Leo the owner personally went to check the trees and the next day Sarah emailed me the estimate. The price is reasonable and affordable. I asked for four trees to be pruned but had a last minute addition of a pine tree, and they accommodate it right there and then. Jose and Jorge came at 9am as what I've been told and worked on the trees, Leo went in to check with them after an hour which I like because it shows that he values his customer and making sure that the work is being done. The guys are very respectful of the property, they're polite and they went above and beyond what's needed to be done. They left my property clean. Sarah is the one who communicates with me through phone about things like payment, and added last minute services. She's kind and awesome, answering all my questions and making sure everything is done according to my liking. All in all, I am very much satisfied with their work, work ethics and their service, I'm glad I went with them. Definitely gonna be my go to for all my yard and tree trimming needs. I signed a contract where he gave me verbal estimate of how much it would cost. He was supposed to do both the front and the backyard. His guys did a great job on the backyard, but they never got to the front. When I asked Tommy about it, he said that the contract I signed was actually an estimate. Nowhere in the contract do I see the word estimate. It is an invoice. He told me he would have to charge me more to finish the front yard because he claimed that the price could change. He came back and finished part of the front yard, but charged me $150 for it. I am now taking him to Small claims court. I am hiring someone to finish the front yard, and then I will sue him in court for the amount that I pay the new gardener.
