When I got the rug back it stunk. It stinks so bad that I'm am embarrassed to have people over. I myself don't even like coming home now because the smell is so bad. Especially after I paid $250+. I figured for that price, the whole rug would have been submerged and cleansed. I also got add on services like pet smell removal. I don't think that happened. Rug still looks very dirty and when I got it back it was full of dust. Calling it a loss and probably going to give it away to goodwill.
