Rug still looks very dirty and when I got it back it was full of dust. Calling it a loss and probably going to give it away to goodwill. And they treat all complaints with complete indifference. They don't even answer the phone or call back. How is it even possible to dye clothes if dry cleaning? They must be washing the clothes and just starching after to make it look like dry cleaning. Five years from now we're all going to be hearing in the news how this place was a front for drug money or something. It's so obvious in retrospect. They only take cash. No phone line or voicemail. I could not even see any equipment. It screams shell organization to laundry money.
