Wendy helped me over the phone making sure they had the product I was looking for and assured me I would be accommodated with my exchange situation before I made the drive (that was such a relief and saved me a trip to a further location). Love love love! I come to planet beauty as a one stop shop for skin care,, nail care,.and make up. I never really had bad skin until recently and went here to see if there was a way to fix my skin. Joanna was so nice and taught me what to use how to use it and was so sweet about it. I didnt know what was wrong with my skin until she thoroughly explained to me what i was doing wrong. I like this place. You find a lot of hair products, some makeup and lots and lots of lashes. It's small but you find a lot of beauty needs in there. The staff is friendly. The only thing is they only carry like 8 brands of makeup. But overall, I recommend this place. read more

Wow, this is the fastest I've ever logged on to write a review and boy was this 1 star earned. I needed to run a quick errand before work but when I arrived at 9:20am, I noticed the shop was not open until 10am. No problem, I thought, I will just do everything else and this would be my last stop. So I waited for a while and then after 10am, I finally see someone walking up taking their time and I just look at her and she asked, "Do you need to come in?" and I say "Yeah" and she says, "Ok, give me a minute" and closes the door behind her. Are you KIDDING me? How rude AND unprofessional, not to mention someone else came along side of me and was waiting also. I just turned and went back to my car and left. I do love Planet Beauty but will shop at a different location close to work. Note to management, old school sales---When you are 15 minutes early, you are actually on time, when you are there at the time of arrival for customers you are LATE. Teach your staff professionalism or get someone to open the store at your posted hours. read more

Planet beauty is a cute little boutique type store that has alot of top of the line products. From hair care to self tanners they pretty much have everything you are looking for in one place . I usually stop by for their hair care products. The girls at this location are very knowledgeable about the different products they carry and they stay on top of new products that come out and switch the old.. The only thing that I don't like is the prices are kinda high, like you would be buying products at a top salon. I would recommend if you shop here to go online they always have a 20% off coupon to use.. The down side for me is they don't allow it on bumble products.. And that's all I buy from them! read more

I *heart* planet beauty. First of all, all of the ladies that work there are super knowledgeable about the products and have always been spot-on for recommendations on shampoos, conditioners and facial products. They take the time to answer your questions and are honest about what works and what doesn't. I try to purchase all of my beauty supplies here because it's an overall great experience every time I go. They have a well-organized and well-stocked OPI rack and even carry Deborah Lippmann. I have mixed hair and they have a variety of products that have worked wonders on my hair. Also, I bought a ghd dazzle straight iron here, that I just love. The customer service here is excellent! I came in to get an eyebrow pencil and one of the employees (Tiffany) helped. She shaped and cleaned up my eyebrows and showed me how to apply the makeup. She told me to use the eyebrow shadow instead of a pencil since it will look more natural. She was very sweet and didn't try to upsell me. Also, there was another employee who helped me (Joanna) and she picked out a Smashbox lipstick for me. All the employees knew about the products in the store. Def coming back! read more

The location has an extremely limited selection of products so please do not expect a Sephora or Ulta week. It's essentially a stir for hair products that just so happens to have a miniature makeup collection. Sadly when there's only one product to match my shade, that always causes a red flag. If you need to quickly pick up something from Anastasia, your in lock bit the selection for Stila and others were subpar. With my Groupon, my selection was extremely limited so I just purchased items for my kit including sponges, setting spray, and q-Todd to correct under eye mistakes. There's definitely no reason for me to return. read more

I love Planet Beauty!!! I have sort of curly hair that always goes limp and gets frizzy. I've been on a quest for about a year to find products that would hold my curls without crunch and get rid of the frizz. I've consulted with many sales representatives at Sephora, Ulta, etc. and came home with expensive products that didn't work for my hair. I stopped by Planet Beauty on a whim and met Joanna. Her hair was straight that day but she told me that it's naturally wavy and recommended Enjoy products. I am now HOOKED!!! The shaping lotion holds my curls w/o crunch and the leave-in conditioner makes my hair look moist. Makeup is like crack for me! I just cannot stop with my obsession! It doesn't help that Groupon offers $15 for $30 worth of merchandise in this wonderful store. They offer Too Faced, Smashbox, Bare Minerals, Anastasia, and some other known brands. Their selections are limited, but I love it here! They sell shampoos, conditioners, false eyelashes, skincare products, etc. etc. The employees here are also extremely friendly and helpful. read more

I find Planet Beauty has more knowledgeable representatives than other places like Sephora and Ulta. Now going into my late 20s-early 30s I have started taking care of my face more by developing a cleansing/treating/moisturizing routine. The girls here helped me pick out great products specifically for my face skin type (oily :( ...). Dr. Perricone was their recommendation and I loved it. Recently I decided to embrace my natural waves in my hair and stopped using heat after years of straightening it with flat irons. The girls there helped me pick out a shampoo and conditioner that would bring out my natural wave in a manageable manner. I was also in need of a mascara; I have stick straight and downward lashes that make it impossible to curl and keep a curl. The girls there turned me on to Jane Iredale mineral mascara and it has been eye-opening ;) My lashes are not weighed down and they actually keep the curl all day long. Minus one star on the pricing...I compared prices to other places and they are a bit higher here, but I sill go because of the helpfulness and knowledge of the representatives. read more
