, theirs more! About a year ago my friend gave me his front sus fork, a really nice one. I needed a new headset to fit the fork and I dropped off my bike at Sicklers for about a month until they finally figured out it wasn't possible. During the time I was waiting they told me some BS like "the headsets shipping from china", etc. But wait, theirs more! Over a year ago when I originally bought my bike from them they said that it would take a few days maybe a week to arrive, it ended up taking about 2 weeks. Every time I've had to deal with them its taken forever to get anything done. Now as I sit here waiting days for them to make a phone call, I regret ever buying my bike from them. Every time I need them to do something for me, even ordering a bike, its taken far longer then it ever has to. I'm not only posting this review to warn people about there incompetence, I'm posting this to vent, I cant believe a store has made me this angry. I'll end this by thanking them for wasting more of my time and also preventing me from riding on my days off this week, and many weeks in the past.
